1.BIRTH CERTIFICATE FOR BOTH, FOR POLISH GUY SHOULD BE TRANSLATED AND WITH APOSTILLE.
2.CERTIFICATE OF NO MARRIAGE FOR BOTH , FOR POLISH GUY IT SHOULD BE TRANSLATED AND WITH APOSTILLE.
3.CERTIFICATE OF LEGAL CAPACITY FOR POLISH GUY WITH APOSTILLE AND IT SHOULD BE TRANSLATED TO ENGLISH.
4. PASSPORT FOR POLISH GUY AND PASSPORT OR VALID ID FOR FILIPINA
5. PRE-MARRIAGE COUNSELING
NOTE: TRANSLATOR SHOULD BE CERTIFIED SWORN TRANSLATOR

Udane związki takie jak wasz dają siłę i motywację tym, którzy wszystkie te kroki mają jeszcze przed sobą. Im so thankful i found you...we are planning to have civil wedding in June but we are totally no clue. Ive asked on different groups but theyre saying different answers and its making it more confusing. They say he can just go to the Polish embassy in Manila to get the legal capacity to marry. Thank you for the very detailed video. Do you think the same applies if the Polish citizen has residence abroad and not in Poland (another EEA member state)? This is my case and I am struggling finding the information. I am Polish but I never lived in Poland.
If you have a Polish citizen in Poland it will be working but in other counrty we don't know you have ask in
your government.
Sis question, if ang tanan documents ( legal capacity, cenomar, birth cert) sa ako fiancé are all acquired from Poland and duly apostilled in Warsaw, do we still need to go to the Polish Embassy in the Philippines para ipa acknowledge iya mga documents before mi maka apply ug marriage license here in PH? Mao man gud na advise from someone on Facebook, but not sure if necessary ba jud. Thanks in advance.

Your partner can make that in polish USC. We don't know how to make that in embassy Manila

Lepszy jest skrócony bo jest bardziej czytelny za granicą. Taki właśnie używałem. Choć miałem obie wersje jakby coś

hello, yes he need to apply visa to get to philippines, our was like 3 weeks process in philippines for marriage application, but of course need to check first if he can go to philippines.

How long it take to marry on Phillipines? I read 10 days is waiting only on marriage licence. how much time do i need in total? vacation limits me. how long did you wait for the wedding date?

Hello po balak namin magpakasal sa June may cenomar at birth certificate napo ako kaso ayaw tanggapin ng office doon sa poland kasi wala daw nakalagay na single sa cenomar.
Yung cenomar po may nakatatak po yan na single po kayo pa apostille niyo po para sure
