How did you reattach the small bit of RF shield to the lid that covers the game cartridge? I've just picked up one of these and that shielding fell right off just by how brittle the foam was
AtariAge is great for anything Atari related. forums.atariage.com/ might help with finding a RF modulator replacement. For the S Drive Max it is an open source system so you can buy from various places. I got mine from eBay a few years back. www.ebay.co.uk/itm/173710208225 for example.
Man i wouldn’t go over trough app that shit just to retro brighting the case, even so i do see any difference, not mention good luck remembering in wich each part should belong to as it is easy to mess things up, If i ever want to upgrade my atari 400 with extra ram,i probably would think 3 times before doing that,i actually can’t believe that people just go down that deep rabbit hole just to only retro bright things, just insane.
Retro brighting was not really needed for the case. As mentioned in the video it was mainly dirt and stains with minimal yellowing. If you check out some of my other videos such as the Vic 20 at th-cam.com/video/wZ4fVSqdb2A/w-d-xo.html you can see a much larger difference.

I used a some glue to stick it back on
Love the video! Can I ask about the RF modulator and the S Drive Max? Do you happen to have a link to where these can be purchased?
