      There are more people who do it (see links below) but it's great to get other recipes thanks to Javant.
      I follow the recommendations by Dr. Fuhrman (G-Bombs) but I must say that I'm careful not to believe all as some of his recommendations have been questioned. One of them is the one regarding DHA.

    I have a similar story- got super sick, every doc recommended Paleo so I stuck to it religiously until I was having chest pains daily, hair falling out like crazy, deep depression and then I found Anthony William, the Medical Medium. Went vegan overnight and never looked back. I’ve only gotten healthier every day since. Recommend him and his books to everyone looking for true healing.

      Chest pains and hair falling out...have you been checked for diabetes? Neuropathy affects all nerve systems and uncontrolled high blood glucose/sugar is a major cause of neuropathy. Chest pains can happen with neuropathy if the nerves around the heart are being affected. Non-alopecia Hair loss is caused by either hormonal imbalance or blood vessels dying off and the follicles not getting the nourishment they need. Mild to moderate Nausea within an hour or so of waking in the morning can be another sign.

    You opening a restaurant will be massive to this world in every way. You have the ability to teach people your cooking ways and they will do all the work. The fact that your passion, energy, and love is behind the restaurant that is enough. You have the ability to heal others through what you are doing. Having a place that cooks like you with your love and passion is what this worlds needs. There’s an army of people who is in this with you. All you have to do is take the first step and let your passion guide you. It’s not the people asking you to write that book or open that restaurant. It’s your higher self. Nothing else matters besides you following your intuition there’s no need to speak about money or fame. That just comes with it because you are purely doing this from your soul. You have a whole support system that will be right by your side the entire way.
    The app is genius and I look forward to it. I have been wanting to speak with you for some time now. This is a destined connection. I can truly feel it. I stumbled across your page and now I can’t get enough of your recipes and love you have for the food. I truly see you and feel you and I will forever be grateful to have come across an amazing soul like yours.

    Your diet is so good. I have food allergies, corn soy wheat, and milk. I am a vegetarian . My body has finally said enough and just blew up. My weight had gone up to 270+. My hands, ankles, and feet swollen up huge, and my kidneys went on the fritz. I realized that I couldn't cheat anymore. I am now off all my allergies, and I want to change up my diet so my hubby and son can enjoy it too. My weight is coming down fast. In 2 weeks 14 lbs

    Javant I so love your cooking show! The best thing about you is your service to the health of others. I too came to WFPB lifestyle through the education of Dr Fuhrman and made the change for health reasons. I’m now a high raw vegan and love raw juices & raw meals as well as cooked.     Great interview, and I love your humility.
    With the onset of fake foods being produced (particularly meats) going meatless makes sense.
    You are a true inspiration for people, and specifically African Americans, because we seem to suffer with health conditions in higher numbers.
    I've always eaten fairly health, but at 68 I'm going plant base for sure.

    My LDL cholesterol was about 150mg/dL on paleo even though I was lean and fit. I switched to WFPB (whole food plant based) and stayed lean and fit but LDL cholesterol dropped down to 50mg/dL. Blood pressure improved too. Game changer

    There was a song written just for us in 1963 by Miss Peggy March. I have dubbed it "our song" (it's ok, my husband approved🤣). Here it goes... "I will follow hiiiim, follow him wherever heeee may goooo." On TH-cam or on Instagraaam, I've made him my own vegan man, his food I adorrrrrre! I want more and morrrrrre! I'll get to the storrrrrre!🤣🤣🤣🤣💖💖💖
    Ok, ok, all jokes aside, this is an amazing interview and I am so happy that you are receiving the recognition you deserve. And just in time for Juneteenth!! Can't wait to see what you'll come up with, whatever it is I'm making it. Took my own olivecado dressing to a restaurant yesterday and the waitress noticed me putting it on my salad (yeah, I put the jar on the table!🤣). When I spoke about you and what you've done for me via veganism, she was very impressed and I told her to check you out on TH-cam and Instagram.
    Wishing you tons of continued success and I live for the day when I travel to wherever your first restaurant opens JUST for a meal prepared by YOU! (Ok, well, if you're the owner, you'll probably just be making sure the chefs get it right, but anyway... 🤣)

      Javant you are modest but you are a great chef and I can't wait to see the "longer" TH-cam 1:05:59 cooking demo videos. Although I don't really think that 5 min is very long at all but at least it's longer than 30 sec.

    I went to Dr. Furman's talk in NJ bought his book and. Then I read started my journey to healthy living. GBOMS. Lost weight and felt good but I couldn't stay with it. Then I read vegacation over medication by Dr. Bobby Price he was a pharmicist that went to live in the blue states over the world so now he's a vegan, has a farm and is on youtube. I'm doing well following him, Dr. Furman and other Dr's. on youtube so now I'm doing one meal a day OMAD and following Price and Furman"s recomendations. I'm healtier and happy. So happy to have found Javant's channel for great recipes. Thank you sooo much I love your wonderful recipes especially the walnut ground It goes with so many other meals.

    Since 2021 I have tried to become vegan and I have done my best. Some times I became very frustrated because I couldn't find any recipes.
    Now that I have found your videos I can follow your recipes. I enjoy your channel and now I am happy. Cashews and other nut have a lot of fat, which I am trying to stop .

