    We liked the splits in the air, warrior pose, the dancer and the end part where it is very relaxed. We are a mom with her 15 and 13 year old daughters. We did this together. Thank you!

    Loved this! The easier beginning to warm up, the more intense middle part and then the difficult end with the dancer and splits. Very nice

    Honestly this is my new favorite yoga channel. After days of kickboxing training, this class was perfect to reset my body and especially my breathing. I love how I feel like I got a workout in but my mind and body are also settled. Thanks Sarah Beth!

    For some reason the fact that it's an intermediate practice passed me completely so I was mildly surprised.

    Doing this routine every day this week. İt's my first time doing yoga every day and every day it's feels more AMAZİNG. I've tried a lot of TH-cam yoga and this one is a great combo of poses. Puppy dog is great.

    I’ve been following your yoga flow videos for about 2 weeks now and am really loving the way you help me understand each pose by talking us through the movements (which muscles I need to open up or reminders on keeping my back straight in forward folds etc.). Your teaching has definitely corrected a lot of my poses, thank you!

    There is such release and freedom in the feeling I get when going “cactus” in exhaling. It’s great. It’s my favourite move in this routine and I’m glad it’s done more than once. But the entire 20 minute program is great - truly feeling full body - even if my body finds it a bit fast at times.

    That was amazing! I am 35, I have been doing yoga since I was 16, and even face-to-face power yoga classes have rarely challenged in the way this quick routine did.     I have done your Weekly Yoga videos for months now, and love them. I was looking for a flow that would make my heart rate rise where I could challenge myself by having to keep my breath calm.     The first two times that I did this routine, I could not hold the dancer or even switch the skandasana without falling over. But today, I could successfully hold the poses and find my balance. And the feeling is incredible!! Thank you so much :D

    Hyperventilating less than half way through trying to keep up with your pace. When I slowed playback speed to half, I could finally breathe deeply through the poses and no hyperventilate or injure my body (trying to keep up). Thank you, TH-cam, for adjustable playback speeds!!

    I'm switching up my routine to practice yoga in the morning and cardio/weight train in the afternoon. Waking up to practice with SarahBeth has been awesome. It helps prepare me mentally and physically for the day. Looking forward to more practice!

    I loved the beginning of the video when we were in tabletop and you gave freedom to move around in whichever way serves us. I think that's so important and it really set the mood for the whole practice for me!

    Hi Sarah Beth ! This video is amazing and has become my go-to morning routine. I like this intense mix of stretching, challenging poses and balance ! I'm especially fond of the music starting at 10:50, which is at the same time motivating and inspiring, with a warrior-like feel ! Where do you find all your yoga music backgrounds ? Is it possible to find this one somewhere, so I can use it for my own practice ? I like it so much ! Thanks a lot :)

    Thanks a lot for this routine, having to work out at home can be confusing and anxiety inducing when you've never done anything like that before. Having to stay at home i really began feeling very cranky and understood how lack of movement affected my spine.     In our 70s and always active. Pandemic hit and unable to go to the gym. First time pulled this up thought "no way"! but kept doing it and successful on most parts - even dancer. Going down on back leg and flexing toes back is still a challenge but working on it! Thanks for the video - helping us stay fit

    I've been following your lead for a week now and I'm impressed with the progress I'm already making. Especially with Dancer pose. My lack of balance has kept me from being able to hold very long, but my body is already being trained to hold that pose without falling over. The flow isn't nearly as complicated as it was 6 days ago! Thank you!

    Really liked that flow.. I thought the music was too much at the beginning... but turns out it was perfect for the pacey parts of the flow when I needed to move and then chilled when I needed to chill... Added to my fave short flows playlist. Gonna try again tonight when I'm more open... sanks!

    Used to be a martial arts lady, but hurt my back (slipped a disc 3 times) and have struggled to get back into any sort of fitness routine since (must be nearly 15 years now) as I normally stop at the around 15 days. Having looked for a morning yoga routine, I found you and all your morning routines. I am using these as reward for doing 1/2 hr in my home gym with bands, stability ball and light weights. Thank you for posting so many.
    Ehm should have read the description "intermediate", I am definitely a beginner, but managed to get trough it.
    Oh another thing in 3 weeks have lost 4kg with no diet. Putting it down to the yoga to be honest.
