Those people who don't have time to go to the gym can buy dumbbells of appropriate weight and persue strength training in their house also one can use his or her own body weight and do exercise such as stairs climbing to strengthen muscles of their legs.I do both things regularly and improving my muscles.I am 69 years old and a diabetic.I also meditate and do Surya namaskar regularly in the morning.After retirement there's so much time in your hands and you can persue your hobbies unhindered.yes muscle building is my hobby.My height is 5.6" and weight is 64 kgs.Thank you Siddharth for all your videos.I gained lots of knowledge about nutrition and exercise.

9:44 Just a small correction, it's not for one gel, it's for one dose which is 2 gels. I bought this initially thinking I'll get so much omega in one gel, but later understood that it's for two gels. Interesting way of the companies to trick people :)
Hey Jarvis. I noticed this later myself - and have made the correction in video description. Well, its simply a silly error of speech - and not a planned “trick” from anyone. :) I would still recommend the product - 3 gels will hit the daily need of EPA+DHA alongwith good intake of Vitamin E and D. I hope you too find this product satisfactory and worth your money.

I used to find the cost per gel to check which is cheaper, and thus lasts longer. Later after buying, i looked at the label to find that you need to take 2 per day 😅 I think what's more reasonable is to find cost per serving than cost per gel. Anyways, great video, please keep the lean bulk series coming!
