  • Making a positive habit change can be challenging as I am sure you have experienced at least once in your life and perhaps that is why you are seeking out this recording. This sleep hypnosis practice can support you, as you cultivate the desired positive shift in your life all while you sleep.
    Having a deep understanding of and connection to your desires for your future ensures you are moving forward in the direction of those desires. Because your mind moves you towards what is familiar and comfortable, it is helpful to have consistent repetition when visualizing what you want for your life. Consider making this practice a part of your bedtime routine for the month or until you have reached your goal. Additionally, tapping into the emotions you will have when you do experience what you want will support the manifestation process.

    my only problem was, after drifting off to sleep about 17 minutes in, I was jarred awake by a peloton advertisement when the video was over. otherwise I truly love all your videos, and rewatch them all over and over again for best effects. Happy holidays and a prosperous healthy

      If you turn off the auto play option it won't happen. I've had the same thing happen to me. Very jarring when you are so relaxed. Hope this helps

    I love your recordings and I find them incredibly helpful. But I was gently soothed into a peaceful sleep then shockingly jolted awake by the advertisement at the end. My heart is racing and I’m feeling terrible. Any chance the ads could be loaded in the beginning?

      I do automatic turn off from my phone. I set it 5 minutes less than the video duration. So I can also enjoy a radioactive free sleep, undisturbed, no advertise

    Thank you Sara. All your meditations are wonderful to listen to. I cannot get to sleep without listening to one at night. Would you consider creating a sleep meditation for Fear? Emotional fears. I fear climate change,; I basically live in a state of worry and fear. Cab u help?

    I listened to this video for the first time yesterday and I would say I had a bad reaction for some reason. I had a hard time sleeping. I definitely didn’t get a deep sleep. I didn’t get a good sleep at all. Plus, I woke up with so much anxiety in the morning that I think I had an anxiety attack I think it is called and this has never happened to me before as far as I know.
