Bellagio is so ran down. Slowly fell apart when Wynn sold. Rooms are boring and old. Wynn and the Venetian are for the elite the Bellagio passed out rooms for free for playing video games lmao
I like your videos and your smooth deep voice. You speak very well and thoughtful about Vegas hotels. Thank you for your opinion’s. They are well thought out.
I agree about Bellagio! I was in shock when they removed the soaking tub because I love soaking tubs! It’s sad that in the standard rooms at Venetian/Palazzo and Wynn/Encore have soaking tubs in their standard rooms.
I’m absolutely floored at the lack of soaking tubs in so many of these Vegas hotels, even some of the more expensive ones, nothing but walk in showers.
@@uptildawnltd3253The reason for that is because there aren’t enough housekeepers to do the job of the backbreaking work. The more done in the room by guests the longer it takes one to clean the room however the management has unreal expectations for how many rooms up to 20 the girl can do so if the have a quota of 20 but she can only do 9 because of all of the work with tubs showed ect… then she’s fired. So at that point they will have a physical year meeting to decide what’s causing the long clean times. That specific thing will have to go. Most of Las Vegas housekeepers are treated like SHII yet it’s a job needed. Everyone is rushing you threatening you out the day to go faster faster and how your job is on the line. Most ppl don’t realize the scrutiny those ppl go through. Also this is Vegas so a lot of other things horrible things happen to the housekeepers. It’s a really good job out here if they would allow it. But it’s one of the most abusive jobs there can be. Alas to just rip the tubs out and not want to change their behavior about their staff. It’s sickening…

Loved the Venetian. Years ago, plane from Philly got in late, like 2 or 3am. Checked in and was sent to a room that was already occupied. They sent the bellman up to confirm. He was so accommodating to us (3 girlfriends) that he promised to make up for the hotel's mistake. We were upgraded to an executive suite that had a grand entryway, 2 queen beds with canopies, a dining room, an office area, and living room with pullout sofa. Best trip ever.
Very interesting take. What was eye opening to me was that the Bellagio wasn't always so overpriced. Prior to the pandemic I booked a stay in their two bedroom suite for under $1200 for a three day weekend. Now, that same suite was tagged at around $2700. Just stay at the Cosmo. Best decision I ever made.
If you played MLife my Vegas you could of gotten a free weekend stay or free two days Sunday -Thursday only thing you pay is the security fee. Been doing it for years only stayed at the MGM Grand for the longest but then Treasure Island became the spot to be at decent rooms and they don't charge $100 daily security fee's. Just a consideration i also eat off the strip way better dinning and better choices...
As soon as I saw the title I immediately say Waldorf Astoria. I would like to experience every single hotel on the strip but I can’t bring myself to pay their prices. Great video

Here before the bellagio fanboys blow their tops 😆…. But I’d agree with each and every place on this list. You made concise arguments which can’t be disputed. Another great video TVP! ✌🏽
I like the Cromwell. It's got a great location, you get access to Caesars pool, the rooms are comfortable w/good finishings, and the hallways smell nice haha.
@@ernestoascencio7498 logged into my mlife and just clicked on the offer. Total was like 1000 for 5 nights. I'm diamond elite at Caesars so I did the tier match at the mlife rewards desk. Vdara is a hidden gem 💎 it’s intimate and modern plus all rooms come with a microwave, stove top, and fridge not all rooms have a great view but who cares you’re literally in the middle of all the action with access to the Aria, Bellagio, and Cosmopolitan all three in walking distance
I don’t understand why people spend so much money on hotel rooms in Las Vegas unless they are just filthy rich and have money to burn. Whenever I come to Vegas, I spend the majority of my time out and about. The only times I come back to the hotel room is to sleep or take a break. I don’t need all the fancy stuff. I just need a good comfy bed to lay down in at night.
P why would you go on vacation, and stay somewhere cheap that's worse than what you have at home? You don't have to be rich to stay in a nice room. There are plenty of nice, affordable hotels on the Vegas strip.
Thank you very much for all of your informative videos. You've definitely sold me on the cosmopolitan. Small recommendation when you're doing recon on these hotels please identify how fast the internet speeds are.
We used to stay at Bill's now Cromwell's not because it was the place to go, but it fit our needs if you didn't mind the shower/bathtub not draining. My buddy liked dives for our Super Bow trips'
Spot on with the Bellagio. Stayed there for the first time last May. Outside the pool area, didn’t live up to my expectations. I spent way more time at Cosmo/Aria. Bellagio is currently getting by off the name. Glad my room was heavily discounted.
