Thanks for the tour, it's definitely inexpensive but I would need to step it up a little with priorities being a larger gym and less cramped apartment, what is "that building over there" that you point out at the end of the video?
Hey, just stumbled onto your channel...I really luv the video. Your vibe is cool and down to earth. I will follow. Keep up the good work. I am counting down to my travel days...4 more years and I plan to adventure all over. Bangkok on the list before that tho...
I like the fact you can use that sliding door to seal off the kitchen (and smells) from the rest of the apartment. That's not a common feature and, especially in the bachelor flat, is very important.
I'm a minimalist. All I travel with is one big suitcase that I check in, a book bag with my laptop/iPad and all that shit, and a 3/4 size guitar so I don't need much space
I was staying at a nicer complex across the street. If you do a 1 year lease this area $400 -$450 month. If you’re renting monthly off Airbnb it’s $800-$1000 monthly depending size. I’m paying $837 now month off Airbnb in Phrom Phong but nicer unit and gym. Only because I’m only on tourist stamp.
I stayed here 2022 BEFORE the 7Eleven was completed (I was so annoyed by that😂)and before the face recognition for the lift was done. The view over Rama 9 and Jodd Fairs at night is great. The pool on the top floor is amazing! Crossing the road freaked me out that I got a Grab motorbike to the MRT station 😂
Hello Kevin how did you get that condo did some one from Thailand you know that lives there to help you find a place I want to retire and that place sounds good
@@kevinmosbylifestyle took me less than 1 minute to find many cheaper condos near /asoke bts. between 12-18k baht (normalprice) have lived there myself with 1 year contracts before and are very familiar with the area..living and working in bangkok +15 years
@@gmm5550 Awesome. Yeah I just did more research. I looked at Ideo Mobi Asoke and Park 24 as an example and yes I'm seeing stuff for 15,000 baht which is 414...with internet, electricity, etc that'll probably be somewhere between 520-550. Are you talking about older condos

bangkok sucks hot air pollution crowed, get out of there before theres a problem, get home to your family and friends , theres nothing but trouble waiting for you there.
The name of the condo complex appears to be IDEO Condos in the Sukhumvit/Asoke area in Bangkok. This name is on the outside of the building and at the front desk.
I’m your 400th sub cheers Kevin🎉
hows the noise level in the building>? do you hear your neighbors talking? walking upstairs?
Hi im from Bangkok. This apartment should be half the rental price. The location is not prime. You can find many cheaper similar options.
I was about to say the same
Yeah I thought $800 was a bit steep.
what's your recommendation to find better apartments at rama 9 for 1-2months rent? Thx
hi Kevin ... you are a natural ... i just watched and subscribed today ... keep bringing the BKK content !!!
Thank you Bradley
Waz up my ninja! Floyd sent me over here. What you doing for a living just chilling out?

Thank you so much for the compliment! Means a lot to me. Yeah Bangkok is a nice spot for sure. Make sure you explore Chiang Mai and the islands too!
Great place you got there & nice video. Thanks
Is it easy to get a rental apartment as a foreigner? How did you do it?
Great video! Thanks!!
Whata the best apartment you can get a budget of $1.5k USD?

Does the rent include utilities
what camera are you using ? Thanks

i just cant get used to 27-35 sq meters at all. when i went to phuket and pattaya i stayed in 75-80 sq meters. Def a game changer

Land has no value in pattaya. Its free nearly
that tao bin machine was nice!
Are earthquakes a big thing over there? Like do you feel it
Not really. In Japan they are tho but I haven't felt an earthquake at all
Nice video Mr. Mosby.. does that building have any 2 bedrooms? if yes, what's the price for those?

Damn that sucks about the amenities aspect but yeah the trick is once you see an opening you gotta commit and make a break for it haha

I saw the building on TikTok and liked it
Nice vid Kevin Rosbeef
The rooftop looks great.. how come there's nobody around up there?.. it never gets packed and your special little spot is taken?
Sometimes at night people go up there to watch the sunset but at approximately 2 PM it's empty which is perfect for me :)
Name of Condo?
Came over from Floyd channel.
that 600-800$ is shorttime rental..normal price is 270-350$ for a 6 month to 1 year rental lease
Not in this area...you can definitely find something cheaper further out but not in the center of town

That's too small there for you. You can probably go further inland and get one twice bigger for the same price.

what are wast off money -- and price on condo haha way way over price
This is expensive for what you are showing. Anyone who this place and price point is definitely overpaying
It's funny, you can do cheaper than this and this is STILL cheap for living over there.
Exactly...that's what I love about Thailand. You can go as expensive or as cheap as you want
You're paying way too much 😅
Don't lie, bro. You're not making out with anyone.
