I LOVE Spritz cookies, so this year I decide to make them! I bought a Spritz cookie Press and watched the manufacturers’ video and followed it to a T. The cookies were bland, tough, and unappealing. I saw your video and hope returned! I can use it with the cookie press, or figure out the bag process! Pleasant video was informative (without words) and easy to follow. Relaxing🙂👍
Now that is what I’m hoping to achieve. Not a ridiculous amount of dough, and the lemon zest is a great idea. Also, not a gooey, gross blob of jam plopped into the middle of each cookie. Very nice. Gracie’
I made mine last night and I really le the taste but they came out completely flat. The cookies melted in the oven. Do you have advise to prevent this next time?

Did you refridgerate your cookies before baking? Mine turned out flat in the oven but I'd like to try again.

I don't know if anyone addressed this but isn't 120g of flour the equivalent of 1 cup, not 2/3s? So which is it?

Yes, you need to refrigerate them between 15 to 20 minutes

I’m afraid no. It should be pretty tight consistency to save its shape.

How many egg whites and some of the other ingredients it just says to add it doesn't give the measurements.

Spritz cookies are German not Danish.
