I am a super fan of Autumn’s protein powders! I’ve tried both the chocolate and vanilla. They mix so well and the taste is much better than other protein powders I’ve tried.
Saw this when I finished up my workout this morning and made it. SO GOOD! I added a handful of spinach...because I always do and a tbs. of cacao nibs. I (for some strange reason) love the crunch they add to a smoothie. I also made your shepherds pie last night...VERY satisfying! Thank you for all your hard work!
I am soooo over the moon for having found your site. Since I have been following your advice on what and how to eat nutritionally, high protein, all the while with the aim of body decomposition. I have been using your recipes and just yesterday I started your suggested 28 day walking program. I have lost weight but more important my clothes fit better and I have more energy. This was so important for me as I am 68. Thank you so much for posting the videos.
I am obsessed with your channel! The smoothie recipes are now a staple in my day. I love seeing Sage hanging out with you too. Keep doing what you are doing; it's making this 67 year old woman so happy & healthy. xx
Dear Autumn, the trick to either Siggi's (I've never tasted it, it's not available where I live) or Greek yoghurt and peanut butter is to ALWAYS lick the spoon afterwards :).
I found out about your channel when I was searching for smoothie recipe. Thank you for everything! I love your coconut butter vanilla smoothie top with cacao nibs and roasted coconut flakes! Yummy!
Just found your channel and loving your content! I laughed when I saw your dog show up in the corner of the screen, cuz that's what happens in my household too! Scrape scrape - dog magically appears!
Dr. Hyman also uses the riced cauliflower for his smoothie and says it makes it creamier. I’ve always hated bananas so I’d never use bananas. BTW, bananas are anti-nutrient, so if you add blueberries you’ll lose the nutritional values of the blueberries. Don’t understand why people always use bananas for everything.
The usefulness of your channel to me is life-changing!! Thank you so much for all the amazing tips and tricks ❤ If I could ask one question. Is it a healthy choice to use low fat milk in a smoothie instead of almond milk? I just find it tastes so much better and me myself I don't find much difference in the nutrition factor. Milk even has more protein compare to almond milk that hardly has any.
Good morning I just want to say that I LOVE your smoothies thank you so much !!! You have saved my gut problems! Keep coming up with new I enjoy them!!!
I used to make a protein drink almost identical to yours, but after reading Toxic Superfoods by Kelly Norton, I revised the ingredients to reduce the amount of oxalates in my drink, which was probably 100 mg of oxalates--almost the maximum of what one should have in the whole day. Almond milk, peanut butter and chia seeds are really high in oxalates, so I switched to macadamia nut butter, a tsp of MCT oil, ground flaxseeds instead of chia, and coconut milk instead of almond milk. I used to also put turmeric and a touch of black pepper, but took those out as they are high in oxalates too. Not everyone is bothered initially by oxalates, but they lodge in the body, leach the body of calcium and can cause kidney stones and other health issues and inflammation for some people. You might want to interview Kelly Norton. Her diet recommendations are very low carb, but for different reasons. thank you. I enjoy your videos.
Looks amazing. Question for all - anyone eating/using Lifeway Farmer’s cheese? Protein count is a little lower - 13 grams but sodium is less than cottage cheese and it’s already spreadable.
