I think Kim was attracted to how Kanye courted her, idolized her and I think she also liked his A list level fame. He also created her image as we now it now and made her a style icon. Kim wasn't A list or as influential pre Kanye.
I also remember her saying that she realized she needed to divorce Kris to get with Kanye after he ran into her friend at a restaurant and raved about his intentions to marry her even if she has tons of kids with Kris, she said she knew no one would ever love her as much as Kanye.
She wanted a number 1 fan, basically. In his part I guess he was just obsessed with the idea and as intense as he is, he went and did it so he could prove that to himself

YES. This is peeeerfectly put. She loved the adoration and also the fact that he is a creative genius, and an A lister, someone who could get her into circles in which she was previously looked down upon.
He fell for her because he wanted to have the most beautiful woman in the world, and that's what she was in his eyes. His beautiful muse.
I also think contrary to popular belief that there probably was genuine love between them for a while. Just that the shine wore off and the reality wasn't as sparkly as they'd pictured it initially, which is normal.

I think this is a classic case of 2 people loving the "idea" of each other and the "idea" of their relationship more than the reality.
So true. Everybody should be able to befriend their crush before they date them. I did and it cured me from wanting to date him forever. Somebody can seem great in small doses, but when you really get to know them, you realize that you don't actually want them; you like who you think they are.

I’m so surprised how accurate this was for someone who doesn’t keep up with them, here’s something’s you got spot on. Kanye chased Kim for years before her marriage with her ex, its even in old episodes. Kanye has said himself he “manifested” his relationship with Kim. You asked why Kim likes Kanye, she has spoken about how she wasn’t well respected in fashion & no one wanted her at events. That changed when she started dating Kanye (as he’s a fashion designer) and how grateful she was to be invited to the Met Gala & how suddenly designers wanted to dress her. I think she viewed him as a creative genius, but finds him more embarrassing as of recent. On the show he is often irrationally upset over small things, and Kim doesn’t like to baby him. I don’t know if they will divorce, you touched on Kim’s vanity and it’s literally her life goal to have a perfect nuclear family. (This was often the plot in so many seasons, she was really afraid she wouldn’t achieve it.)
wow i didn't know some of these things. i saw some of the last couple of seasons and it seems they connect over fashion and have a friendship. being together more now is likely brand new territory for them
@@zarahshabs7936 they've basically been living apart for the past year. He's been on their ranch in Wyoming and Kim has gone there with the kids every 5 weeks or so. She said all her work is in LA, while he says he feels more creative in Wyoming. They are both air signs though. Air signs need their space.
at first i thought the same thing, but after learning Kim confessed she wanted to keep some of Kanye’s sperm frozen so “in case” they break up/divorce, she can still have kids that are related to each other. I found that really calculating

Penelope Collett I think she confessed it in the show, she said it was right around after North was born, she said she came up with that “in case” plan. I don’t think she needed that plan anymore since they have 4 kids now but I still thought that was a little calculated on her side.

i was in a relationship very similar as kanye & kim's... literally.. (a rapper & an aspiring lawyer) our dynamic and personalities are almost identical to kim & kanye's and I think that sometimes people who idealize the future & believe in things being meant to be can get confused & altered to thinking that even if the chemistry has died down... because it was once SO powerful it must be... meant to be. you get caught up in the way things used to be, and it is just very hard to get out of the situation & just walk away.
if you watch stuff from way way before kim had even meant kris (i mean WAY back) you can see how her & kanye interacted & you can see how giddy they were for each other. its tricky and sad, because it is very apparent (at least looking inside from the outside) that they are no longer in the same chemistry wavelength, and it is causing them many difficulties. i hope all the best for them both. truly i love them both. this is very sad to watch so publicly.

I disagree as a man a woman should never be the most important thing in the world. It’s how you have a healthy relationship. It Doesn’t mean you don’t love her, but she will never be a mans center. Kim doesn’t need a man to love all of her. @@mykel-vincentfoster4761 it sounds like we are on the same track. Just with the incidences Kanye has chosen take offense by has done so much good for women empowerment and breaking gender rules. Because Kanye thinks so big it's unfortunate that his views are so narrow in that respect. I think in some situations we as humans make mistakes and make choices that do not reflect our character. Those choices we should choose to accept as our partners past. But you can love someone for all that they are and be empowered to be your best self everyday. I don't think Kim should be Kanye's entire world. I just think as his wife, Kanye should show more understanding and admiration, even if the choice is controversial.

Answer: No
The most important necessity is chemistry, which doesn’t necessarily require partners sharing similar personalities
Psychological studies say that if you want a lasting marriage, *you gotta pick someone who is similar to you.* It's okay to be different in *"minor things".* ⚠ But in stuff like religion, politics, how you spend most of your time (introvert vs extravert) -- do you like being outside all the time or would you rather be indoors?, etc. -- you won't get away with an opposite. You might not break up right away, but the differences will cause misery until you split eventually or tough it out for children (if you have them)
You've gotta pick someone who's similar to you in the areas that are most important. You're not just picking a lover. You're choosing a life-long roommate.
For example, what's your level of cleanliness? Do you prefer a clean home or do you want to relax & let some mess build up? You won't last long with a partner who is opposite of your preference (ie., Living clean and strict when you prefer a bit of messiness and vice versa). You're going to fight over cleaning up after yourselves.