    Yes. Dr. Fuhrman is the doctor that influenced me the most. His book, Eat to
    Live was the first book in my journey of healthy eating. I’ve learned so much from his books and his speeches. Seeing him and meeting him was amazing.

    Hi Javant I just found your TH-cam channel today I’ve been trying to find a healthy way to eat I’m 66 years old and I have fibromyalgia, lupus and congestive heart failure I tried vegan for a month and my health improved so much I gave up sugar also, but your cooking show has been a big help for me I believe I can eat the way I desire thanks to your recipes, I wish you would do a cook book but I do understand how long it could take but I love you so much for your desire to help others I’ve been binge watching and writing down recipes thank you so much for being there to help keep it going I feel so blessed to have found you thanks again ❤

      Thank you so much for this message! It’s so fulfilling and inspiring to me to know that my recipes are helping you get healthier. I am planning a cookbook, and have a major player backing me, but it is projected to be available in two years from now.
      My App coming out in early fall will have all the recipes here plus over a hundred more. It will allow the recipes to be printed, as well as grocery lists. Along with these features will be lots more great capabilities.

      I just turn 67 and this have given me hope to change my way of eating. Thank you for sharing . I was told several years ago I have fibromyalgia and had a cousin to pass from several health issues one was congested heart issues , just few months ago before her planned wedding and June 69th birthday.

    I love Dr Fuhrman… I have his book right here … to work through and the audible too…
    He use to lecture at Hippocrates Institute here in Florida…not sure if he still does …I’ll have to look that up…
    I really like Dr Greiger … I like the research… I can do my own through his research..

    Aha! It makes so much sense! Him eating lots of raw foods and simple whole foods most of the time. This is my approach, and it feels really good. I love how Javant goes deeper in regards to environmental toxins, toxic/nontoxic cookware, the whole nine. A person's objectivity and passion are impossible to miss. :) Which is why I appreciate people like Dr. Furman (and Javant). Willing to admit the truth as best we know it, even if it doesn't perfectly fit a narrative. Excellent interview.

    Hi Javant, I’ve watched several interviews and you inspire me. Although I’ve been whole-food plant-based for four years, watching your videos, I realize now that there’s so much room for improvement.
    I have some questions. I realize you’re busy, but if you have time, I would be over the moon if you could answer these:
    1. I use blackstrap molasses. I haven’t found a video of Dr. Fuhrman having a stance on this… I was under the impression (from watching Greger’s video) that it was ok. What are your thoughts?
    2. Your breakfast. Seed paste proportions (and why you chose a particular seed?) … recipe, please.
    3. You also mentioned that you eat 2x/day, 5am, 5pm… does your seed paste sustain you ALL day? You don’t snack between 5am and 5pm? Also, why did you choose to eat at those particular times?
    4. Do you drink juices daily? If so, how often and when?
    5. I haven't seen soy in your shows so far. Do you eat soy? If not, why?
    6. I noticed that many of your recipes are gluten-free? Just wondering, why?
    7. What's your take on Dr. Furhman's multivitamins?
    8. Greger has mentioned that postassium chloride as a salt replacement is ok. Have you tried it?
    Like you, Javant, moving to WFPB was motivated by a health-scare and like you, I've tried Paleo and Keto and finally arrived where I am today via Dr. Greger, Dr. Esse, Dr. Klapper, and then, last but not least, my ultimate favorite: Dr. Furhman. Clean, nutritious, organic eating has become a passion of mine, as well, and I finally understand how food touches every aspect of our lives from our bodies, to our mental and spiritual states, society, and the world at large.I have a day job and am taking classes, but despite this, after hearing your talks and binge watching your cooking shows, I feel ever so inspired to be a part of your movement and cause. Please let me know if there's anything I can do to help.

    I keep it simple too. Dr Esselstyn says 16oz of greens per day that 16oz has grown for me. I do a legume and a grain. I will put the beans and grains on my salad kinda like having a taco salad. I will hav a fruit salad mainly pear apple jicama banana grd flax seeds and cinnamon. Big bowls of food.

    I had turned vegan one year before I went to the heart doctor and he said Lester do you know you had a silent heart attack??? And he told me if you hadn't turned vegan you would be dead your cholesterol is so high and you are so plugged up we have to do a triple bypass God bless you for sharing every video you are so awesome

    So glad I found you. I’ve had T2 for 7 years, on and off meds. I’ve tried so many diets. I did the vegan route but ate a lot of processed foods. Last month I cut out all carbs for 3 weeks and felt like I was going to die and since then I’ve had water retention issues and I was peeing way more than I already do with having over active bladder. I was losing nutrients It’s scary. I am scared. After that I did Mediterranean and now I’m incorporating your recipes in my life and avoiding as much processed as possible and I’m hoping I can become healthy. I have lost a total of 30 pounds and im hoping to lose more weight. Im afraid for my life and afraid to go back to the doctor cause all they do is want me to take meds and I know that’s not the route I want to go. I am more active and I walk and do some exercises. Thank you for inspiring me to want to live a healthy non processed way of eating.

    Javant, thank you for all your healthy recipes. I am working to get more greens in my diet and would like a recipe for Extra Crunchy Kale Chips. I drink green smoothies every day along with cooked greens in some form or another. Do you ever make Kale Chips? I prepare most of my meals and I'm glad to find your recipes. Where do I find your recipes for salad dressings, because I also eat salads every day and want ideas for dressings. I am in my seventies, seeking health and plant based is the way!!