Hundred percent agree with you. I have stayed at all those hotels. You may want to add Four Seasons to your list. Totally agree with you on the best hotels in Vegas.
I agree with you on Bellagio 100%. The fountains and the conservatory are attractions available for anyone no matter where you stay. The year round pool is nice. The only other reason I visit this property is if I want a high-end dining experience. There's a lack of nightlife and more affordable eats. I don't understand the Cromwell room aesthetic. It's lacking cohesion. It's swanky yet tacky at the same time. There's Parisian touches but then they have those big, clunky rustic trunks. And the bathroom has a more modern look. It's all over the place. I would love to see a remodel but I doubt Caesars will do that anytime soon.
@Mr. Nishimoto and how much would that cost at Cosmo ? I can get upgraded into a fountain view room at Bellagio paying lowest $94 as MGM gold via Hyatt explorist, you can't even get upgraded into that by paying the cheapest room at Cosmo as Marriott titanium
100% correct about Bellagio. Stayed in a fountain view suite in July 2021. We couldn’t have been more disappointed. Run down room and 4th floor has no fountain view, to make up for it they gave us $100 in food credit, which lasted for 3/4 of one lunch at their on-site restaurant. Nice pool, maybe, but that ain’t enough.
When me and my boyfriend went to Vegas earlier this year, we didn't stay at the Bellagio but we were sitting at a bar there at 1:30-2am. The bartender was hella cool, but we randomly got ambushed by hotel staff(?) and ID'd. It was so weird and I don't even know if those guys truly worked there or not. Made me glad the only money we spent there was at the bar lol
I’d say Paris has become one as well. Every time I look to book, Paris is usually the most expensive after Nobu, Cromwell, and Caesars. Location isn’t bad yeah, but honestly pool is underwhelming and rooms aren’t even top tier, they are average/above average at best.
Love your content! 100% agree with this list! Cosmo is my pick... I'm not looking forward to the day that I'm no longer able to use my Marriott points to pay for those stays
True... I just stayed 3 days at the Bellagio Fountain view room for Comp... but had to go elsewhere to go eat.... the Venetian should have been here! $400 for one night, krazy, thanks
Thanks for the interesting video. We're going to Las Vegas for the first time in 20 years, and staying at the Nobu Hotel. Why? We're seeing Cirque du Soleil at the Bellagio and didn't want to pay over $800 per night to stay there. We're only paying $217 per night at the Nobu. Which not only is close to the Bellagio (where we're also having three meals), but is centrally located on the strip. Looking at photos of the Nobu, even though the rooms are small, I like the minimalist Japanese vibe. We're also dining at the Nobu restaurant one night. From my point of view, the only negatives about the Nobu Hotel are the poor views from some (all?) of the rooms and the extra charges for wifi on multiple devices. We'll see how we feel after our actual stay there in a few weeks.
The regular prices at the Bellagio are way to much and I will never pay that much to stay there. As a MGM Rewards member I quite often get good rates there with no resort fees. My last stay in June was 7 nights for 1300 dollars total. If I get a good offer to stay there I will, if not I will stay somewhere else.
Thanks for the alert for overpriced hotels. All that matters to me is a decent affordable place for me to lay my head on. Afterall, there's so much to accomplish to do. Place to sleep is only needed to end the day of activities. Thanks for all that you do. I appreciate your authenticity in sharing your video. You must be a stockholder for Las Vegas.
Excellent vid & agree with your choices. Bottom line - as long as people are paying these high prices the resorts figure all is well. Tbh have not been to Vegas almost 3 yrs. now since covid started. Looks like restaurant prices & everything else in Vegas is way up. Hotels are constantly coming up with new fees. What fees will be next water & electric room fees ?? Sounds unreasonable ?? Years ago resort fees seemed unreasonable. 😎🇨🇦✌️
Only hotel vibe I really meshed with in Vegas was the Cosmo. That place is beautiful, the drink service was prompt and attentive and they had good gamble. We stayed across the street from Bellagio at the Paris which wasn't terrible, but the casino and service were both kind of lacking and the "strip view suite" we had only had a funky little window. Agreed 100% on Bellagio, worth a stop every trip, but not a stay at the price point.
Spent 8 days at the Bellagio in June 2021. First time to Vegas , but thought the Bellagio was supposed to be great. Could not see the fountain from my room. The room was small and substandard...needed updating and only a single chair in the entire room. Spago's and Prime were excellent restaurant. Eat at the Bellagio, but stay and gamble elsewhere!
