    Jess, these videos are SO helpful -- I have been listening to so many keto people who eat a LOT more fat than this and always say "eat fatty cuts of meat" and add MCT oil, etc. and I haven't been losing. It never made sense to me because common sense says that we want to use our own fat as fuel and not our added food fat. Anyway, to hear you say that, as well as seeing your yummy looking meals makes it all make a lot more sense. Please keep doing what you are doing. You look SO beautiful (and yes, I have also been watching your new videos)!

    Thanks Jess! I tried the brownie recipe today. I tweaked it a little. I only used 1/2 cup almond flour and subbed 2 T coconut flour for the other half cup and so I added an extra egg. I don't like to consume too much almond flour. I only used 1/2 cup Lakanto and subbed 1/4 tsp stevia extract powder and one squirt chocolate stevia liquid for the other half. Delicious! This recipe is a keeper.

    I’m Canadian and never had Canadian Bacon. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’ve never even noticed if there’s some in the grocery stores, lol

    You make keto look so darn easy! Love this video. I know we have to figure it out ourselves but you give simple easier ideas. No if I could only get my family to eat vegetables. Love this video. I wish you did more even if they are the same kinds of foods or even the same food. It gives a simple approach to keto and shows people eat the same foods week after week. I struggle with feeling like I need new recipes all the time. Thank you for being you. Your laugh is super contagious!

    Recipes look great! Thank you for sharing what u eat. I can always use more ideas! That said, I wd not recommend steaming in a plastic colander. BPA's n' all that. If u just barely cover the bottom of your pot with water, bring to boil, dump in broc...4 min=DONE! No colander required.

    Loved this. Fresh ideas!! Kabobs and the burger bowls awesome. Hey I ordered the sports bras. I have been trying on bras for months and hadn't found anything. I loved that one was front close and the other had adjustable band. I have difficulty with over the head situation. Love following you.

    Jess, I feel so DUMB. I cut the carbs. Drinking all my water. Still barely moving the scale. And that was because I hadnt been calculating my protein. 😬 I was consuming barely. 1/4 of my protein. So, now that I figured that part out I should really start seeing some changed. Fingers crossed.

      Hi Jess , have been on Keto for a few months, since June ,2020, I'm doing pretty good but I really appreciate your tips and little recipes ,could you let us know if certain things have cafien or not, I can't have cafien ! I mean tea and any other drinks ,ok thanks also what's your take on nut butters, I love peanut butter and almond butter, I have issues with nuts because of my teeth !       Macronutrients. Generally, it's carbs, protein, and fat. She eats a keto diet which requires a keeping carb intake below a certain threshold.

    I love your videos! I found you when researching keto-carnivore. I was wondering if you ever developed hives with carnivore? Super random but I’m day 7 and notice small hives on my ankle and and wrist. Doesn’t match keto rash wasn’t sure if other had this same issue when going zero carb

    Do you do any snacks during the day? Or do you find yourself not hungry? I think I might be having one too many snacks. I have two so that’s why I’m asking. You’ve done an awesome job and I really enjoy your videos.

      I don't really snack anymore. In the beginning I would have roasted pecans as a snack but I don't eat anymore unless I'm hungry.... which means no more snacking LOL!

    I always find it funny when people call it Canadian bacon (even seeing it on the package is different). We call it back bacon. Its nice that people are thinking of us when they are cooking, lol!

    i have a question about the myfitnesspal app. I have used in in the past, but never ran 8nto it telling me the minimum calorie intake is 1200 for women.So badically it says it wont register my daily to to register into my weekly. How do i get around this.
    As you know when you do the egg diet for a few days, its difficult to do those calories even if i meet my macros. HELP JEN!

    They say don’t cook in the micro wave because it depletes the good ingredients...have you tried a rice steamer.?
    I find it hard to consume eggs everyday. When I can’t have them I crave them...lol...then when I can I don’t feel like eggs...🤨
