    it's my third day doing pilates with you and i feel incredibly accomplished for the first time in a really long time. i can feel how my relationship with my body improves with every repetition i push myself through and im extremely thankful for that.
    just finished today's lesson and while it was challenging, you made it very enjoyable. a huge thank you for your videos, they've been making m mornings, and let's keep training together ! :)

    I haven't done Pilates in months due to some emotional nonsense. My core is definitely weak again. This was wonderful. Not too hard or too deep. Thank you so much Nicole you always always deliver exactly what's needed and I'm always so glad that I chose your class. I know everyone says it to you but it truly is like therapy.     Currently 21 weeks pregnant and still loving your classes (with the approval of my doctor of course). I was worried about not being able to keep up with my practice during my pregnancy and I am for sure taking things one moment at a time, listening to my body, and making adjustments as needed but I just want to thank you for the different variations you offer during different movements, because that has really helped me during this time. Thank you for this lovely and amazing resource you provide to so many different people in so many different areas of their wellness journey, its been a blessing in my life.

    Nicole. I started your pilates and yoga 3 months ago while I got also really bad cold and influenza. I do every single day ( I missed only 3 times coz I was so bed ridden with headaches) and I lost 4 kg! I am doing diet too and occasional low impact cardio! But I think this time it really works. I am so excited for morning to come to do your exercise and see what movement can my body does. Thanks alot Nicole!! I went from muffin body type to almost flat tummy. I owe you!!     Hello Nicole, I've enjoyed your pilates sessions for about a year now and want to thank you for helping me get fit and trim! I love the variety of classes. I can choose whichever class I feel like at that moment. I'm glad you wear a variety of outfits because I remember which is which according to what you wear. I also want to say that not only am I fitter now but I have lost 3cm off my hips, even though I am the same weight - 57kg. Isn't that amazing! Pilates works!! Keep up your fabulous work.

    I love your videos!! You have so many options! The right balance of intensity. Not overwhelming so I don’t avoid them like the plague but I still end up sweating and hurting in the end. Something sustainable that I will keep coming back to rather than not feeling it that day, and the day after and before you know it I’m off the wagon. If I’m not feeling it, then I do a nice 10min yoga to keep me doing something and showing up! Thank you, thank you!!!!

    Thanks so much I am finally able to motivate and discipline myself on a daily basis. This is my third week going strong! I love that you do voice over.     NICOLE!!! Thank you for all your classes. Somehow you know exactly what we need to work on and I appreciate your class progressions immensely. I LOVE CARDIO PILATES SO MUCH....it gets in there so good that I cry with pain but love the burn as I know it's WORKING.     Love your Cardio Pilates, HIIT and stretch workouts. I am a runner and had an injury in my foot, these workouts definitely helped me to heal and find new ways to embrace my body. Fun fact: You also saved me during the pandemic. I am German, but live in NY and my friend (who lives in Germany) and I met on Zoom to workout together. Luckily we found your channel!     This one is definitely one of my favorites! My abs especially were on fire for that segment!! Same with my glutes! Love it!
    I started your videos 3 1/2 months ago along with wearing a waist trimmer while I workout and I am starting to really see this hard work pay off especially in my stomach and waist area, has me so happy, confident, and motivated! Been doing cardio workouts for over a year now but adding in the pilates is one of the best decisions I could've made! So anyway thanks so much for making these videos, me and many others are very thankful for them! ❤

    I just saw that you launched a website and it looks really cool, so congrats! (sorry, I don’t know how long ago it was released 😅). Anyway, I saw your June weekly plan and it has been really helpful in managing my routine, just a suggestion though: it would be amazing to have the option to download the whole 4 week plan as a single pdf file too.
    Finally, thank you for making these high-quality videos available for free, usually these kind of videos are held behind a subscription fee which isn’t really affordable to people who don’t live in Western countries or are from a less privileged background. So I’m really grateful for that!

    I go for a walk EVERYDAY. But yesterday our temps never got above -2F / -17C and I cut it short. I had skipped this one because 30 minutes of HIIT isn't really good for 50 year old women (spikes cortisol, and disturbs sleep), but this was more like a vigorous walk. Thank you so much! (I slept like a baby.)

    Wow what a burn! I was drawn to your channel because of the peacefulness and calmness of it. It's no nice to have such a peaceful and calm workout and still get such a burn and sweat. Thank you for your content.

    this was wayyy harder than i anticipated…and probably the only workout ive done that doesnt hurt my neck! the instructions were soo helpful too, love it

    I have been off for a few months because I was not feeling well mentally, busy with exams and getting covid in between as well. Now I am finally starting doing your workout videos again and it was hard but so fulfilling.

    it‘s insane that you keep motivating me… i love you so much for your talking and for your workouts, they are sooo good.❤️ (i always stop in the middle of other workouts bc they don‘t talk or they are boring and too much for me bc i‘m not very strong i‘m very skinny)
