For each person's birth certificate, does it need to be authenticated at the ministry of foreign affairs in Nigeria alongside with the Affidavit of bachelorhood and spinsterhood?

Your question is not clear but you you need some form of ID when going to the embassy. You don't need to translate ID

Hi Boluwatife, Yes you need a witness for you and your husband . On the appointment date you can choose any date you want to do the wedding as long it is free in the Registry's calendar.
