Great video Fran. Will definitely be doing this on my off days from training. Saved the video to a new playlist I made for drills! Looking forward to adding more as ya release them. Thanks a million and all the best!

Nice one Fran, good drills for experienced boxers to revisit and great stuff for beginners.

Thank you for this, Fran. I just started training a couple weeks ago. I go three times a week. Right now I'm doing conditioning and haven't been allowed to spar until I learn more basics. This series will be helpful! I wanted to ask though, how many miles should I run a week?

I'm interested in the question on running as well.

Hi there. Just twice a week should do it for now. You don't need long runs. 3 miles tops (even that can be reduced). Make sure you do some sprint work in with that running too👍

@@myboxingcoach ohhhhh that's such a relief to hear that. I ran 6 miles a few days ago then i ran 3 miles two days later and i just finished running 3 miles today. It's truly amazing what the body is capable of but i can't imagine running any more than this! My body feels pretty banged up and tomorrow i would normally be returning to the boxing club but i really think i need the two nights of good sleep after all this. What do u think Fran should i rest a day? Thanks for ur reply im very grateful! God bless u!

Hi coach as a beginner i made one mistake and i hurt my wrists a bit,i dont know how i think from wrong wrap up.When i hit the bag it hurts but only in bag,i can do push ups and other exercises, punching the bag is the problem any idea ? Maybe i must use weightlifting straps too ? Thank you

Are you hopping or are you skip stepping? Specifically the 3rd round.
