      Yh, I’m 13 and I do these workouts too, it has definitely helped me to feel much less insecure and I just feel so great after doing these workouts!❤️❤️

      @@frxnci5015 dont go so hard on your self just do cardio or play a lot for your age it's ok + doing workout with heavy weight can stop your height growth

    Whewww, the leg shakes after this one! Those side leg raises/holds/pulses were BRUTAL, but I did it and you can too!!

    love this workout and the structure ⚘️
    1) standing inner thigh focus
    2) side lying outer thigh ficus
    3) glute bridge booty focus
    no constant hectic position changes, but a focused and noticeable burn in the lower body with each exercise - as we all are probably aiming for.
    you will enjoy it for sure and finish the workout strong with a good mood and your legs shaking. ♡

    Hi Anna! I’ve been doing your workout for a year now and I love them so much! I’m 13 and i really wanted to feel better, be healthier and overall just feel good and see changes in my body.     That was great. Not a lot of fast movements so not a big calorie burner, but super effective for those muscles. I felt that!

    I came right from the 2M SPECIAL HIIT workout, skipped some of the sumo squats n pulses here but the glute bridges still got to me! Highly recommended jf you wanna feel some burn!

    Awesome burn for the glutes. I used 20lbs for all the weighted excecises and 3lbs ankle weights for the 2 and 3 portion.❤

    Was ich interessant finden würde, wäre ein Video in dem alle Übungen und Dehnungen erklärt werden wurden mit den verschiedenen Schwierigkeitsgraden. Z.B. Liegestütze mit Level 1 auf knien und wie man sie graduell schwieriger macht. Dann auch mit Erklärung, welche Muskeln angespannt sein sollten usw. Idee vielleicht auch für shorts✌️
