I'm excited to share this simple, delicious, nutritious smoothie recipe with you! It's easy to make, affordable and super versatile. I really hope you give it a try! XO Dani
I like your videos but it seems all of them are for persons loosing weight, I go to the gym trying to build good healthy muscle mass but some of those recipes I can't use. Why you do videos only for weight loss and not a verity of foods that can be used for either or??
Hi Dani, thanks for this yummy recipe - I absolutely love oats made it twice so far and have been using 1/2 banana and 1/2 frozen cauliflower, this way it's not too sweet but still cold and creamy! 😊
All of my recipes can support a variety of health and weight loss or weight gain goals. If you ever need help adjusting any of them, let me - I'm glad to offer suggestions. This recipe would be great for building muscle mass which is why I suggest the protein powder. @@wiser0185
I add half a small avocado, spinach, banana, yoghurt, chia seeds and almond milk. I am trying to eat foods that are really good for my skin. Two weeks in and my gastritis has eased, my rosacea has really, really calmed down. I have honey, citreon, and ginger tea in the morning, then my smoothie and the day is great. I am grateful that I am feeling better and reaching healthier food goals. Thanks for this recipe, it's a good way to include a wholegrain into a smoothie.
Yummy! Can’t wait to try 😊. A smoothie I love is 1 banana, 1 cup of frozen mixed berries, tsp cinnamon, tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 to 1 cup of coconut water, 1 tbsp chia seeds, a tsp of agave if you like
One I make regularly … Frozen blueberries, banana, handful of spinach, peanut butter, vanilla protein powder, any milk. Also adding a couple of teaspoons of organic cacao powder turns any protein shake into a chocolate one and you get extra protein in the cacao.
Wow just made this and it is so yummy I used tahini instead of peanut butter and skimmed milk and ice to make it cold because I didn’t have a frozen banana. I’ve made something similar in the past and have used 1 tsp cocoa instead of cinnamon and added 1 tsp honey.
Dani, I always look forward to your recipies and your beautiful expressions of loving what you do. I've been making smoothies for many years abd being the adventurer I'm always experimenting. I don't necessarily recommed my way as its complex, not everyone appreciates the taste but I love it because of healthy ingredients. 25 ingredients! Yep, 6 or more veggies, 4 - 6 types of fruit, spices, water, cocunut oil, protein powder, seeds. I make about 40 to 48 oz which provides breakfast and lunch. Ellis
I’ve always made a smoothie almost just like this, and it is hands down my favorite of all time! I was skeptical of the thought of oats in a smoothie but it is delicious!! 💗😋
My go to smoothie is: 1 frozen banana, 1 scoop of Sunwarrior vanilla birthday cake protein powder, 1 tbsp cacao powder, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tsp maca powder, 1/3 cup of water & 1/3 cup of milk. 😋
Not even sure how this vid came into my feed, but it was perfect timing. Saw it, made it, loved it--and all within 20 minutes! New favorite smoothie. I used regular Jif (love the new squeeze pack for using in smoothies), and vanilla almond milk so mine was probably a titch high in sugar, but really tasty and satisfying. I've been making smoothies too complicated with various seeds and powders. I love how quickly this came together. Thanks!
3:10 it's worth noting that there is also casein, which is just milk protein. Its slow digesting and highly absorbing, turning into pudding like consistency. It makes smoothies much more filling than whey. Very popular nowadays are also whey/casein blends. Those are really good for baking
Thanks for suggesting options that are not the “norm” such as cauliflower. I make a smoothie every morning using 2 cups of homemade milk kefir, one large stalk of celery, 1/2 avocado, approximately one heaping tablespoon of fresh ginger, and a fruit of choice. I’ve been considering adding a powdered protein, but need to really look at how much protein I’m already getting.
I was stumbling around in my email and came upon your name somehow and I love you. I havent seen u since like2018. I love all your recipes. I had throat cancer last yr. so I have a hard time swallowing crunchy hard foods n this is perfect!!! Thank u for still posting all your wonderful recipes. u helped me out soo much.xo

I love oatmeal and smoothies for breakfast! Healthy and so easy:) I have tried a similar recipe before but I’m going to make this tomorrow for breakfast. Thank you for the recipe and happy new year 🎊
I have been following your channel and recipes for years, but it has been awhile. I recently purchased the protein powder in chocolate and will be trying the frozen cauliflower. Thank you for helping with my recovery.
This looks really yummy. I do the PB banana smoothie👍 I don't like bananas, but I do like them in smoothies and I love banana nut bread. Just by themselves I don't like. The peanut butter powder and whey powder is very good. I will be trying this smoothie as well👍💜
Great video but as an aside that Vitamix recommends loading ingredients in a different order...liquids first and frozen last. Adding this to my smoothie list...thanks.
What is the first thing you should put into your body when you wake up? I dive right into coffee but wondering if I should wait? FYI enjoying your overnight oats recipes and can’t wait to try this one.
You may be asking the wrong person because I literally go to bed at night dreaming about my morning coffee + yes! It's the first thing (other than a few sips of water!) that goes into my body each day.
@@lisapaciotta3426 I am an early riser 4:30/5am - and usually eat my breakfast at 7:30 before heading to the gym (or for a walk depending on the day!).
If i leave this overnight will it get more solid like over night oats? My husband loves overnight oats and since we get up early in the am like at 430am, we would not like to make so much noise with blender at that hour not to wake up the offspring. Lol
My fave breakfast smoothie is my Coffee smoothie. 50 grams of frozen banana Coffee granuals to taste 250 ml unsweetend almond Milk 50 ml unsweetend oat Milk 1 scoop of good chocolate protein Ice cubes Blend away and enjoy 🥰
A great way to get extra calories without a lot of volume is to increase foods like nuts, seeds, and whole grains. For instance - make this very same smoothie using whole milk, 1-2 tablespoons of nut butter, and an extra couple tablespoons of oats.
I can not eat peanut butter because of the oil makes me sick I am not allergic peanut I when was younger but now I am older it kind make me feel awful!! 😅

Hi requesting that you make some more dessert recipes please!!
Thanks for the request! Anything specific you are looking for?
What brand of peanut butter can I use where the ingredients are just peanuts?
There are several brands out there but my favorite is Teddys! amzn.to/3RQy5SZ
Try to avoid palm oil as it endangers the 🦧 orangutans and other rain forest animals.

How is raw oats for the gut?
I have never had a problem with it but I'm sure this will be different for everyone.

Could you add Greek yogurt instead of protein powder?
Of course. I always do, it gives it a tiny bit of a tangy but barely noticeable😊. I use plain yogurt

oats have gluten i think.
Oats don't have gluten but are often processed in factories that also process products containing gluten - so there can be cross-contamination.