Hi Autumn, Karla 63 here and just starting into healthy smoothies. So glad I found your channel, I must say: you talk sooo fast. lol. I’m not complaining sweetie. Anyhoo, I have active UC. What makes it a challenge is that the closest Health Food Stores are 2 hrs away, Iam trying to go all Organic and plant based. I made a smoothie this am and it was not that good. I did use Vanilla Yougurt, baby spinach/ greens some frozen fruits( blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, pineapple and mango and also an organic banana using also organic protein plant based powder( vanilla). It’s for sure not as smooth as I was hoping it would be. So, Iam recovering from my 6th major spinal cord surgery from injury and getting ready to start working out again YAY! I am skinny and petite. I for sue will have to purchase your protein whey powder. Any suggestions and any suggestions on a blender that’s not way expensive? Thank you bunches. Oh, I’ve always ( adult life) been on high protein, low fat diet and always worked out religiously as well as jogging 4 mi/ day.
Autumn, could you share more about the healthy and/or unhealthy sides of oat milk? Thanks. Love your channel. Been following for a little over a year. I have lost 7 lbs. Best part is my energy and how my brain is firing better with intermittent fasting. I have fibro so I can have super bad brain fog days and I think between the higher protein and fasting it is helping!!! Yay!
Yum this looks so good! Going to make it right now for breakfast. I love all of your smoothie recipes. I REALLY want to try your protein powder, but I live in Canada and can’t get it shipped here 😢 *Update - just made this and added a tsp of cacao powder. Delish!!!
Definitely gonna add this to the smoothie menu. Yum! I’m mentally comparing the interior of my garage with yours. Haha Where is all your ‘garage stuff’ ? Mine could never be converted like yours. Besides the automatic garage door, there’s my lawnmower, tools, painting stuff, bicycles and the creepy crawlers that hang out in there. 😂 Yours looks amazing!
So GlowbodyPT has a very similar recipe (not her own protein powder), but the cauliflower rice and PB and even caco nibs. I love your content… and I love hers, but I got this one from her.
Thanks, Autumn! Can you clarify something with these smoothie recipes? If going for a low carb diet (not necessarily keto) is it best-practice to use nonfat or full fat Greek yogurt? If full fat, why? Thanks again for the evidence based content, helps a lot! 🔥🧠❤️🤟🏼
Hi autumn, I love all your content and have been applying to my health. My question is you use a lot of cauliflower rice and I’m wondering with somebody who has thyroid issues is that a good idea? I’ve been told to stay away from all coniferous vegetables. I’d like your thoughts on the subject.
This sounds like it'd be so good, but you had me until cauliflower rice 😂😂💜💜 Absolutely no hate tho. Your content is informative and inspires me to take better care of myself. Also I've been looking for a protein powder but all the ones I've seen have artificial sweeteners or ingredients I don't like. Yours is the first one I actually want to try 💜💜
Hi Chris! I typically don't recommend powdered peanut butter. You can check out more details as to why in my video here: th-cam.com/video/HmgezAfciT8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=cDVA3iHE3GOptsTt
Hi! I typically don't recommend powdered peanut butter and prefer the whole foods based option as a source of fat for satiety. You can check out more details as to why in my video here: th-cam.com/video/HmgezAfciT8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=cDVA3iHE3GOptsTt
Good morning I love this smoothie but worry about the high fat content if I am trying to lose fat? Any suggestions ? Should I change it to non fat yogurt ?
Multiple natural flavors in your protein isolate and guar gum, these are easily avoidable but at owners cost. Why tote all natural all the time when in fact natural flavors are not natural? Guar gum eh not the best for digestion and certainly not the best but it acts as a thickener. Could you touch on this some more?
Hi! Our chocolate does not contain any natural flavors. All of our protein powders don't use any artificial ingredients. Our vanilla uses a natural vanilla flavor derived from natural sources. However, if you are looking to avoid natural flavors all together, you can opt for our chocolate or unflavored proteins :)

