    I have been doing Boho Beautiful's work out since 2015 on and off. And this one is one of the many that I always come back to for my glutes and legs. It is hard and you get to sweat profusely but you feel so light and energizes after..Thank you Julianna. Now have a combination workout from Boho Beautiful, Growing Ananas, Asana Rebel and YogaDownload..who needs to go the gym?🤩🤩🤩

    I've just finished the whole challenge, day 14, and man I'm so proud of myself! Your workouts are always challenging and this one is no exception, but I've followed your advice, pushed myself and now I'm in the best shape of my life! Truly, no regrets whatsoever! :)

      Nice! Congrats! Have you noticed huge improvements on overall body shape? I am also working out, however, mostly with weights and a little bit of HIIT (for cardio). Nonetheless, I feel it's time for a little bit of a change and I am considering on starting Pilates. Would you recommend? Thx! :D

      Hey! Yes, the changes were great, mostly in the booty area of course but I've also noticed that my core got much stronger. I've also lost a little bit of weight :)
      I love moderate yoga practices with a nice long stretch afterwards - honestly, I can find anything I need on Boho Beautiful channel. Julianna is so talented and versatile, I never get bored of her workouts!
      I've tried Pilates, personally that's not my cup of tea, as well as any cardio - it makes me wanna die) I like to feel control and awareness at all times during the practice. But I think you should try everything, you never know what't best for you unless you try (I've always found stretching to be boring and painful until I've learned to accept and cherish the moment and the deep relaxation - now it's my favorite thing ever!!) Good luck!

      @@curiosityyy8260 do this workout but add a stretch routine afterwards, you have to lengthen your muscles if you don’t want to get bulky 🙏🏻 you’ll get leaner legs the more you work out 💪🏻

    I am on Day 10. This truly is a challenge and I am also truly seeing results. I have noticed the set has become a bit easier each time and already see a change in definition in my lower body. Even my bottom has started to change. This is a miracle in my eyes, I have an asian-caucasian butt, the kind which is not so round... I think it is really important to follow the plan in the description, the add on yoga videos is going to lengthen your sore muscles. I have been doing Boho videos at home for the past three months, starting with the yoga focused ones and then onto the yoga Pilates fusion routines. I have seldom found fitness videos giving so much intensity in a realistic amount of time. So happy to have found this channel.

    I have been doing your 21 day pilates challenge 5x a week for the last few months. Love it, you and the results. I am 57 and just got lazy for two years working at a desk. My back/core strength was non existant. I started your yoga to strengthen backs and fell in love with your videos. fast forward, two days ago I added the Ultimate Butt Challenge for a change of pace, plus I am back at an office job. I cannot believe how much those exercises work the core. Everytime I laughed for 2 days It pleasantly hurt. Thank you for being so generous with your gift. Much love and Sonshine :)

    I've taken a break from this routine for nearly six months until like a month ago-ish? And I didn't realize how amazing it is and how much research you must do to defeat things like cellulite, growing butt-muscle. I have been researching and I keep saying to myself "I do that" -- so yes! And thank you!

    I have had knee problems since I was 15 (I'm now 22), I've had MRI scans and x-rays and every doctor has told me theres nothing wrong with me.... Since I started watching your videos and following all the pilates classes my knee pain has gradually got better! I can't believe what a difference this form of exercise has had! I used to love running and hockey (not the kind on ice...) but with my knees I was extremely limited. So pleased I found your channel, thank you for helping me fix my knees :D :D

    It works! My glutes were sour waking up every morning... Absolutely love the challenge, because it is really achievable and not overloading you with too much to destruct your confidence. I take on this one straight after completed the 21 days challenge. It's a great feeling, thank you Juliana and Mark. ps: I was sweating like a fish in a AC'ed room after this session; how come you could demo this under the Thailand heat weave... you rock

    I've tried many glute workouts of personal trainers and professional body builders... But this workout, right here, is the one that makes me feel the most sore, the following days! The editing- the whole video itself- is incredibly gorgeous and the changing scenery is divine. I'm 16 years old and you've taught me to love my body and I normally use your videos as a great add-on to my regular workouts. :) I wish nothing but the best for you two and that you continue to inspire people like me and change our lives for the better. You both are a blessing. PS I also watch your vlogs, I think that's an amazing aspect to this channel that keeps it vibrant and exciting.

    Girl, you made me change outfits. I did the video after leaving my son in school, with my work clothes. Yes, I thought that I wasn't going to sweat. I was sweating so much, I took off all my clothes and got a shower. Now all of my behind hurts ( in a good way). I will continue doing it. Thanks!

