    seriously speaking.. this was my first video i followed on this channal and blaaaaaawwww! booooom! it worked like magic on my muffin top.. can't believe but i lost half of my inches of my muffin top in just 3 days.. was surprizingly happy.. thanks girl marry... but along with this one i did a little cardio workout and followed strick diet.. thank u.. love from pakistan

    Echt hammer workout! Mache seit mittlerweile ca 1 jahr jeden tag workouts und war der meinung dass ich eigentlich keinen muskelkater mehr bekomme, weil ich alle muskeln schon so krass trainiert habe aber ups.. dieses workout hat mir erst mal nen fetten muskelkater verschafft und ich konnte nicht mehr lachen weil mein bauch so weh tat🙈😅 werde das workout hier definitiv öfter jetzt machen. Danke dafür!💘

    hey Mary could u make a video about how you lost weight when you were at your highest but could you be specific about it because everybody talks about eating healthy and exercising but what meals did u eat what did you exercise? Cardio for example idk really

    Hi Mary, I love your workouts! Just a slight suggestion, would it be possible to insert 5 or 10 second breaks to give us time to change positions (only for those moves that take a few seconds to change position)

    So I am really sure that the workout is great (gonna try later) but I just wanna comment real quick and remember all of you that YOU CANNOT SPOT REDUCE FAT. Just incase the title is missleading you. You need to go on a caloric deficit diet and do Cardio (and pls do not undereat, do research and not just cut out all of the food. Or maybe ask a dietitian). Stay healthy and love your body. Do not compare yourself to others, you are literally the most beautiful you could ever be (: (Also not native speaker, sorry for mistakes)

    Hey doll. So I meeting my new bf for the first time in one month. I'm slendor but not toned an loose skin and not so flat tumm at all. He works out and has a incredible body.     I hated this workout. If you aren’t super flexible, don’t even bother. I couldn’t even get into the positions she was doing for the exercises. Honestly, basic sit ups would be more effective then whatever she was doing
