My first Christmas as a WFPB Vegan, used to be a regular old Vegan eating tofurky for Christmas. All of these recipes look great, I don't have to sacrifice my health for a yummy Christmas dinner.

To be honest, everything except that dressing looked great. The cornbread looked like it would go great with some greens and I can honestly see myself liking the Turkey and dressing. Definitely doing these for Friendsgiving.
There is no way you could have convinced me this time last year before I change my diet to plant based that I could enjoy all my favorites that make Thanksgiving dinner thankful without meat and all the trimmings oil free, and so much healthier. You are truly a blessing. I am so excited and can't wait to see where you are going with the rest of the Thanksgiving feast. My phone with be right by my side so I don't miss any of these recipes. I made the gravy. It is delicious. Using beans for the base provides the perfect thickness. I subbed 1 tsp of aminos for 1 tsp low sodium tamari. Also, 1 tsp less sage. Perfection! Thank you for sharing!

WinCo (a super budget friendly "normal" grocery store in the NW) usually carries oyster mushrooms. It's the only non-speciality market or health food oriented store I've ever seen that carries them.

I have never found oyster mushrooms that big. The only oyster mushrooms I have found are small&dinky in grocery stores
I diligently looked for them until I found big ones. I don’t usually get them this size either.
