Long time sufferer of this, glad some males finally discussing it. Question I have is just relaxing and stretching the solution? Do you believe anterior pelvic tilt plays a role and poor glute and core and the diaphragm not being stacked over pelvic floor etc. causes complications?

@@ManFlowYoga Actually I have a question guys...sorry if you've answered it elsewhere... how should I actually apply reverse kegels during sex? How this can help with premature ejaculation. I used to do kegel exercises which specifically helps in terms of premature ejaculation, by letting me have more strength to control the ejaculation through squeezing the ejaculatory muscle. Wondering how these exercises can help in this case !
@@zakariaabdi1702 kegel exercise will make your pelvic floor muscle strong. I do daily a specific exercise, which is squeezing the pelvic floor for 10sec and then release. I do it for 10 reps a set, 5 sets a day. My pelvic floor muscle is strong now. Now while having sex the moment i feel like i am about to cum, i squeeze my pelvic floor and which helps me not to cum. My squeezing strength is so strong that i can even control myself not to cum from no returning point. The way we can stop urinating by holding our pee, it acts the same way. when you will about to cum, you can hold the same way you used to stop your pee. It is not something you can benefit within short time. It will need time. I have noticed changes after doing it for a month.
kegels can often worsen the issues with PE. Only do kegels if your pelvic floor is too weak. If it's tight and you ejaculate because it clenches and you can't control it, it means you should be doing reverse kegels.

I have premature eyaculation (at least most of the time) and I been doing Kegel for a couple of weeks, I’m planing to change it for this to try it out, anyways, I would like my peñvic floor muscles to be strong so, if this works, can I keep training them or i will stress those Muscles again?
will my body ever adjust and remember to not clench and tighten my pelvic muscle floors? My ED is so bad and I tested everything. my blood flow is fine, hormons fine.. this must be it, I am always tense and always had hemoroiids due to being tense...
I had constipation and since then my rectum feels tight like gas is stuck half way up, kind of an ache. Worse when i sit down, pressure also around the rectum, normally its hard to pass gas. But then it feels like its goes loose, i pass loads of gas sometimes and then it feels like ive got poop in my rectum. So i cant work out if its tight or its loose and weak so i don't know what to do. Should i relax or should i strengthen it?

Sure!
Hello, maybe this is too much of a question but.. I have premature eyaculation (at least most of the time) and I been doing Kegel for a couple of weeks, I’m planing to change it for this to try it out, anyways, I would like my peñvic floor muscles to be strong so, if this works, can I keep training them or i will stress those
Muscles again?
You have the opposite problem, listen to the videos in this series to figure out the appropriate exercises. More kegels won't help.
Impossible trying to make the rib and belly rise while taking in a breath . Really struggling

For those specific of issues you should find a pelvic floor physical therapist
