Get business cards made with your Whatsapp or Telegram number. Put a nice saying on it like I love the Philippines and I'm your name (probably not your first name but your middle name). Once you do that, you're off to the races. Also, carry a sharpie/pen with you so you can write something like "You are nice" on the back or "I'd like to get to know you better". What's good about this is you can slip this to the shy girl and she can text you later.

Dress in nice cotton slacks and a nice collared conservative shirt but not too dressed up just relaxed. No Hawaiian shirts which screams tourist. I seen white women model beauty with Filipino men and some of these white women had mix children by these men. Most of the Vloggers have gone away from saying there are 1000's of girls available to you everyday and it is a feast, because it is not. I am in my 50's decent looking and was there last year and there are no girls chasing you. From what I hear thing have changed drastically in last 3-5 years in PH. Now a days girls can go online and meet a bunch of guys and have a bunch of dates. The rarity of meeting an expat is thing of the past. Obviously you can find many girls who are very interested in pay to play or ask for money later(I need medicine for my mom) but finding a real genuine girlfriend is difficult. You can still find those girls in provinces and small towns but in places where there is a lot of expats like Dumaguete, Cebu and Manila you will get more of the Westernized girls who have dated a bunch of foreigners already and not so genuine. If your interest is just partying, you wont have a problem but if you are looking for a real girlfriend who you can maybe marry one day, you need to move there for like a year or more and visit smaller towns and you might get lucky.
I came here at 45 I had an easy time in America so for me & guys younger than me that are very good with women excellent talkers etc. probably a different world than an average guy in his 50s. I’ve thrived in BGC & Boracay the 2 toughest markets. Different people have different experiences. I’ve been with the same rich gorgeous Filipina for almost a year and In 2022-2023 I had Manila girls begging to meet me daily and never asking for money.
But ya most bloggers are akward lames that struggle anywhere so ya. They need to get lucky or pay. 👍
Its my experiance also - its difficult to get a girlfriend, they are not really interested. Because of social media she can get a foreigner every day, its nothing special. Also the growing middle class and the girls prefer this guys before a foreigner. this time of instant girlfriends are definitely over. Maybe for very good looking and very extrovert foreigners is possible, but not for the average looking more intorvert foreigner who mostly come to the phillipines in the hope that its different to the west.
For me it took me two weeks and a lot of work to get a girlfriend - and at the end she was really attracted to a middle class local guy

I was in the Phillipines, but I found its not so easy as you mention in the video to find a girlfriend. It took me 2 weeks to find a girlfriend with excessivly search. Thea are not so available as many videos show. You forget, that time changed: Now they have a big growing middle class and mostly filipinas are attracted to a local guy not to foreigners. now they have the situation that she can get a middle class filipino guy . Maybe a few years ago it was was you said, but now definitely not.

I’ve heard conflicting reports, but I haven’t heard a lot about that being enforced
