      suppressing any craving is not the solution. we crave for something means maybe our body is lacking that nutrient...eat healthy natural sugar containing foods...nd take enough complex carbs in ur diet...

      If we quickly have healthy alternatives like dates, figs, nuts, etc, the cravings go away. Sweets treats once a while is normal and not harmful when there is no disorder

      i would suggest you to start following intermittent fasting...that is you will have a period of 16 hours where you won't eat and drink anything except for water , green tea etc then in the 8 hour window try to eat in moderation(within the calories req for body)...rest consistency is the key sister...i know it's easier said than done but i am a hostelite too and can understand your situation... this plan really helps me alot in maintaining my weight

    The food you eat at 'breakfast' isn't available for energy for several hours. It has to be broken down into a paste then passed through the small intestine - which is twenty feet long! When you awake, all the coming days' energy has been 'prepared' and stored from last night's meal.

      During intermittent fasting.... Lunch becomes your breakfast.... It should be healthy, rich in protien abd fibres, low fat, green veg diet probably with pulses... As u r hungry and stomach is empty... After such a heavy breakfast/lunch..u won't even crave for food rest of the day.