Amen .just stayed at the Bellagio two weeks ago .I was at Caesars for five days before I went there and the Bellagio was way overpriced. The brunch buffet was great but Caesar’s Palace beat them in every other category . Well except maybe find dining choices Bellagio had plenty of that.but the room wasn’t even close .the loudest worst sleep I’ve ever had in 20 years in Vegas!
100% agree with these hotel choices! My husband and I stayed at the Bellagio for a mini honeymoon and had the worst experience ever. I give hotels a little wiggle room for error but the type of experience we had there for 3 nights? Not worth the hassle, plus if you don’t like all of the foot traffic you’ll experience within the hotel due to everyone coming to visit the Bellagio conservatory & botanical garden, along with the fountains, this is definitely not the place to stay.
Tip: Hilton has a timeshare condo the Elara directly across the street from Waldorf thay literally gives you a 2 bedroom CONDO for half the price of the Waldorf and has the same casino free experience
Totally agree on your picks. Bellagio is overpriced. I'd much rather stay at Vdara, still mid strip, all suites, and can still get a fountain view room!
I stayed at the Bellagio for 4 nights and was comped for 2 nights due to using the MyVegas app and the stay wasn't what I expected or hoped for. The view I got was horrendous even though it was supposed to be a pool/garden view room, I didn't get that view at all, the room was one of the rooms on the end and the view was of the side of Caesar's Palace. The Bellagio is nice to walkthrough and visit but not too stay there. The location is nice as well as the restaurants and the tram is nice as well as the pool complex and room service.
Thanks for the video my friend I agree with you about the prices of these hotels they are out of the question, but I think you should have included Wynn and Encore on your list those places are really expensive and I'm talking about all around from the rooms to the food to the table games all of it. Those hotels were not built for your average Vegas tourist and it seems that they don't want certain kinds of people there and that is fine even though the properties are very nice and I've been to them many times it's just to stuffy for me and I don't feel comfortable going there with the types of people that show up. It's to much money all around me and I feel out of place... but I digress those hotels should have been on the list but the buffet at the Wynn is awesome and take it from me I've been coming to Las Vegas for 30 years so I know.
I plan to use a Hilton free night certificate for one night at Waldorf in October, but I'd never pay cash for any of the WA hotels in the world. As a MGM Gold plus military veteran, I avoid resort fees and can stay at Bellagio for about $200 mid-week. But as Caesars Diamond I never will because all the Caesars properties across the strip are cheaper. NoMad hotel is more an overpriced choice than Bellagio.
Know where I stay in LV? Harrah's, the Linq or Flamingo. Inexpensive (mid week), mid strip & about as nice as a Holiday Inn. Then, I take my money savings & live it up enjoying food & drink!
Cromwell's size is exactly why I love it. They gutted the table games on the strip side so it's smaller on the gaming but damn if I don't love walking 30 seconds to my elevator and being into the action in less than a minute. That's a mega plus. Also, for whatever reason, I'm always comped at Cromwell but never at Caesar's or Nobu....
Watched this video just to hear The Cromwells name. I wanted a smaller boutique hotel after staying at the Venetian and walking miles back to my room. It was a very disappointing experience. Nothing was memorable except the pink and black decor in the room. Had to walk to Caesar’s palace to use the pool.
Stayed at the Bellagio last week on a Wed/Thurs night following the 4th of July. Prior to last week, it was like 20 years ago I stayed there. The ONLY reason why I stayed there was due to the price of the room actually being one of the LOWEST on the strip mid week. It was $185 night. They Wynn/Encore (my favorite hotel) was over $300. The Cosmo was well over $300 and most other "decent" properties were in the mid/high $200 range. What my wife and I liked about the Bellagio was that it was CLEAN. The room was very clean, hallways clean, elevators clean, pool area clean. Just a very clean hotel. In addition, it was very quiet. We did not hear guest in connecting rooms rooms or in the hallways. The hotel was actually sold out as I was hoping for an upgrade thinking since it was priced low the strip would be "dead" but, it was not. The hotel was packed and very busy on the casino floor more so than the other hotels around the area. As for the room, aside from it being clean you are right in the description. My room on the 17th floor only had one small window with a view of the pool area. HATE the sensor fridge so you can't put your own items in it. Pools are nice, but not the best. Doubt I'll stay there again, but for the price it worth the stay at least once and my now wife never had stayed there. After check out on Thursday we had one more night in Vegas and actually stayed at the M Resort off strip since Friday night the price of the Bellagio jumped to $345.
