Wanted to be sure to say how energizing this workout was for me yesterday. I think it was the first time I’ve kept up with the weights in each weights- using part👍🏼! Already today I’m setting up to do some others: One of the 1 mile walking workouts.for starters ~ 💐Thank you Schellea💐 P.S. In this 30 min. fat burning one, if I had to choose favorite moves, it’s Runners ,& for mental boost, the bows. Fave music? The crown🎼.
Just finished the first day challenge. WOW !! Cannot recognize myself. I only started working out 3 months ago after more than 20years without ANY activity and a lifetime of not liking to exercise. Schellea, you are such a great part of my life !! Starting with small steps, few minutes per day, my fitness level got better and better every day. Today I can complete the entire challenge, and feel so much energized and sweated and happy !! With intermitted fasting, which I started last January, and exercising now 45 minutes or more every single morning, I lost 28Kg, going from obese to definitely in shape. My legs were full of cellulites since ages, my arms very flabby, and today I am indeed toned and fit and feel so proud of myself. I know anyone can get better, feel better and look better. I saw it happen and I am committed to myself to continue on this health journey. A BIG hug to all the fabulous ladies and a special one to Schellea for helping me change my life ;-)
I love that you change it up every 30 seconds. it makes it not as grueling as trying to do 3 sets of 10 back to back. Makes it all very doable. I've been working out with you for the past week using your different videos. I'm so glad I found your workouts on line! I'm 62 and quit going to the gym over a year ago because of the cost. Since then, I had only been walking about 3 days a week. Your exercising are not only giving me cardio, but also strengthening my muscles and really helping with my balance. I am 75 years old, and am amazed how much I can do...my balance has improved....right knee has been replaced in 2018 and my left knee any time but since doing one video a day from your collection I have no inflammation, no pain so will keep on moving. Thank you Schellea for all you do for us women.

First off I am a guy who enjoys following along with your workouts. I am over 55 and have been exercising everyday for an hour for about 2 months. My range of motion has increased tremendously and my energy has gone up. Also, my balance is improving every day. WOW! Thanks for the great workouts. Oh yeah, I have a lot more muscle on my body then when I started and am working on my abs everyday. I have been doing aerobics for about 3 years but have gone from 10 minutes - 20 minutes every other day to an hour each day.

Schellea, I cannot tell you how much I thank you for you telling me, "Good on you!", to boost my enthusiasm to getting my butt off the couch and exercise my heart and body to add more years to my life! I start doing "nothing" exactly like you say and it's TOO easy to do just nothing. I have to listen for your voice telling me that it's exercising my body is what I need. It makes me feel SO good and makes me know I feel SO much better!! If I don't, then my heart starts hurting overnight and I feel bad about myself along with my body physically feeling bad. This was absolutely fabulous. It’s my favorite workout from you. I loved it. I love the balance since I’m 74 and I could do everything really well I’m 5’9” and 118 pounds so I’m small everywhere and I need balance since I’m falling sometimes and it hurts so much it’s like a big oak tree that comes down. I used to work out hard and haven't done so for many years. I'm 73 now and did your 30 minute fat burning walking workout for women over 50. I feel fabulous about this. It's going to help me build in many ways, bones really need it. I'm going to be with you starting today every day. and work up to your other videos. You are so sweet, positive and beautiful not only in looks. I used 5 pound weights because I couldn't find my lighter ones. I had tears of thanks at the end. Thank you.

Incredible journey this past year. On February 9, 2023, I had a total hip replacement surgery. For almost a year prior to that surgery I was in a great deal of pain just walking. I couldn’t exercise as it hurt too much. After several X-rays and MRI’s it was determined I was bone on bone in my right hip! No wonder I hurt. Fast forward to present. I have been working hard with my PT. About 2-3 weeks ago I started doing one of her walking workouts (so many to choose from!) I started slowly just to learn my tolerance. Two days ago I started doing this workout as it was one of my favorites prior to my hip not working. I am so HAPPY that I was able to do this workout and keep up!! For those of you just starting out or maybe recently starting up again, hang in there! It is so worth it! Soon you will feel better and actually look forward to your workout!! Thank you again for your dedication to getting us healthy and keeping us motivated! ❤❤
This is my favorite work out with you so far. I am 71 and I burned 155 cal in half an hour. Rather than using the weights and walking, I jogged, but very comfortably as it’s only for 30 seconds. I love this, thank you so much.

