Thank you. Perfect how to. The best thing about it is you didn’t edit ALL of the parts that gave you trouble along the way. I can see that popping off the panel is the real hard part and to be careful not to tear the rubber conduit at the hinges. Your knuckles are looking good! 😆
great demonstration in showing us how to remove the door panel. question, I have the exact same Jeep, I removed the rear right speaker because it has no sound at all. I go to check the wiring, and its all ok. Yet no sound at all from that speaker. What could cause this?
Thanks for showing how to remove the panel. Someone sideswiped my 02wj overland in a parking lot, the moulding is just scratched but the metal is dented there's a gap and I just need to bend it back from the inside and it should be fine. Thanks!
by the way, the speaker is not blown. It sounded great for many years, but over a year ago the sound came in and out all the time. I had to tap on the speaker cover to get it to work. Well, now it has no sound at all.
Busted Knuckle Garage... I feel it man. Great video!i!i! You make it look so easy. I am gonna go for the whole 9. Front and rear speaker wire. Amp Power cable on the passengers side and RCA on the drivers side. Thanks once again for the inspiration. Best Wishes
The wire looks very simular to the factory wire size, if that’s the case why even go through that trouble, you can buy “speedwire” speedwire has all 8 speaker wires (neg pos) plus your remote turn on, you can remove the wire that connects the the head unit aka the radio to the aftermarket harness that connects to the factory, once the radio harness is disconnected connect the speedwire from the car harness and run to your amp, also run your power wire that goes from the amp to the battery on one side of the car and then the rca (or signal wires) on the opposite side of the car
@@FastestIntegra Just sayin', for the other chumpies on here especially, you can at least tape them up outta' the way, or otherwise secure them, if choosing to leave them all in the locations like you did. I've watched the rest of your install videos, and for the most part, good stuff. I like all the fuck-words and whatot.
No I did not use a bypass harness. I used a factory wiring harness kit to install the deck and from there I ran RCA's to a aftermarket 4 channel amp to run my interior door speakers.

Where could I get a speaker ring or speaker bracket exactly like that one? Is that speaker a 6 ½ or 6 ¾ ?
that shirt is fire
Check out some of my newer vids my system has changed a lot. I'm now running 4 12s powered by 8,000 watts RMS hitting a 152DB

If you have your power wire running down the passenger side like I do you could run the RCA's down the center of the vehicle with no interference.
Defintely looks like some removing door panel knuckles.
Question bro so the door speakers will get their sound from the amp since u tucked the factory wires and ran new ones?
Correct the new speakers are ran from a aftermarket 4 channel amp under the seat.

Always keep power and signal wires separate, run the speedwire on the same side as the amp power wire
Those old wiring harnesses, just rattling around inside the door panel, must sound great once those speakers start hitting......
You're the first person to mention such a stupid comment thank you.

Wat size are rear speakers? Thnk u
Yo thank you so much for this.
Thanks, Check out the rest of my system install and please Subscribe. I'm always making new videos.
Just throw that piece of shit in the garbage!! Haha can’t wait to do this to my factory speakers tomorrow!
What size is the speaker bracket for the new speakers?..I bought RockFosgate for the rear doors but no bracket, 🤦🏻♂️
do you need a bracket?
Did you use a bypass harness on your factory amplifier?
No I did not use a bypass harness. I used a factory wiring harness kit to install the deck and from there I ran RCA's to a aftermarket 4 channel amp to run my interior door speakers.
It's not a "F*ckin allen," it's a TORX.
You didn't mention speaker wire polarity?
Positive from the amp goes to the positive side of speaker same for the negative side goes from the amp to the speaker
FastestIntegra are front and rear door speakers the same size?
The front doors are 6x9s and the rear doors are 6.5 inch.
FastestIntegra thanks
Thank You
