The doc prescribed a pill, which, here in Italy is called Omnic and is annotated "tamsulosin cloridato". It seems to be helpful. I am about to turn 85, and medical experts advise me that there is no hope for insomnia in older people. Actually, "Metatonina" is helping somewhat. with the sleep problem.

Somehow I often have the impression that so many young doctors in the USA broadcast these videos to help them pay off the astronomical and abusive debts of paying off their studies in medical school. Fortunately here in Europe, with socialized medicine the dream of becoming a doctor or nurse does not run up such a bill.
Well I certainly have a large student debt bill but I make these videos because I love men’s health and I think there needs to be more people talking about it 😊

I’ve had the long haulers syndrome. I’m almost 69 years old but I’m working slowly but surely forward. My entire body had been doing a total body reset. I’m building muscle and activating glutes and muscles. ❤
I learnt it's not about setting a bed time, it's about setting a wake up time. After a week you should be able to wake up naturally and you'll therefore naturally know when to go to bed, sometimes I only need 6 hours sleeps and others I need 8 hours...works nicely for me
Gentlemen's agreement, when i was 24 A car hit me head on while i was on a motorbike,aswell as internal injuries i had 16 breaks and fractures to my body, 6 of which were in my pelvis,after 3 months of external fixings and lots of rehabilitation only 5 of my pelvic fractures reunited leaving me nursing a fracture in my pelvis and associated problems for 20 years, I'm in,let you know how i go,

A very savvy mate some years ago told me that his Doctor told him that men not emptying their bladders fully was a known cause of prostate cancer I think it was. Reason being was that without that second squeeze you mention, the bladder then constantly has the most toxic urine sitting left over in it. So, as I get older I still try and be active (I’m 62 & still cracking out PushUps etc) I definitely do make sure I’ve peed everything out 👍 💦

Going to bed is not a problem, staying asleep beyond 3 hours is a Major problem for me.
Have you been tested for sleep apnea? If you’ve been told you snore this is often the culprit