Two compliments on this workout: one, it is FUN; and two, THANK YOU for putting your advertisement in an appropriate place that doesn't interfere with the workout. I live on the third floor of a condo complex, and I work out early in the morning. So, I can't do high-impact noisy workouts, and I can't have loud commercials all of a sudden yelling out and waking up the neighbours. This type of low-impact cardio workout is perfect for my lifestyle and exactly what I was looking for. THANK YOU!

Schellea I tell you - this morning I did this work out.....I say WOW it was amazing - I loved the moves I loved the music and I felt like I million bucks when done. You are so inspirational...........thank you thank you .....I will do this every day for 3 weeks totally durable. male over 55: I am exercising every day now. I have also added upper and lower body weight lifting for toning. My balance is getting better. I cannot follow along but I am getting close. When I started I really needed a chair for balance but no longer. Thanks for the great workouts. There are so many that I can rotate so I do not get bored. I usually perform aerobics for 1/2 hour but am thankful that there are shorter videos depending on how much time I have.
This is my favourite routine,can do all the moves...right knee has been replaced and on the list for left knee but doing these has made the left much stronger, happy work out lady here.
just done the 30 minute indoor walking, i started slowly and working my way up to perhaps 45 mins a day. I cant believe how it becomes easier by the day. 'Thank you for the wonderfup workouts

Thank you again for pushing this 67-year-old above knee amputee to be more active and to try more challenging things. I’m now at 12,000 steps for this day - you make it easy to get there even when it’s hot outside. I love that you include balance work even though it can be extremely challenging for me on the prosthetic side - I continue to learn how to trust that side as you push me to try things out.

I've tried out this video several times now and it always makes me sweat. 😂 I walk with the weights at first and then start jogging instead after about 10 mins, which works for me. Last weekend we were tracking on partly snowy and icy pathway, downhill. At one step my right foot slipped, and as my husband told, I kicked up both of my legs straightforward into the air and fall down straight on my buttock. My spine got a straight hit all the length up to my nape. I was sitting there for a few seconds, then I shook myself and stood up. Very many thanks for all the balance exercises we´ve been doing here with you Shellea! It really saved me from breaking a leg!

Ok! Did this set with you first time. I am doing different you sets every day. What I would like to say: doing everything with your pace and intensity, running and exercising all the time wit 1lb weight, I burned 187 cal and went 2.25 km. a bit less that you suggested. All according my Fitbit charge 4. After 10 min it came to 210 cal burned! Thank you, beautiful!

I start doing "nothing" exactly like you say and it's TOO easy to do just nothing. I have to listen for your voice telling me that it's exercising my body is what I need. It makes me feel SO good and makes me know I feel SO much better!! If I don't, then my heart starts hurting overnight and I feel bad about myself along with my body physically feeling bad. This was absolutely fabulous. It’s my favorite workout from you. I loved it. I love the balance since I’m 74 and I could do everything really well I’m 5’9” and 118 pounds so I’m small everywhere and I need balance since I’m falling sometimes and it hurts so much it’s like a big oak tree that comes down. Oh these are keeping me going, I’m 51, in menopause, running my business currently from home in the UK, 🇬🇧And we have just started week 3 in another lockdown, and I’m finding lockdown much more difficult second time round mentally, so I’m doing your workouts early morning before my first zoom meeting, I adore the 5 minutes speed up mid way you put in, as I go for it then, 💪🏻💃🏻and it’s doesn’t half give me a lift😁, and a hot flush hahahaha but I’ve earned that one 🥵🥵

