I'm excited to share this simple, delicious, nutritious smoothie recipe with you! It's easy to make, affordable and super versatile. I really hope you give it a try! XO Dani
I like your videos but it seems all of them are for persons loosing weight, I go to the gym trying to build good healthy muscle mass but some of those recipes I can't use.
Why you do videos only for weight loss and not a verity of foods that can be used for either or??
Hi Dani, thanks for this yummy recipe - I absolutely love oats made it twice so far and have been using 1/2 banana and 1/2 frozen cauliflower, this way it's not too sweet but still cold and creamy! 😊
All of my recipes can support a variety of health and weight loss or weight gain goals. If you ever need help adjusting any of them, let me - I'm glad to offer suggestions. This recipe would be great for building muscle mass which is why I suggest the protein powder. @@wiser0185
That's a great idea! Thanks for sharing. @@miriamvorrath7600
Ooh ook understand what you are saying and yes I wish to get some recipes for gaining weight and 💪🏾mass
I add half a small avocado, spinach, banana, yoghurt, chia seeds and almond milk. I am trying to eat foods that are really good for my skin. Two weeks in and my gastritis has eased, my rosacea has really, really calmed down. I have honey, citreon, and ginger tea in the morning, then my smoothie and the day is great. I am grateful that I am feeling better and reaching healthier food goals. Thanks for this recipe, it's a good way to include a wholegrain into a smoothie.
Food really can be so powerful! Thanks for sharing this.
Thanks Dani! I have never tried frozen cauliflower in my smoothies before but I will give this a try! This looks amazing!
It's really good!! Enjoy it + let me know what you think.
Thanks Dani I love your healthy recipes❤
It's my pleasure!! Thanks for watching.

My pleasure! Thanks for watching.
I make this same smoothie regularly with the addition of 2 tsp of espresso powder. So delicious!!
Love the addition of espresso powder - that sounds great.
Delicious smoothie!!!❤❤❤
Thank you!! Enjoy it.
I’ve always made a smoothie almost just like this, and it is hands down my favorite of all time! I was skeptical of the thought of oats in a smoothie but it is delicious!! 💗😋
Agreed! I was also skeptical but really love the texture it creates.
Looks delicious! Just wrote it in my food/recipe journal. Thank you!
P.S. Your recipe for steaming beets is now my favorite way to cook them.
So glad you plan to try this smoothie recipe - I am so glad you are enjoying the beets.
This looks great!! I love peanut butter. I love eating the food you make, keep it up
Thank you! I'm so glad you are enjoying the recipes.
The option of the frozen cauliflower was an eye opener for me...but yes this would work...Great tip there Dani, thank you
Glad it was helpful! Frozen zucchini is another great veggie option.
I’ve been making almost the same smoothie but using chocolate protein powder and adding Greek yogurt. Yum!
That sounds delicious!
Yum I’m going to make this!! I would love some more smoothie recipes I can never eyeball it I need measurements! Thank you!
I'll keep that in mind! Thanks for the feedback. In the meantime, have you seen this video - > th-cam.com/video/iJItdGnDu_0/w-d-xo.html

Thanks, Dani!! 🥰
It's my pleasure! Thanks for watching.
I just made this and its insanely good!
I'm so glad you made this already and that you enjoyed it!!
Dani, I always look forward to your recipies and your beautiful expressions of loving what you do. I've been making smoothies for many years abd being the adventurer I'm always experimenting.
I don't necessarily recommed my way as its complex, not everyone appreciates the taste but I love it because of healthy ingredients.
25 ingredients! Yep, 6 or more veggies, 4 - 6 types of fruit, spices, water, cocunut oil, protein powder, seeds. I make about 40 to 48 oz which provides breakfast and lunch.

Wow! That sounds like a super powerhouse smoothie - amazing!
That cauliflower tip is interesting im gonna try that
It's surprisingly good! Enjoy it :)
I will add a little Dutch process cocoa to mine when I make it. It looks so good. 😋
Yum! Great idea.
Me too!
HAPPY
NEW YEAR 🎉
Happy New Year!
I love oatmeal and smoothies for breakfast! Healthy and so easy:) I have tried a similar recipe before but I’m going to make this tomorrow for breakfast. Thank you for the recipe and happy new year 🎊
Same! They are so delicious.
I have been following your channel and recipes for years, but it has been awhile. I recently purchased the protein powder in chocolate and will be trying the frozen cauliflower. Thank you for helping with my recovery.
It's my pleasure! So glad to have you here. @@rosebud71wilcox61
This looks good! I love peanut butter and banana smoothies with coconut milk. I will have to try the cauliflower 🙂
Oooooh, that sounds SO good!
