One of your best videos! Time is the only resource we cannot make more of… I turned 53 and retired a week later. 7 months later I arrived in the Philippines 🇵🇭. I learned to surf since I arrived. My Philippina and i are heading to Indonesia and Bali for some surfing bendy soon. Surfing has been a game changer for this guy… Keep producing great controls Mark!!

I have never had any real interest in leaving USA, however I did find the stories interesting, and Mark knew how to tell the story of many who decided to go abroad. Enjoyed the channel. Rest In Peace, Mark.
I am 72 living in Thailand since retirement. I agree with you. I left my stress in Canada and stopped taking medicine and most process food. I enjoy waking up and enjoying life at slower pace and my spouse and her daughter keep me happy.
Thank you Mark. Yeh. I agree, I was in a very lucrative healthcare position before covaids, and then mandated out of my job. I am now happy picking Strawberries and having no stress. Investing in the Philippines with my wife, would love to get out of the West. Going back again this Christmas foe 6 weeks to Mindanao, hopefully can get to your place for a coffee and a chat. But being Christmas, with the family, it is a very busy time. Stay safe Mark. Thank you for the philosophical content.
I'm there... Almost 70, still working, grinding to make ends meet and could be homeless in a matter of a few months if it all stops. I keep seeing Thailand as a place I could live on $2500. SS, bit still hesitating... $500 for a plane ticket and could live comfortable there, but always second guessing. You are absolutely right - the time is now!
Steve Jobs of Apple died at 56, his net worth was $10.2 billion said the following, “At this moment lying on this sick bed and recalling my whole life, I realize that all the recognition and wealth that I took so much pride in, have paled and become meaningless in the face of impending death.”
Jesus truly is the answer. I lost everything due to Big Pharma poisoning (Propecia/Finasteride). Lost my career, divorce after 22 yrs being faithful, and ended up on disability. I was making 6 figures for many years. All gone. I realized none of it matters once I returned to God. We can live forever in paradise if we get saved through Jesus. This world is just a testing ground to prepare us. Read the Bible and have your eyes opened.
Hi Mark, I was in Sri Lanka in Feb, I visited a Buddhist Temple, I asked the Buddhist Monk what one thing I could take away from Buddhism and he said "Contentment". We need to be constantly reminded of these simple but profound truths. Thanks
I thought this Vlog because of its title is where I should say thanks Mark for all your wonderfully entertaining livestreams and interviews. I will miss them. May you rest peacefully. Jen, I am very sad for you and Rogans loss. 😢 Take care.
Very apt message for those over 50. It was a privilege to meet you in person about two weeks ago. Thanks for coming all the way and thanks for the photo.
Life is like a river-always flowing, never stopping. But if we spend all our time trying to measure the speed of the water, we miss the beauty of the journey. Instead of counting the days, let’s focus on enjoying the ride. When we stop worrying about how much time we have left, we start truly living in the time we have.
