    كنت أعاني من تقطع البول لفتره طويله جدا وذهبت الى عده اخصائين الكلى والمسالك البوليه ولكن دون جدوى وبعد أن شاهدت هذا الفيديو عده مرات وقمت بتطبيق الحركه اصبحت اشعر بالذي كنت ايرده شكرا شكرا دكتور❤

    I’ve been doing horse squats every morning. I’ve read those help with pelvic muscles. Some people can do up to 5 minutes. 2 minutes is above average. Proper form is important.

    Doctor Leckie.... a great video... pity some people can only grumble... I had done taper very intensively years ago and it's like you say... it doesn't get a good result. At that time I also thought "a lot helps a lot 😂".... then I stopped bowling a few years ago and found the result "better". Now I've come across your video and am trying again. But! Just a little a week and I think the most important thing is the relaxation exercise. This seems to be the reason for no good results and improvements. It was "all" tense at the time and the muscle was always tense (or so it felt). Thank you and keep up the good work. Joe from Heilbronn - Germany.

      @@DrEricLeckie … Hello Eric... yes i will continue this kind of way and hope to feel a better Erection 🤷🏻‍♂️.... and I have never heard anyone so detailed on the subject and all the things to consider... little side effect: You showed the breathing technique 4s in, hold, out, hold... have had problems with my ears for some time... it cracks when I swallow... sometimes I hear like this sometimes like this... when I speak myself I sometimes hear other people like robots, metallic, weird... I love high end systems and great, organic sounding music.... and what's interesting is that with "relaxing" and special breathing, my hearing also changes... for whatever reason... it sounds more detailed, naturally beautiful... there also seems to be "tension" in my head - jaw and inner throat muscles... no idea but it helps. Thank you Eric

    I'm concerned as to whether or not I need to be strengthening my pelvic floor or needing flexibility? I've been told that my pelvic floor is too tight as I really have to strain to be sometimes and also have a tough time getting the flow started. I have a lot of anxiety issues as well. Do you think maybe stretching is the key for me at this time? I am 35 years old and have spent the last year dealing with these issues for the first time.

      recommended. yoga and breathing exercises. sit down for peeing, and put your left hand to the left side of your backside of the neck, just under the skull... All of those get your nervous tensions released.
      Go to the doctor and measure your cortisol to exclude an adrenal disturbance. finally, avoid almost ANY fructose!!!!! no sugar, only starch and berries

      yes, start kegels early and do them daily. This will help you with your rehabilitation. Also, try your very best to improve your physical fitness before surgery. Both of these tips will help speed up your recovery with ED and urine leakage

    Ok so I put my fingers there but I’m unsure whether it was a contraction or a retraction.
    Felt more like a retraction like retracting your scapula.
    Am I doing it right it it feels more like a retraction than a contraction?

    about the happy baby stretching method when you say lie flat on bed and then gently grab the feet for 30 secs ...do you mean grab the legs? becoz if we are lying flat then our feet is elevated up in the air then its imposible for us to reach the feet , ryt? i didnt get it clear plsss.

    Any suggestions or advice for someone dealing with Pudendal neuralgia? It feels like I have a muscle spasm on my right side in my premium? Feeling of sitting on a golf ball. Weird pressure pain, like someone is pressing it with their thumb.
