@@menowin7 rule of muscle: theore muscle you have, the more fat you burn... so even if the muscles grow, they help burn fat around the waist. Also if you aren't increasing the resistance or adding weights they will plateau and you will then only be maintaing. So it works
@@jahmilae5 ok so lets make something clear. You can not spot reduce fat at certain areas by training those specific muscle groups. Of course you burn more fat with more muscle. But you should focus on bigger muscles instead of the smaller core muscles. You only make them hypertrophy, which is not what you want actually
@@menowin7 I already know that you can't spot reduce fat. I do compound exercises to cinch my waist along with some HIIT. I also understand that doing the exercises above will do nothing for your waist without proper dieting and cardio... I see you always commenting this same thing on multiple videos and thought I'd respond because while I get what you are saying, the exercises are still effective
