Hi Joe! I'm a former banking employee for over 20 years and I have a theory to why your pending transaction disappeared. If you used your credit union's Debit Card/Check Card to purchase the tickets, then the usual process is to showing PENDING first to see if there is enough money in your account. Once the money has been verified, the PENDING status will disappear for 1-3 days (in the USA, longer for foreign transations) before the funds is taken out of your account.

I'm from Belgium and our Aldi/Lidl supermarkets are for most things cheaper here. My lady was very surprised when she saw it by herself when she visited Belgium. But if you stick to Thai food and Thai markets it's a lot cheaper. Crazy part is that most of the time it's cheaper to eat out then to drive to supermarket, drive back home and cook it yourself if you stick to Thai food...
In Belgium we rarely eat out and in Thailand we rarely cook at home 🙃
My lady asked me one time to cook fresh spaghetti bolognaise. The bill was 650 baht for the groceries in the Big C 😁 In the night market here in Jomtien she now eats it for 90 baht.
Gift does a really good job vdoing give her the camera more often.

Joe, just in case you clean the inside of your windows that have had a tint film applied, I have been told that it is best to not use a glass cleaner with amonia, such as traditonal Windex. Windex and other companies make special glass cleaners without amonia, which may be labeled at as a window cleaning for car windows (which are sometimes tinted on the inside).

You really just have to search anything with cooking on our channel to find them. Go back 4 years when we were still in Bangkok. I will try to make a playlist of Gift’s cooking videos when I get a chance.
$51.68 for that amount of groceries is comparable to what it cost here in Virginia.

Dear Gift, when it comes to shopping us men waste no time. Especially if it's a store we are familiar with, we know what we want and where it is. In and out, no browsing for us. 🤣👍🙏
In Ireland we don’t eat pancakes with a fry we hav potato bread when in Europe if u c an irsh pub that dose a breakfast u should Sal if they have potato bread put butter on it it’s very filling enjoy ur holiday to Europe I will be watching 😊😊

Good bacon hard to find in Thailand.. that looks pretty good. Best bacon ive had was at the buffet breakfast at Grand Center Point in Pattaya...

I just paid 4 dollars for a dozen eggs here in the States. 😢 There you get 30 eggs for less money. 🤔 No cocktail nuts for Joe? haha I guess that's the price for not helping with the shopping Joe! 😂 Just kidding, because you both take excellent care of each other! I think most of the Salmon sold in Thailand is from Norway which is why is is so expensive. Salmon is a cold water fish and usually not found in Southest Asia or any warm waters. Since Prachuap Khiri Khan is a fishing village, I wonder what kinds of fish they normally catch there?
Crab, squid, prawns and some type of small fish but I don’t know the name.
Yea, I overthink some stuff too, especially travel arrangements. I just confirmed our hotel in Cambodia. It's a good thing I was proactive because they had us booked into the wrong room type. People are human, humans aren't perfect...we make mistakes. It's good to follow up with other humans about details. Be prepared for other small glitches in your European travels...they happen. I made a purchase or two in that beverage shop over the years...555. We always buy 2 liters of Black Label at duty free whenever we come back into the country, no matter how many bottle that we already have.

Joe, it probably was your credit union that delayed the payment. Often, credit unions will do this. It is a fraud prevention process.