Coconut milk that’s nice suggestion
Not even sure how this vid came into my feed, but it was perfect timing. Saw it, made it, loved it--and all within 20 minutes! New favorite smoothie. I used regular Jif (love the new squeeze pack for using in smoothies), and vanilla almond milk so mine was probably a titch high in sugar, but really tasty and satisfying. I've been making smoothies too complicated with various seeds and powders. I love how quickly this came together. Thanks!
That's amazing! I love that you made this already and am so glad you enjoyed it.
Looks amazing Dani. I will copy the one you made in my blendjet tomorrow morning 😊
Great! Let me know what you think!
Me too. Looks really yummy and good ingredients and packed with Protein for sure
Wow just made this and it is so yummy I used tahini instead of peanut butter and skimmed milk and ice to make it cold because I didn’t have a frozen banana. I’ve made something similar in the past and have used 1 tsp cocoa instead of cinnamon and added 1 tsp honey.
I love how you improvised! Sounds deliicious.
Yummy! Can’t wait to try 😊. A smoothie I love is 1 banana, 1 cup of frozen mixed berries, tsp cinnamon, tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 to 1 cup of coconut water, 1 tbsp chia seeds, a tsp of agave if you like
YUM! I love when you all share your recipes with me.
One I make regularly … Frozen blueberries, banana, handful of spinach, peanut butter, vanilla protein powder, any milk.
Also adding a couple of teaspoons of organic cacao powder turns any protein shake into a chocolate one and you get extra protein in the cacao.
That sounds delicious! Thanks for shaing.
I was stumbling around in my email and came upon your name somehow and I love you. I havent seen u since like2018. I love all your recipes. I had throat cancer last yr. so I have a hard time swallowing crunchy hard foods n this is perfect!!! Thank u for still posting all your wonderful recipes. u helped me out soo much.xo
Awe, thank you! I am so glad you are enjoying the recipes + videos and appreciate you watching. I hope you are feeling better - sending you lots of cyber love!
Thankyou
Anytime!! Enjoy it.
This looks really yummy. I do the PB banana smoothie👍 I don't like bananas, but I do like them in smoothies and I love banana nut bread. Just by themselves I don't like. The peanut butter powder and whey powder is very good. I will be trying this smoothie as well👍💜
Enjoy it!
I will try this banana oatmeal smoothie
Great!! Enjoy it.
Please do a creamy pina coloda
Great recipe Dani yumo!!🤩 The cauliflower trick, how freaky, will deft try that as I don't eat bananas 👍
Yes! Frozen zucchini is another great option!
@@CleanandDeliciousDani oh great, will deft try it 👍
My go to smoothie is: 1 frozen banana, 1 scoop of Sunwarrior vanilla birthday cake protein powder, 1 tbsp cacao powder, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tsp maca powder, 1/3 cup of water & 1/3 cup of milk. 😋
This sounds delicious. Thank you so much for sharing!
My fave breakfast smoothie is my Coffee smoothie.
50 grams of frozen banana
Coffee granuals to taste
250 ml unsweetend almond Milk
50 ml unsweetend oat Milk
1 scoop of good chocolate protein
Ice cubes
Blend away and enjoy 🥰
Thank you for sharing! This sounds delicious.
Is it instant coffee granules?
@@barbarawebb7185 yes 🙂
Thanks for suggesting options that are not the “norm” such as cauliflower. I make a smoothie every morning using 2 cups of homemade milk kefir, one large stalk of celery, 1/2 avocado, approximately one heaping tablespoon of fresh ginger, and a fruit of choice. I’ve been considering adding a powdered protein, but need to really look at how much protein I’m already getting.
This sounds delightful! Thanks so much for sharing ❤
Dani the peanut butter smoothie tastes great with chocolate protein powder instead of vanilla. That way is delicious
Good point! I'll have to try that myself.
3:10 it's worth noting that there is also casein, which is just milk protein. Its slow digesting and highly absorbing, turning into pudding like consistency. It makes smoothies much more filling than whey. Very popular nowadays are also whey/casein blends. Those are really good for baking
Good reminder! I love casein protein - specifically for making pudding or mixed into some Greek yogurt :)
I cup of Malk almond milk or oat milk. One tablespoon cacao powder. One tablespoon almond butter. One banana. Mix and enjoy. So yummy.
Simple is usually the most delicious! This one sounds great.
Hi dani your yummy smoothie ❤ 😋
HI!
@@CleanandDeliciousDani Hi.
Where from you?
Instead of the cinnamon I use vanilla extract…delicious!
Hi requesting that you make some more dessert recipes please!!
Thanks for the request! Anything specific you are looking for?
When you drink, don't eat nothing and loose weight. I drink this when my dad and mom made me some is delicious
Great video! Should the cauliflower be cooked or raw??
I use it while it’s still frozen so uncooked and cold .
