There are many things that I really appreciate about Sarah Beth's videos. In particular, though, I love the calmness of the voiceover and how the narration is separated from the visuals. She speaks so calmly and with intent, without the need to ramble to fill the "dead air". It's incredibly relaxing and why I keep coming back. Very nicely done.
I love these slow ones that gives me time to settle into the poses. My flexibility has improved so much. I can even get my head to the floor in pigeon pose now. So lovely to just feel my body relaxing into it at its own pace. ❤

This class is a perfect way to start the morning. Just long enough where you don't have to change your routine too much, but not too short where you don't really have enough time to feel like you relaxed into it (as I sometimes get with the shorter 10 minute classes). I really enjoyed this and am looking forward to checking out the other videos.
I had my RokuTV for two years before I realized I had a TH-cam app on it . lol I've been wanting to get back into yoga but it's difficult to go to a class when I do rotating shift work. I have been hooked on this channel. I can do yoga any time of the day or night and choose to do as many videos as I want. Love your channel!

Sarah Beth, thank you for sharing your wonderful videos with us. I am experiencing intense back pain and sciatica, and today was probably the day I experienced the worst of the pain and symptoms of my injury. I used one of your videos earlier today with some stretches up the wall for low back. Tonight before bed I started experiencing Charlie horse in my glute and hip and decided to use this yoga video for treatment. I'm so glad I did. I feel so much better now and I was able to listen to my body and learn from my pain and sensation. My favorite part of this yoga routine was when I recognized progress (in just one day!) during the half pigeon posture. I was able to breathe into the stretch, relax, let go, and sink into the stretch like never before. I also noticed more *alignment.* (I also happen to be reading Yoga: The Iyengar Way while laid up in bed due to back pain.) I believe that a combination of your videos and my own study has helped me progress in my practice and self-care for my back injury. Thank you again for your video, that has been so helpful to me. These sessions after a long day of work are so relaxing and necessary to calm an agitated mind. Night time yoga after coming back home is so great, if you can get past the initial mental resistance to get to the Mat!

Love it - basically, love all of your videos - THANK YOU SO MUCH! I tend to look for Yoga videos 20-30 minutes as thats the minimum I do each morning and evening. Your videos as perfect as such or sometimes when I have more time I combine them.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your relaxing and stretching videos. I am 65 very active person working out everyday. I have no existing medical problems. I am a retired nurse and husband is physician. We take social distancing very seriously, staying home disinfecting all surfaces in our house and washing hands frequently. Despite mitigating three days ago I suddenly developed a very high fever accompanied by painful uncontrollable shivers and body aches that could last 30 minutes. This is alarming to experience. I have not been tested for Covid19 as I don't have respiratory symptoms or distress for which I am grateful. Due to lack of test kits they reserve it for people who are extremely critical and medical workers who develop symptoms which I totally support. For now I stay home, pray everyday, self isolate from my husband. When I am not shivering or having body aches. I do 20 minute yoga to relax body, stretch the sore muscles and fight whatever this that has attacked my body. You are helping me stay mentally sane and physically healthy. So, I am grateful to you.

When it the runners lunge pose I always feel it more in the hip with the leg forward, opposite from what you describe in the video. Do you have any idea why? Have been practicing for years now and my hips don’t seem to have opened at all.....
