The Spanish flu Pandemic in the 1920s also led to a lot of excess deaths later on. Unfortunately, there weren't any vaccines at that time to blame these deaths on.

A severe or even mild case of COVID-19 can make you more likely to have heart failure or a heart attack. It's very rare for the virus that causes COVID-19 to infect your heart muscle. But the virus can cause problems throughout your body that lead to heart damage.

People infected with the COVID-19 virus in 2020 may have double the risk for future heart attacks, strokes or premature death from any cause up to three years later - even if they never showed signs of severe illness, according to new research.

I am not an expert but as far as my knowledge goes, Heart health and kidney health are interrelated. Kidney health can affect blood pressure and high blood pressure can affect kidney. Hence what we intake as food or drink in accordance with our physical activities matters the most.

My first hand experience with TMT stress test was bad, it lead to false positive result which led to a lot of tension and worry , then further leading us to CT Coronary Angiogram test recommended by doctor due to this. Outcome of this, there was no issue at all. So I would say do your TMT stress test at peril. It may lead to a lot of worries/cries etc and the results are not trustworthy.

CPR etc. are good words to discuss...it only has acedemic level positive outcomes in practicality , since time allowance is so short natuarally , many patient can not survive when heart stops beating, even if survived its with severe dameges . Its mental satisfaction only. Verry, very few positive outcomes for lucky ones. Even many healthcare people are not able to deliver correct CPR procedure for positive outcomes ..forget laymen.