Yay! The texture that cacao nibs adds to smoothies is the best! I'm so happy you enjoyed the recipe and the Shephed's Pie too! 😋

I always add coconut water for the sweetness instead of regular water !
Now you’re talking my language! ❤️ peanut butter. Can’t wait to try it! Thank you, Autumn.

I have some frozen strawberries. Those would give it a peanut butter and jelly vibe. 😋
This is my new favorite smoothie recipe! Thanks Autumn!!!
I’ve been adding in blueberries instead of the cauliflower rice sometimes and that’s really good too!
So many nutritious elements in that smoothie 😮. Thank you Autumn! 👍❤️🇨🇦
Thank you, Autumn! I will make it now! I have all the ingredients ❤Blessings!!
Just tried frozen cauliflower rice in my smoothie, and it was a game changer!! I didn’t miss the frozen banana at all:)

Good morning to you Isabel! I'm so happy to hear you are healing your gut and feeling good with my recipes! 👏
Your protein powder does have the absolute best texture 🤌…. also, Sofie ❤🐾
Thank you Camille! 🥰

Love the quick recipe!! Yum!
Your little dance made watching this video worthwile! Definitely gonna try it! Thanks!
Thank you for sharing this video. I'm a PB addict. I will try this today.

Can you put the nutrition values in your recipes?

Trying this after my workout!! Looks amazing! Might even add some spinach because I love sneaking salad into my smoothies ;).
Can’t wait to make that smoothie!
Yum this looks so good! Going to make it right now for breakfast. I love all of your smoothie recipes. I REALLY want to try your protein powder, but I live in Canada and can’t get it shipped here 😢
*Update - just made this and added a tsp of cacao powder. Delish!!!
We are working on shipping to Canada soon! Stay tuned! 😃
Lots of calories???
Yum!! How many carbs in this recipe?
This is so good!
This is my new favorite 😋
Blender in the garage, sleeping baby, short story LOL
Definitely gonna add this to the smoothie menu. Yum!
I’m mentally comparing the interior of my garage with yours. Haha

I'm glad you didn't leave us hanging because I was going to be wondering why the blender base is in the garage😂🤣
🤣
"Backyard Chickens" great name for a band!

Lol I do the smoothie dance every time too 😂
I wonder if we could swap the skyr or yogurt with cottage cheese so it doesn’t taste so yogurty
Cauliflower rice in a smoothie 🤯
Yeks!!!!!!
I’m assuming you won’t taste it
I've tried it, you don't taste it so I just add it in everyday now. 😊
Zuchini frozen is really good too
I give my dog the yogurt containers as well.
My dogs do the same when I scrape the yogurt container! 😂
What other option is there if you can't stand whey protein?
Are you still making your own yogurt? You use store bought in your videos a lot of the time.
off topic, but very nice garage😊
Hi! What’s your opinion on Isopure protein powder? I don’t like creamy protein shakes, and wanted to get my protein in with Water based drinks.
Mine is not thick.
Why didn’t you use powder peanut butter???
This sounds like it'd be so good, but you had me until cauliflower rice 😂😂💜💜
Absolutely no hate tho. Your content is informative and inspires me to take better care of myself. Also I've been looking for a protein powder but all the ones I've seen have artificial sweeteners or ingredients I don't like. Yours is the first one I actually want to try 💜💜
What about cow’s milk?
Is it just me that if I add Greek yogurt to a smoothie then the greek yogurt TOTALLY overpowers the whole taste of the smoothie ???!!
Same here. And I don’t particularly like the taste of yogurt 😣
Have you tried it with cottage cheese instead of siggis?
Hi, the link in the description doesn't seem to work for the whey powder, can you help please ?
What about organic soya milk?
Would you use whole milk? It’s seems like a less processed option than most affordable alternative milks!
You could use whole milk if you’re not carb sensitive or lactose intolerant
Wish you did international shipping 😅
Watching this right as I’m eating peanut butter bananas and chia seeds 😂
You mentioned being a bit lactose intolerant, does yogurt bother you also? I can’t tolerate it
Suggestions for those that can’t do protein powder ?
Use Greek yogurt- 2/3 c has 17 g of protein.
Secret ingredient= riced cauliflower. Who would have guessed??
I love this but I’ve used PB2..your thoughts on this?
Also like frozen strawberries instead and 1/2 TBSP cacoa powder, huge handful of baby spinach.

Thank you! 😊
Can you substitute peanut butter power for real peanut butter?
I was wondering the same thing!

What are your thoughts on soy milk? Good or bad?
Soy milk has an after taste and might change the smoothie taste. Almond or coconut milk is neutral tastes.
if I were to intermittent fast is water ok and green tea but no sweetner???
Do you sell your Chocolate Protein Powder anywhere else? Got an email notification it was back in stock and by the time I read the email an hour later, it was out already!
Yaaaas
13 days and both of your protein powders are sold out!! Great for you, but too bad for me.
I've tried now many times and love your recipes, but cannot watch any more you speak much too fast...slow down please
Playback speed is a thing. To me, she speaks at a normal speed, but to each their own, I guess
WHY ARE YOU USING ALMOND MILK WHY NOT WHOLE MILK YOU JUST PUT WHOLE MILK YOGURT IN THAT MAKES NO SENSE
Could she talk any faster?? Anxiety producing just listening to her, it’s not a race! Ughhhh 😖
