@@frxnci5015 dont go so hard on your self just do cardio or play a lot for your age it's ok + doing workout with heavy weight can stop your height growth

love this workout and the structure ⚘️ 1) standing inner thigh focus 2) side lying outer thigh ficus 3) glute bridge booty focus no constant hectic position changes, but a focused and noticeable burn in the lower body with each exercise - as we all are probably aiming for. you will enjoy it for sure and finish the workout strong with a good mood and your legs shaking. ♡

Liegestütze mit Level 1 auf knien und wie man sie graduell schwieriger macht. Dann auch mit Erklärung, welche Muskeln angespannt sein sollten usw. Idee vielleicht auch für shorts✌️

@@shrutisharma15 yep! That’s what I mainly focus on, or if I use weights they are never really heavy. I try to be really careful when doing workouts😊

Awesome burn for the glutes. I used 20lbs for all the weighted excecises and 3lbs ankle weights for the 2 and 3 portion.❤
