His Facebook page is at facebook.com/Schmoomers-Kitchen-100385545298737 Theres some videos on there but you could ask if theres somewhere to download them all. Hope that helps.
Great video! , very informative thank you! Quick question? I have this image waiting for an SD card to arrive, so just wondered how do you get into the RetroArch menu? Is this from the front-end settings/options? Also, can it be accessed in-game perhaps? Really appreciate your advice!
You can get to it from the Options menu. Or alternatively during the game you press the Hotkey you defined + X button. So for example on Xbox controller its usually SELECT+X.
Are there certain remotes to use with this build? I have 2 wireless SNES style remotes and I can't get them to work on any platform. I have configured them twice.
It should work fine with most USB based controllers (wired or wireless). For Bluetooth it can be more tricky to get connected. The guide at retropie.org.uk/docs/Bluetooth-Controller/ should help. There's also some further information on controllers in general there.
Where do I get the Shepherds Pie download seems to be eluding me. Have an rar that came from arcade punks but I’m new to things like this and do not know what to do with the rar. Tried Winrar but no files opened ?
You may need to wait a few seconds for WinRAR to scan the image and then display the files. Then you can extract the .img file and write that to a MicroSD or SSD using Etcher etc.
@@RetroGamingBanter sadly I think I’m going to give up on this one. Jumping through too many hoops for this image has worn me out. 48 hrs in and no download from back-ups.me because I’ve not received the code it requires. Nor have I been approved yet. I was not expecting this to be a week long project.
So i downloaded this and got it working on my pi4b but when i pick a game i just get a black screen. Did i mess it up or is there a setting i need to change?
Sorry, noob here. I seen that part but how do I get into the option screen in order to change it. BTW this is my first image I ever used on a pi and im blown away by how smooth everything runs.
@@Liberty309 When you were configuring your controller the first time you set a Hotkey button (SELECT is common). Try holding SELECT and pressing X (if you have an XBox controller - I think it's Triangle for a Dualshock)
Upon watching your video I took the plunge and downloaded this. It is truly a work of art! I subscribed, thank you for the suggestion
Thanks, I am glad to see it helped.
In the process of getting this now, super excited to play around with it. Thanks for all the info man!
Hope you enjoy it!
Beautiful system loading videos!! Wish I could get my hand on them without having to download the entire image

on boot I just get the playbox screen. How do you get passed that?
Are save states already enabled or do you have to enable them in settings?
Save states should already be enabled, you only need to press the correct button combination or do it through the RetroArch menu.

Try a different system like Genesis and see if that works. It may be a case that the game or system does not work.
@@RetroGamingBanter the first game i tried was super mario on the snes. I will try the genesis.
Hi the title of your video says 256gb but you say you need a 400gb sd or larger why is that?
The image is 256GB, it is a mistake on the voice over.
