For those who may be overwhelmed by vegan ingredients. Especially if you are new to veganism or plant-based lifestyle. What I have done is. I created a Thrive account and am making a vegan only grocery list. Every time i watch a Javant's recipe video, I add the ingredients on my grocery list. This way I can put in my save for later or current grocery list. You can do this with any grocery store you shop at online. like Walmart or Whole Foods, or wherever. I was vegan for almost 2 years back in 2017 2019. Then it became lazy processed vegan. Then I gave up. These videos have inspired me so much to begin the plant-based journey again. I have been writing down your recipes in my journal. Just in case the grid goes down. I want to always have these recipes. Javant you have no idea how you are helping changing lives out here. God bless you brother. Keep on Keepin on.

My HV Lifestyle App will allow you to print out my recipes, and it will generate printable grocery lists for individual recipes too! 👌🏾
Man, Javant, you are something special. The way you take your time breaking down the recipe step by step a five year old could make them. I encourage your fans to start teaching their children how to invest into their future by eating healthy. What a great way to get them started. Javant has such a various of recipes that would appeal to children's taste buds and he takes his time allowing you to capture all the goodness in his reels. Parents just think of what a blessing it would be to know that your children are eating healthy and it could extend their lives. And, it would be plain old family times together in the kitchen, where Love is always present😋😘💯💜
My question is: with all the healthy, delicious vegan foods we can make and eat, why do folks continue eating the SAD diet to the detriment of their health and commodifying sentient beings creating lives of suffering and torture for them?? I'm vegan about 8 years now, and won't go back. This, and all your recipes looks incredible!
@sarahdee374 I can only speak for myself. For me, it was being uneducated that there was a much healthier way to eat. I think lifestyle plays a big part in it for me. I ate the way my family ate. At family gatherings, there was no one saying put that salt down or cut out all the oil we were cooking with. Yes, our parents would say that you needed to eat all your vegetables, but even they were packed with butter, salt, and unhealthy sauces. I learned over this past year that when you know better, you have the choice to do better. Thanks to Mr. Javant, I can not only say but show my friends and family members who say that you need to eat meat to get your protein, that I can get my protein a healthier way. And they say, how can you cook without oil and butter. So that is my story and why I value Mr. Javant, so much for taking the time and energy to give me solid choices to help me change my lifestyle for the better. It is an individual decision, and it works for me and my husband.

I appreciate you, and hope that your husband continues to enjoy the recipes!!
truly heartfelt thanks for such a beautiful message and taking time to reply Javant 🙏. It's the positive outcome of your efforts by getting these recipes out there that all of this is happening, for so many people just like us. You have the healthiest recipes without sacrificing taste. In the past, I failed when trying to go vegan because I felt lost in my own kitchen and was unable to prepare alternatives for my family, other than the usual few plant based dishes, so my choice was also an isolated one. I knew I needed to make the change permanent. This time, the flavors/variety are there as are the nutrients -- for everyone at the table. Javant, you and others are creating an evolution regarding food choices. we all want to try and change, be it for health, ethics, etc. but changing a lifetime of habit instilled since childhood is tough in a practical sense unless we have some sound guidance. Heartfelt thanks again and I agree with the person who mentioned that having children raised with these recipes will help put them on the road toward a lifetime of health :).
Oh wow, you are speaking my language! Yes to the overall sentiment expressed so eloquently in your message. We've been conditioned by tradition to eat a disease promoting diet. This is how we create a new cycle ... a new tradition that promotes eating for life!! 💚