Sadly, I have to agree about Cromwell. I just stayed there last week, and it is starting to look worn down. I actually had to ask them to unclog my sink. I get paying up for a boutique hotel, but with that should come more meticulous care for the property. The whole idea is supposed to be quality over quantity (of rooms), right?
They got rid of my favorite casino of all time: The Barbary Coast and replaced it with the Cromwell. The BC was more fun than any other casino I have ever been to, cool staff, great servers and HOT craps tables. Now we have the Cromwell. No character, no theme, no fun and boring. I have never spent a dime there, nor do I ever intend to. Not in this lifetime. 😡😡😡
@@Marcellus-ro4ko I used to go to Cromwell’s casino to gamble, just for a change of atmosphere from Caesars or Aria. At the video poker bar, you’d get sunlight inside which was a nice change. Bartender was very cool, top shelf comp drinks but she even said she would never stay at that hotel.
I guess I don't know if the bellagio is overpriced or not being that my room and food are always comped, but I do stay there quite a bit and it's my favorite hotel.
Nice video and reviews! I love the Classic feel of the Bellagio, it makes me feel at home. Yet I also don’t pay for it I use them comps so that could help my opinion. I personally prefer the Bellagio over the Aria though. The floor to ceiling views are awesome at the Aria and I like their casino but the rooms are starting to feel like they need an upgrade, scratches all over the furniture and feels a bit small room size for a 5 star hotel.
I'm glad someone else shares my views on Cromwell. Like why is this priced more than Caesars on some days? Ain't no way I'm passing up Caesars over Cromwell. Ain't no way boy. They need to knock that price down expeditiously.
I can stay at any of the Caesars properties for free (also no resort fees). What would you pick?? Biggest interest is blackjack (high limit is fine), second would probably be food and third would be shows/fun. I was thinking somewhere center strip like Horseshoe or Paris? Thoughts?
Come on TVP, we all know Bellagio is Ultra Elite with Ultra high end restaurants and lounges. Good list tho 😂😂

You name-dropped The Signature! I love that hotel! IMO, it's for me the best in Vegas.
Love ur vids
Anna Kay Ward greatly appreciate the support!
Great tips
Great 👍🏽 Video
I stayed at the Bellagio for 4 nights and was comped for 2 nights due to using the MyVegas app and the stay wasn't what I expected or hoped for. The view I got was horrendous even though it was supposed to be a pool/garden view room, I didn't get that view at all, the room was one of the rooms on the end and the view was of the side of Caesar's Palace. The Bellagio is nice to walkthrough and visit but not too stay there. The location is nice as well as the restaurants and the tram is nice as well as the pool complex and room service.
Bomb content!!!
I really need the underrated list…
Wow tim enjoy this video very informative good too know
Watched this video just to hear The Cromwells name.
Only reason to go to Cromwell is for Drais Beach club and Nightclub. Other than that nothing special whatsoever.
@@Marcellus-ro4ko Which is a shitshow much of the time. Trust me
@@Marcellus-ro4ko I used to go to Cromwell’s casino to gamble, just for a change of atmosphere from Caesars or Aria. At the video poker bar, you’d get sunlight inside which was a nice change. Bartender was very cool, top shelf comp drinks but she even said she would never stay at that hotel.
You can either have a room that looks down on the strip and the fountain or warehouses.
I guess I don't know if the bellagio is overpriced or not being that my room and food are always comped, but I do stay there quite a bit and it's my favorite hotel.
Great video but I would have thrown Cosmo in there too, crazy expensive for even their basic rooms lol - Don't hate me mate!!
Demetri82 lol no hate, Cosmo offers things that 99% of the hotels don't, so with them you get what you pay for
Nice video and reviews!
It’s expensive because it’s the Waldorf Astoria! That property is expensive everywhere!
I'm glad someone else shares my views on Cromwell. Like why is this priced more than Caesars on some days? Ain't no way I'm passing up Caesars over Cromwell. Ain't no way boy. They need to knock that price down expeditiously.
Terrell Harrison 💯
I had no idea Vdara was connected to Bellagio. I stayed there last month
I can stay at any of the Caesars properties for free (also no resort fees). What would you pick?? Biggest interest is blackjack (high limit is fine), second would probably be food and third would be shows/fun. I was thinking somewhere center strip like Horseshoe or Paris? Thoughts?
Couldn't have said it better! 💯
I stayed at bellagio completely agree!!
excellent video
💯 I think Waldorf is still trying to live off cache of previous identity. Mandarin seemed to have a vibe at some point.