Great video but as an aside that Vitamix recommends loading ingredients in a different order...liquids first and frozen last. Adding this to my smoothie list...thanks.
How much Cocoa Powder would u add ? If u were adding it to the Smoothie ?
YUM
Enjoy!
What is the first thing you should put into your body when you wake up? I dive right into coffee but wondering if I should wait? FYI enjoying your overnight oats recipes and can’t wait to try this one.
You may be asking the wrong person because I literally go to bed at night dreaming about my morning coffee + yes! It's the first thing (other than a few sips of water!) that goes into my body each day.
@@CleanandDeliciousDani LOL, I dream of my morning coffee too! How long do you wait to eat breakfast?
@@lisapaciotta3426 I am an early riser 4:30/5am - and usually eat my breakfast at 7:30 before heading to the gym (or for a walk depending on the day!).
Frozen zucchini is also great
Great reminder! Thank you.
❤❤❤❤
Enjoy it!
Make sure the oats are organic. Many oats are treated with glyphosphate
Great tip! Thank you.
Hi Dani! Can I skip vanilla protein step in smoothie thanks?
Yes you can! But you may need a bit less milk depending on how thick or thin you like your smoothies
Nice video
Thank you!
Banana Oatmeal Smoothie
1/4 cup Oats
1 TB -Peanut butter
1 Scoop Protein powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 Cup Almond milk
1 Banana Frozen or cup (Fruit of choice ie mango/ cauliflower)
Drinking my cauliflower!!!!!
Well, when you put it like that... lol!
❤❤❤❤❤
Enjoy!!
I just made a banana smoothie with fig, dates and raspberries
That sounds delightful!
That is D-light Full ! 3:47
I always grind the oats first with nothing else, than add the rest of the ingredients after
What brand of peanut butter can I use where the ingredients are just peanuts?
There are several brands out there but my favorite is Teddys! amzn.to/3RQy5SZ
Try to avoid palm oil as it endangers the 🦧 orangutans and other rain forest animals.
Hi can u make a creamy pina colada
Thanks for the suggestion! I'll have to experiment with this one.
Dani, how many grams of protein is this? I don’t know how I could possibly get 30 grams of protein in at each meal.
If you include the protein powder the smoothie has 28 grams of protein!
@@CleanandDeliciousDaniThanks so much!
🙌🏽
Enjoy it!!
I am watching this while its 28 degrees outside with snow melting and raining
LOL! You may need to bookmark this one for the warmer weather. XO
If i leave this overnight will it get more solid like over night oats? My husband loves overnight oats and since we get up early in the am like at 430am, we would not like to make so much noise with blender at that hour not to wake up the offspring. Lol
It would definitely thicken but it would not be the same consistency of overnight oats.
What's the measurement for the Milk ? 1/2 to 3/4th or 3/4 th to 1
3/4-1 cup milk depending on how thick you like your smoothies 😊
Could you add Greek yogurt instead of protein powder?
Of course. I always do, it gives it a tiny bit of a tangy but barely noticeable😊. I use plain yogurt
Oatmeal and rises and brown sugar with nuts.
YUM!
How is raw oats for the gut?
I have never had a problem with it but I'm sure this will be different for everyone.
I’m concerned about blood sugar spike from the oats even if the banana and mango were left out
If you are insulin resistant and are concerned about blood sugar this may not be the right breakfast for you ❤
How many calories?

Dani
Please help me gain weight
I’m gluten free eating real good but need weight on .
A great way to get extra calories without a lot of volume is to increase foods like nuts, seeds, and whole grains. For instance - make this very same smoothie using whole milk, 1-2 tablespoons of nut butter, and an extra couple tablespoons of oats.
Or egg white protein!! Why was that left out of the list?
That works too!
Where is the recipe?
You can print it here: cleananddelicious.com/5-minute-breakfast-smoothie-with-rolled-oatmeal/#recipe
No thanks to collagen and whey protein. I have to put liquid in my blender first otherwise the ingredients stick in the bottom.
You can definitely make this oatmeal smoothie sans the extra protein options!
@CleanandDeliciousDani thank you, sounds OK without the why protein and collagen!
I can not eat peanut butter because of the oil makes me sick I am not allergic peanut I when was younger but now I am older it kind make me feel awful!! 😅
You can sub in any type of nut or seed butter that works for you - they will all work.
She suggested almond butter, which is awesome.
oats have gluten i think.
Oats don't have gluten but are often processed in factories that also process products containing gluten - so there can be cross-contamination.
You shouldnt consume raw oats
why?
I don’t like to drink meals. I still have some teeth. Not filling. Need chewing and swallowing for my brain to recognize I’m eating.
I understand. Maybe you would enjoy my overnight oats recipe instead -> th-cam.com/video/NeBf5ewmI0A/w-d-xo.html