I used to work out hard and haven't done so for many years. I'm 73 now and did your 30 minute fat burning walking workout for women over 50. I feel fabulous about this. It's going to help me build in many ways, bones really need it. I'm going to be with you starting today every day. and work up to your other videos. Incredible journey this past year. On February 9, 2023, I had a total hip replacement surgery. For almost a year prior to that surgery I was in a great deal of pain just walking. I couldn’t exercise as it hurt too much. After several X-rays and MRI’s it was determined I was bone on bone in my right hip! No wonder I hurt. Fast forward to present. I have been working hard with my PT. About 2-3 weeks ago I started doing one of her walking workouts (so many to choose from!) I started slowly just to learn my tolerance.
Two days ago I started doing this workout as it was one of my favorites prior to my hip not working.
I am so HAPPY that I was able to do this workout and keep up!!
For those of you just starting out or maybe recently starting up again, hang in there! It is so worth it! Soon you will feel better and actually look forward to your workout!!

This is my favorite work out with you so far. I am 71 and I burned 155 cal in half an hour. Rather than using the weights and walking, I jogged, but very comfortably as it’s only for 30 seconds. I love this, thank you so much.

Two compliments on this workout: one, it is FUN; and two, THANK YOU for putting your advertisement in an appropriate place that doesn't interfere with the workout. I live on the third floor of a condo complex, and I work out early in the morning. So, I can't do high-impact noisy workouts, and I can't have loud commercials all of a sudden yelling out and waking up the neighbours. I’m amazed how using 2lb weights while walking makes me sweat so much more, and I thought they wouldn’t make much difference. For now on weights for me🏋️♀️

Schellea I tell you - this morning I did this work out.....I say WOW it was amazing - I loved the moves I loved the music and I felt like I million bucks when done. You are so inspirational...........thank you thank you .....I will do this every day for 3 weeks totally durable. And I believe the 230 calorie burn I was sweating like crazy afterwards - it did set the tone for the rest of the day - love love dear Schellea......61 and totally ageless ❤️
male over 55: I am exercising every day now. I have also added upper and lower body weight lifting for toning. My balance is getting better. I cannot follow along but I am getting close. When I started I really needed a chair for balance but no longer. Thanks for the great workouts. There are so many that I can rotate so I do not get bored. I usually perform aerobics for 1/2 hour but am thankful that there are shorter videos depending on how much time I have.

This is my favourite routine,can do all the moves...right knee has been replaced and on the list for left knee but doing these has made the left much stronger, happy work out lady here.
just done the 30 minute indoor walking, i started slowly and working my way up to perhaps 45 mins a day. I cant believe how it becomes easier by the day. 'Thank you for the wonderfup workouts

Good morning Schellea, I am 75. I get up early every morning to do your exercises. I do your exercises to start my days. After doing your exercises I feel very good the rest of the day. I have lose inches and weight with your exercises. Thanks for your program.
Thank you again for pushing this 67-year-old above knee amputee to be more active and to try more challenging things. I’m now at 12,000 steps for this day - you make it easy to get there even when it’s hot outside. I love that you include balance work even though it can be extremely challenging for me on the prosthetic side - I continue to learn how to trust that side as you push me to try things out.

I've tried out this video several times now and it always makes me sweat. 😂 I walk with the weights at first and then start jogging instead after about 10 mins, which works for me. Last weekend we were tracking on partly snowy and icy pathway, downhill. At one step my right foot slipped, and as my husband told, I kicked up both of my legs straightforward into the air and fall down straight on my buttock. My spine got a straight hit all the length up to my nape. I was sitting there for a few seconds, then I shook myself and stood up. Very many thanks for all the balance exercises we´ve been doing here with you Shellea! It really saved me from breaking a leg!

What I would like to say: doing everything with your pace and intensity, running and exercising all the time wit 1lb weight, I burned 187 cal and went 2.25 km. a bit less that you suggested. All according my Fitbit charge 4.
After 10 min it came to 210 cal burned! Thank you, beautiful!

So glad my best friend Kati found you for me Shellea, this is the only exercise we have ever stuck with in 20years! I am amazed how quickly the time passes and how much strength I have gained in just a handful of workouts - I had to swap legs mid exercise, I was so unfit - they burned like crazy!