    Completely amazing! Thank you so much for creating this!! To anyone reading through reviews - what are you waiting for! You must watch this video. I feel like I just strengthened muscles I didn't even know were there. I have chronic lower back & hip pain and have found out along my journey towards a healthy lifestyle that my pain is due to weak glute, butt, & leg muscles. This video is exactly what I need to get to where I'm trying to go! Thank you again - I feel so motivated to continue this 2 week challenge! :)

    You are amazing. I spent 2 months going to physical therapy to try to widen and stretch my hips, hamstrings, and calves. I have a small case of scoliosis in my lower back, making it difficult for me to do anything requiring lower body flexibility but honestly, this video has been me so much more flexible, I am in shock. I can almost touch my toes and my squats have gotten so much deeper. I repeat, YOU ARE AMAZING. THANK YOU.

    After doing the "ultimate Brazilian butt lift" video 3 days in a row, I noticed major results. I did a double take in the mirror and even my boyfriend said "wow I can grab more!" LOL sooo i decided to give your 2 week challenge a try.
    I'm now on day 2. I have been doing both videos per day, drinking much more water, and getting to bed at a decent time. I'm already feeling so much BETTER and I'm noticing that my body is craving healthier food. I'll update as I continue! THANK YOU :)

      Riman Ellis yes me too...I'm a mother of 4 and 3 years diagnosed with fibromyalgia although I've self managed a lot fitness is still difficult and i put on so much weight with this disorder/issue but with your videos and good eating habits i lost 7 kilos in a few weeks and I've never been able to make so much progress in the past. I can manage to have the strength And energy for a video everyday. You are a aging thank you for what you do, i feel so,strong And wonderful afterwards ....my body has completely changed and my shape however I still have a lot of weight and no definition especially my inner thighs so it would be great to have this type of work out and also I am obsessed with your meditation please do more

    Absolutely love your videos! You are so zen and have such a relaxing voice all while making me sweat and work like crazy every single time! I was just wondering why you stopped writing the amount of repetitions in the corner of the screen?
    I realized that in most of your older videos, I glance at the screen to count my own repetitions if I feel like doing them a bit faster or slower, but actually also just to prepare my body for the amount to come. In recent videos I've had many exercices where I was giving my all only to realize there were 10 more to go, or where I hesitated after 8, waiting to see if I had to do 10... So just a little X10 in the corner would be helpful ;)

    Came back to this after not having done anything but walking during the corona period. I used to be able to do this without breaks + a pilates or weight lifting session afterwards. Now I can't even finish this without stopping a dozen times and being completely exhausted afterwards. Oh boy. I can't wait to get back into shape!

      Yes, that would be great. I love these videos but need more flexibility (I used to have more,lol!). I would love a shorter 5-10 minute miracle class on some more low back/leg/hip flexibility. I've done some you have posted and all ae great. As I LOVE your videos, I find myself being the most rickety in these places after pushing myself. Keep it up, though! You're a bright light in many people's day:-)

    In winter this workout warms me up in the morning and I get to strip down. In summer I am dripping with sweat. Been doing this exact workout for years now. I do it so often I keep a copy of it on my tv phone laptop usb sticks and “watch later library” thank you

    amazing workout. really enjoyed it and broke into a proper sweat. I used to do ballett for many years but had to quit due to a hip injury. your workouts remind me a little of the way I used to work my body when doing ballett :) thank you!

    These workouts have me dYING….. Only 5 mins in and I start sweating bullets. And it seems the biggest challenge for me is holding my own weight. I have to take several breaks throughout this workout because I start to feel lots of pain in my arms and wrists. Which I’m guessing is because I haven’t built the muscles in my arms yet? Either way I’m determined to get through this challenge! Trying to get a peach booty~ 🍑

      Try pressing your fingertips into the mat like a cats nails. This way you make it easier on your wrists.

      I have the same thing, its mostly heavy on my wrists and arms if I lean a bit farther back to relieve my arms/wrists I feel it in the opposite glute (not the one I'm working on) I'm not sure if it is a lack of strenght in my arms or I'm doing something wrong but I hope it will get easier the more I do it.

      I use a cushion or another rolled up mat under my hands to elevate them and I hang my fingers over the top edge (furthest from my body) so my wrists aren't at that harsh right angle. I also often go up on my fists (definitely don't do this without the cushion) so my wrists are straight. Sometimes I go down on my elbows and if there is a knee to chest I do it to the side to get in more oblique work. Hope that helps!
