    I was into the habit of eating Lays every alternate days. But now it's almost a year I had stopped eating Lays.

    I cannot do strength training due to some personal issue.. I started duing some strength training but got injured.. So i have stopped for a while.. I am only doing walking 10000 steps a day along with 30 min badminton.. Is it ok.. Will it be considered as excessive cardio? I plan to go to gym after 3 months..

      If you are trying to lose fat, then it depends on your targeted daily calorie deficit. You should target a moderate daily deficit, maybe 500-700 to lose fat gradually without muscle loss. So if the calories you burn from cardio are putting you into a large calorie deficit then it can be too much cardio. Otherwise if you want to maintain weight then it's fine, just eat enough calories so that you replace all the calories burned by your daily walking and badminton, so that you avoid calorie deficit.

    Hi mate
    I have been on IM and OMAD diet with high protein and high fiber for the last 40 days
    First 25 days i lost 9kg and everything was fine but since then i am unable to sleep properly- the most i can sleep is 3 hours and then i am up all day n night
    I am good with diet and taking electrolytes as well as basic vitamins
    Age 55
    Any help?

      Haan kar sakte hain. Agar sirf fat loss karna hai toh protein ka zyaada importance nahi hai. Lekin agar fat loss ke saath weightlifting se muscle-building karna hai toh protein ka importance badh jata hai. Agar weightlifting karte hue protein ko importance nahi diya toh muscle development slow hoga.

    Siddhartha sir mera ek doubt hai phele me 15 kg each se bench press Marta tha . Mera protein intake thoda kam padata hai and now I am facing hard to bench press even with 10 kg each , what may be the reason sir. I am highlighting protein cauz I think I this is reason Plz sir plz do reply.

      Aisa kya ho gaya? Jo ho chuka hai usspar regret karne se kuch fayda nahi hoga. Aage ka socho, abse kya karna hai taki life mein improvement aaye. Insta par log fake cheezein lagate hain, dikhawa karte hain taki followers ko lage ki wah iss influencer ka life kitna sahi hai. Life ke down period mein inn sab cheezon ko dekh kar, comparison karke depression aur regret aur bhi zyada hoga. Insta ko uninstall kar lo. Agar raat ko bhukh lagti hai, toh apne diet ko aise plan karo ki ek meal raat ko bhi kha sakte ho. Jaise agar lunch mein 4 chapati aur 2 katori dal khate ho, toh ab se lunch mein 2 chapati aur 1 bowl dal. Aur raat ko 2 chapati aur 1 bowl dal. Low calorie, filling foods khao.       Use kar sakte hain lekin fat loss ke liye uska koi faida nahi hai. Creatine lene se koi fat loss nahi hota hai. Supplements ke chakkar mei mat pado, inka effect bahut kam hai. 95% results diet aur exercise se aate hain, isliye apne diet aur exercise par zyada dhyan do. Faltu mein apne paise mat kharch Karo.

      Agar aap fat loss krna chahte hai or minimal muscle gain krna chahte hai to aap week me 5 days Home workout se bhi results gain kr sakte hai. But aap ko diet ka poora khyal rakhna hoga.
      Fat loss ke liye 80% diet and 20% exercise kaam aati hai.

      Jab aap fat loss krte ho tab aap calories deficit me khate hai, or ye tab tak chalta hai jab tak aap apne desired weight pr nhi pohochte.
      Once you reach your ideal weight aap tab us weight ke according jo apka calorie budget hoga us weight ko maintain krne ke liye aap us budget me khaoge,
      or tab aap calorie deficit follow nhi kroge or automatically aap ko bekar ki hunger nhi lagegi.
      That's how your suffering for hunger will end.
