I have just started my fat loss journey a week ago and am following the same principle that you are suggesting in your video. After seeing your video, I am feeling good because it just reaffirms my faith that the focus should be only on calorie deficit to reduce weight and I do not need to follow any fancy diets. 1. How to take care of the fact that absorption of all those calories will be different for different individual? 2. Changing the form of "standard" foods for consumption changes its calories availability. How do we take care of that? For ex: eating a raw apple and consuming it's juice will changes its available calories for the body. (Heard it on internet somewhere) Also will it even matter that much?
