I have been following your videos from last 5 months and now I am able to loose a decent amount of fat from my body also build muscle at the same time. My weight doesn't change too much (only 11 kg) but my body shape changed a lot. Thanks brother and Keep posting such informativ videos.
I used all the knowledge in this video pretty much. I was weak at first. So I started with 1000 rope jumps. Then doing it two times in a day. Then doing rope jumps for more than 1 hour. Then switched to low impact cardio. Then progressed to intermediate impact cardio. I have definitely lost some fat from my stomach. And also I switched to going by foot to my tuition rather than bike. For diet, I first stopped eating from outside. Then cut the heavy oil foods. Then to 2 roti and a bowl full of Vegetable. Then to only 2 roti and vegetables like dals, and chhole. I pretty much started to eat dal every time.Or eating protein rich diets and being vary of what I eat. Note: I could see the difference in only 1 month. And I switched from rope jumps to Intermediate cardio in less than a month. Because I used to do cardio before.

I was into this continuous cycle of dropping weight then again gaining it , on Aug 2020 I was around 90 kg ( iam 5,10)and finally decided to be smart about it! I rejoined gym and decided to focus only getting stronger and build muscles focused on dead lifts , weigh squats , bench press , ( now i easily cross 150kg with proper form) now I don’t keep count my training calories burned in the gym and decided that my maintain is around 2300-2500 on an average, started measuring food and began on 1800-2000 cal diet I track my protein intake 1.5gm protein of my weight is my minimum goal and rest calories I became flexible but strict even when Iam drinking I pre decide my chakna 😂 like my chakna calories should not cross 200 if it’s over that iam done I also measure alcohol !! Now i weigh around 79-80 did build decent muscle in that process too! Stated enjoying gym rather than using it as a tool to loose my fat!
Iam still eating 1800-2000 cal per days my weight loss process is now slower but I did it on purpose to prevent my muscle mass or even build some in this process

If you're planning to party after a long time, you don't need to be just caring about the calorie count in the entire party. What you can do is eat 300 calories less, every day, for the next 5 days and you would have saved 1500 calories which you will utilise on the 6th day i.e. Friday. If your plans require 2500 calories, eat 500 calories lesser for 5 days. and in case the party day requires more than 4000 calories, it's better to maintain weight this week because we're not getting medals to lose weight quickly. If you want to achieve results, avoid eating outside food first and eat homemade food only in right proportion- proetin, carbs, fat and vitamins. Do 14:10 fasting and perform strength tranining 4-5 days a week with some cardio 2-3 days.

And no need to measure weight daily. You seek for a change which is not there and it demotivates you. Measure weight from Sunday to Sunday and honestly don't do it. Just trust the process.
I had hit a plateau. So I started calculating my calorie intake. My AMC is around 2750 and I am restricting my intake to around 1900 calories. It's been 5 days. I was at 84.5 kgs and today I am at 82.9 kgs. No alcohol also for the next 30 days.

I agree with all ur points. But one very important point which i think u have forgot is that calories deficit can be also achieved by extra physical work. The best examples are the workers who are involved in more physical works example farmers, labourers etc

"Healthify me" gives measure in gm for solids n in ml for liquids... Btw, approx. 1 gm equals 1 ml...
Measure food in gms. Not cups.
