  • If you have ever needed a positive mindset shift to commit to making healthy choices, and support your well-being, this is the hypnosis session for you. My mother has been practicing hypnosis since I was a child. Originally to quit smoking and she has asked me to record this topic.
    So, mom, this one is for you! I love you and wish you health, happiness, and safety. Thank you for the inspiration for this practice that will help all the other people around the world that also need this support.

    Thank you!! First hypnosis and first method overall working for me and my eating habits! I have tried everything to get my chocolate and crisps problem under control - this video had such a strong impact, I'm really surprised! I have listened for the first time four days ago (and a few times since) and have felt no desire to eat unhealthy foods, can tolerate light hunger much better, stop eating when I'm full and have a much stronger focus on what I actually want and need to eat. I highly recommend this video.

    Thank you sun is out and I plan to go for a walk in my small northern Ontario town surrounded by forest and clean smelling air maintaing social distancing but able to smile and talk with neighbours.

    My daughter has anorexia. I have been looking for hypnosis based on helping her recover. This wouldn’t be it but it made me hopeful that I may find something

      I actually like the specificity of this! It’s really encouraging in healthy habit creation! And she has other meditations that are just for new habits in general maybe check those out!

    Fantastic meditation! And, love how your mom inspired you to do this. I know you said your mom quit smoking using hypnosis, do you have a video dedicated to quitting smoking? I have listened to many many of your meditations, but never seen one just for smoking. Thanks!

    Didn’t realize it would be mostly about food and eating. A bit of a disappointment because I already eat well and exercise. Was expecting something more general. Still, I see the value in this meditation and know it will help lots of people out there.

    Sara, I have loved many of your meditations and they have been extremely helpful over the years for my healing journey. I am very grateful for your work. I was glad to find this hypnosis today, as I am doing an elimination diet to help with my chronic illnesses. I was suddenly brought right out of the hypnosis from the words about weight. My goal is not to lose weight and I felt fat shamed. Not all healthy eating will lead to weight loss, and it's not required to become healthier. I'd love to see more awareness of body positivity and fat culture, for being heavy is not always a symptom of unhealthiness.

      Hola Gabriela, I quit drinking ten years ago and it has been the best thing that has ever happened to me. I read a book called The Easy Way to Stop Drinking by Allen Carr. It was great for me because it does not used will power, the method just will make you dislike alcohol . Good luck

    Somehow I almost always fall asleep during hypnosis vids. Even if it's at 1pm or when I sit up straight. Are they still effective if this happens?

    I do love almost everything she does and especially liked the beginning thanking mom. But I wonder, is it just me or does the thought of having your eyes glued shut or you hands glued together remind you of a mouse on a glue trap and cause anxiety bordering on panic?

    I would prefer a label or description if a video is going to be about weight; this is not a topic that is healthy for everyone to investigate and for me it was quite upsetting and took me out of the hypnosis, which is unfortunate because I was so enjoying it up until that point!