He doesnt. He has a ranch in wyoming with a studio where he goes to create music without being bothered. He brings artists and shit with him every time he wants to do an album
He's building a ranch with a factory so that Yeezy doesn't have to outsource labor overseas to factories that use inhumane facilities. He is also building affordable housing there with interesting new styles of architecture
He bought a ranch there for he and his family and he also plans to have a plant for the yeezy stuff
He stays there for work but lives in LA with his wife and kids

as long a relationship is viewed the same for both partners it can work out. Kanye saw kim as almost a possession he could take to another level of stardom and so did kim. I think a valid comparison would be royaltys. Both saw carrer benefits with getting together and creating this empire. Both kim and kanye are a fan of each other since both got something the other doesn’t and both admire each other of it. And thats why i think the relationship works

I think they will. He wants a totally different path and lifestyle now and Kim does not. I don't think he likes being controlled in that family and that is part of being with the Kardashians. The Kardashians are a very calculated family, I don't think they would accept this behavior if he continues he can reveal personal secrets and claim they're trying to tie him down but he is freeing himself. It seems like he is grateful for his family but I think he is causing more problems than helping. Unless he gets help this will continue and he does not want any help.

I actually disagree that they don’t have chemistry. I don’t think they would be that nice and agreeable with each other if they didn’t have some type of romantic chemistry, especially after being married for that long and having 4 kids. If there’s no love or any chemistry , I think it’s extremely hard for couples to like and respect each other like they did in the clip- there would be tension and passive aggressiveness. I’m pretty sure they can work it out and move on. They’ve been through a lot individually and as a couple, so I think they can make it work!

hmm I disagree, there's a difference between chemistry, and sexual chemistry and they just seem like friends. you can be agreeable and nice, and even have fun with someone but there is still no real sexual chemistry and that is how it is with them. this looks like a couple who agreed on certain things and had a long friendship already, so they decided to have a family. even in the beginning stages, Kim was always excited over how Kanye treated her, not necessarily Kanye himself. I never saw her super into Kanye and Kanye was in love with his idea of Kim and the potential he saw in her. I think it's easy to avoid tension and passive aggressiveness when both aren't that emotionally invested.
@Piscoandmartinis you are right. They have chemistry, but it’s more platonic. Getting along means you have some type of chemistry but it doesn’t have to be romantic. The reason they get along well and are so agreeable is because of the platonic chemistry they have. If they had romantic chemistry, the way they talk about each other wouldn’t seem so dull and rehearsed and it would seem more genuine and from the heart. Even other celebs who are together, like Blake lively and Ryan, whenever they talk about each other and their kids it seems genuine and like the love they have fro each other and their family just oozes out of them, and they also can make fun of each other on social media without them thinking there is an ulterior motive. I think Kim and Kanye just realized that they share similar views and they both wanted kids and were getting older so they decided to have them together because it would be easy to parent together without arguments because of how many things they agree on, not because they are actually in love each other but I do think they love each other, just not romantically. They also knew that it would be good for their businesses because Kims family is so famous and can advertise his yeezy brand and Kanye has a different fanbase that she can reach through their marriage. I think them being so agreeable and like they don’t really care about certain aspects just speaks to them not being as in to the relationship. If you really love someone, you may get into small unimportant arguments with them, like Blake and Ryan making fun of each other, because you both care about the relationship and want it to work as much as possible whereas when there isn’t a base of being in love with each other, it’s harder to make it work because it doesn’t seem like you have much to fight for. But that’s just my opinion.

My tip, take care of yourself and your stability before ever committing to a relationship. Love yourself first, otherwise it's not going to work being in a relationship. Good luck!
A concept.. See everything you are learn to handle yourself as you are through ups and downs.. When you know how to take care of yourself mentally and physically and emotiinally you will feel confident to choose a good match and likely by default attract that to yourself
From my experience, dating with depression can be extremely difficult as you have to balance your own needs and thoughts as well as that of your partner's. It's not impossible to find love while dealing with depression, but the struggle comes when you have to address your own internal battle while still being considerate to the other person. I recommend talking to a therapist as opposed to seeking advice from a dating coach as they are not experts on handling depression. Also, a therapist will be able to answer questions specific to you and your relationship rather than giving you generalized advice.
I longed for a boyfriend too when I was going through depression and lonliness. And I did manifest one... It turned out extremely toxic and wrong for me.. broke my heart into pieces. Give yourself time..love yourself. Don't obsess over getting a girlfriend. Let it go and focus on doing something you love.
