If someone would've gave me these tips when I was boxing, it would've helped me.. I was fast with my hands and feet but wasn't sitting enough on my punches. I was a defensive fighter and only relied on my reflexes and speed but power would've helped me maintain my opponent off of me..

Number 6. My JKD instructor Cathy Gibson kinda blew my mind, way back in like 2001, with "Fast isn't fast; Smooth is fast." Practice, practice, practice: then speed up. Can't do it slow, sure as hell can't do it fast. Don't rush. Get the perfect motion and then work on the speed.
Oh other tip. Anything you can do Stepping forward can be done with a step back. Want to throw that hook knockout, let him step forward as you slide one foot back. Hip rotation is hip rotation, momentum works both ways.

Hey coach Anthony! Do you mind making a video in the future on how to block punches without gloves? Because I train in Mixed Martial Arts and I noticed that the blocks that we perform with 16oz gloves on cannot be applied the same way with bareknuckle, due to the change in precision or surface area of the weapon.

I figured out a lot of this stuff on my own from watching boxing and also coming to the realization all punches should feel like a natural stroke not something you put all your muscle strength into.

That video was fire!!! Loved how you taught detailed and clear and you were really ripping those shots. I agree with every single thing you said. I really like these kind of videos Because it gives me a checklist. A list of things to go over in my head as I train or even mentally, evaluate myself. It reminds me of what I should be doing.
Much respect to you coach A
    Thank you and God bless
Edit: I just wanted to say I did get something new from this video, at least something I never put too much thought into ,and that's to take time to make sure your shot is there. I seem to always be in a hurry, I see the shot, I go for it immediately "before it's too late".

#Tip #9: Chop trees, dig ditches, lift 60 ft logs. Manual labor also makes one strong in regards to punching.
#Tip #10: Abstain from all forms of sexual intercourse. (This includes masturbation) Sexually abstain for the bare minimum of one year, (with the addition of your training regiment) and your punches will be harder than anyone in your gym guaranteed.
