I agree. For $2500 a month, i get a lot of bang for my buck. I'm in BGC airbnb condo near Mind Museum. 2 pools , tennis court. So safe, walk everywhere, no need for car. In America, i would be hemorrhaging money for this:)

Sounds like I can live like a king with my VA disability and my Social Security, which is $5300 a month

I have been here 3 years SS. Wow, 5300, live on the highest and bank the lowest. Don't spend it all. You will need to self insure for emergencies

Very realistic numbers. I stayed at 5 star hotels and ate good everyday and drank when i was bored. Not on a tight budget for the 3 weeks. Went on private boat tours and still spent under $2000 not including hotels. I have the T-Mobile international plan which gives me better service than the locals sims available

Thanks for the info: I'm looking at IT Park (Cebu City) starting in November. My Trial Budget is setting at $2000 USD, with a $1000 Cushion. I'm glad things are better than I thought.

Don't forget bro, you can knock off the Starbucks Coffee cause. I will be buying you one every morning when I come visit there.😊

Don't forget storage back Home (I know you mentioned it), Medical Insurance, Visa Fees, and I'm seeing more and more Vloggers starting to recommend maintaining a US (or wherever Home is) phone plan to get bank codes/calls etc (Gio just recently ran into some trouble with not having that & has added that recommendation). Sounds like T-Mobile has an International Plan for $60 USD. I prefer Verizon, but I haven't priced them for something similar yet.

      @JasperinthePhilippines  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

Mentioned all of that outside of the visa which can be around 18$ a month. 🫡

added international to Verizon for 30 days when I did a trip there, was $100 for a month, might be different plan if you do it permanent, sounds like it was more expensive, but did not have any issues

@@danebrammage4330 Thank you. Yeah, I'd be seeing how much for a strictly International Plan.

I save more when I ration and live on a tight budget. Even if I don't have to.
I do this, so I never run out of anything. But my Wife thinks differently. But she Loves that we don't have to buy as much.
Example: My Wife will buy one sock of rice. Two weeks later, we are out.
My way, I buy five socks of rice. We never run out of rice. I do have to hide the other four socks of rice. Because, when anyone sees the extra socks of rice, they ask if they can have or the socks disappear out of thin air. And nobody has a clue, until I look them in the eyes.
They think I have too much.
My reply is this. When You smoke, do You have extra cigarettes?
    They think yes.
They are wrong. There are only 20 cigarettes per pack. No extras.
If they piss me off. I will say, that's not my problem.
    They just don't get it.
I AM willing to share, just dont take without permission.

Yeah but not everyone doing this extra stuff like going out to eat half the month. And having two spots and traveling so of course he spends more but you can live for way less. Don’t get Starbucks just make coffee lol

Hi, 🌷🌷🦩🦩🐦🐦May I share the most important news you will ever hear? God the Father sent His holy Son Jesus Christ(Y'shua Ha' Mashiach) from heaven to earth, to be born of a virgin. He grew up and died on the cross for our sins. He was put into a tomb for 3 days, and then Abba Father raised Jesus to life and He appeared to people and went back to Heaven. We must all sincerely receive Jesus to be a true child of God. It says in John 1:12 "But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name." Will you genuinely believe on Christ Jesus and truly receive Him today, before it is too late?
