  • This is a 20 minute guided mindfulness meditation to help you let go of fear and worry to cultivate peace during uncertain times.
    When it feels like everything is out of your control, seek to connect with what you do have control over-Your breath and your response to your experience. In times of uncertainty-anxiety, worry, and fear are often heightened. These strong emotions are a signal, a reminder for you to deepen your connection with yourself. You can choose to see these uncertain times as an opportunity to slow down, practice inner reflection, and look for the positive growth that will come out of the challenges that we are collectively facing.

    Better than any for release of stress as the clenched fists and then release was included in the meditation. Will put this in my daily practice.

    The Mindful Movement is one of my favourite channels here on TH-cam. Just wanna say my big thanks to you guys. I've tried a bunch of meditation apps but they all charge me after the free trial and I'm not financially capable of paying a monthly fee just yet. I'm so lucky to stumble upon this channel that has brought me so much peace and self-love the past months.

    I do your wonderful meditations every day. They are the only practice I have found that really help calm and relax me, get rid of overwhelming anxiety, and help me relax for sleep. Thank you so much for this amazing escape. Just hearing your voice relaxes me.

    I listen to your meditations nearly every night, and now my youngest son is listening too. I’m grateful you exist, grateful for the help. I tell everyone about you... my friends, family, therapist... and urge them to subscribe.
    You say you welcome suggestions. My suggestion would be a meditation to decrease anxiety in people (like my son) with misophonia, an extreme and selective aversion to sounds (Such as tapping, singing, whistling, chewing, humming) and sometimes movements that look like they could lead to such sounds. CBT and mindfulness seem to help many sufferers of misophonia.

    All the words is this meditation are so remarkably soothing that I return to it almost daily to dissipate the anxiety I feel beneath my heart. The invitation to enter the "oasis" where one can come to tap into inner peace touches me and moves me in a positive way each and every time.     Yesterday was my birthday (19) and I couldnt štay with my family, friends because od this situation. I was upset but then i started thinking: I don't have to be sad for this. I'm loved and that's what It counts. I was almost crying because I miss my sister and She lives in Italy and I live in Spain so..
    Then I meditate and I felt more better and everytime that now i have a Bad thought I just stop one second and see how it IS just a thought and thoughts can't make you čŕy.I started mediting two months ago and it's changing my life. I send love to everyone, you are loved.
    Stay strong ❣️
    And stay at home!!! If we stay home we are helping each others !

    Read the comments and I guess I'm the only one who had a bad experience with this meditation, which I believe has nothing to do with Sarah. Right after counting the breaths from 2-4 and then 3-6, whatever she said made me super anxious and I felt, and still now, tension all over my forehead and I'm unable to release it.. too strange as I've been meditating for a long time and had always pleasure in general. Would love to hear any reason of why this happened to me. Thanks:)
