    When I was a small child, I loved to watch Mr Rogers. He spoke directly to children as if we mattered and were important. He encouraged us through his program and made us each feel special. You are the over-50's-women's-healthy version of Mr. Rogers. It took me a long time to figure out what was familiar about you and your style of encouragement and kindness. Thank you so much for all you do. It matters more than you could ever know. You are wonderful.

    discovered Fab 50s a year ago and just started again with a 30 min daily workout and the 15 min stretch - honestly no need to trawl utube for exercise programmes - Fab 50s has got it all covered . many thanks from north west england

    Thank you for the fabulous videos. My wife and I have been working out with these everyday for over three months now. The 15-minute stretch above has helped my wife so much and almost eradicated her SI issues. She is SO happy to be almost free of the pain she has been suffering with for many years now.     I'm having a hard time with this 15 min stretch, but I have progressed with so many others, I will do my best! You are so charming and sweet and I have made good progress. I'm 35 years beyond what you say and.. wish me luck!

    This is my favorite stretch video! I improve a little more each time I do this video. I started doing one of your videos 3 times a week for a couple of months and now I’m doing 45 minutes a day. I do a 30 minute cardio workout followed by alternating 15 minutes of weights and 15 minutes stretching. Can’t believe how great I’m feeling!

    I'm so glad I found you! I've searched and searched TH-cam and always quit because of some reason or other. This is the PERFECT stretch routine for me. I can't do all the moves as flexible as you but each day I get up and even if I'm sore and stiff, I do it anyway and feel better afterwards.     I am turning 65 this year and I have been working out with your for over 2 years....THANK YOU for bringing your "fabulous" workouts to us!     I started with giving myself 5 minutes, then 8, and today a 15 minutes stretch. i do believe being kind to yourself is necessary and empowering. As you feel better, you pass it onto those around you! Thank you for another beautiful start to what I believe will be a good day!

    Have been working out with Schella for a while. I didn’t even realize I’m able to have my legs straight instead of bent when I stretch. Thank you for helping me regain flexibility.

    This is a wonderful stretch; however, I needed to use a pillow for the parts on the knees as my poor old knees could not stand the pressure of being on them for this length of time so I adjusted using the pillow and I stood while you were kneeling. It's all about modifying and I felt all parts of my body being stretched in this one! Thanks Schellea!

    Still loving all your workouts and this new one. Started having a problem with one of my knees so having to leave squats out for the time being, thought I'd never say this but I have learnt to love them and miss them, wow - rewind back to Christmas what a difference.     I love your voice, your exercises (they challnge me enough that i feel like my blood is flowing and sweat, but not hard enough that i feel discouraged or like it is too quick).     I’m so proud of myself today! I didn’t think I would be able to do many of these stretches, especially the ones on my knees. Well I used my yoga mat to place my knees on and guess what no pain in my knees. Totally enjoyed this video, I can’t wait to improve my stretching! Thank you so very much!

    Great stretch! I had to pad my knees when on floor, but still effective! And I love the beautiful music! No lyrics to distract my short attention span! LOL ❤️❤️❤️

      @@fabulous50s thanks! I love working out with you! I've never been able to stick to working out because I hate going to a gym and online workouts are suited for teenagers and athletics! Now I enjoy exercising and hate when I miss a day or two. Thank you for making it "very doable" and fun!! ❤️❤️❤️

    Much needed stretch~tightness in my body after doing this stretch feeling a bit more loose. I refuse to take on board any negative words from others. I am special. Again, calming and a very relaxing way to start the day....thank you.

    I have been following several of your programmes for nearly 3 months. My body was very stiff before and the streching exercises gave me more flexibility. I enjoy the 30 minute workout and feel lively afterwards. I have also done several 10 minute workouts with dumbbells to work on my abs, arms and shoulders. I can see my body with a little definition. I will continue to do more. Love it.

    Thank you so much for your wonderful workouts. I've shared Facebook, twitter and a few friends. My goal is to perform the 15 minute stretch workout and the 15 minute seated Ab workout everyday. I look forward to the day where I've fully challenged myself with the Ab workout and can move towards unseated workouts.
    Though I've done both workouts several times, but separate, today is the first day of 2 in a row performing both workouts. I can already feel improvements in lifting my leg unto my opposite thigh as well as performing lifting legs higher and pushing myself to do more.

    Day 5 of the 14 day challenge and I already notice a difference.
    I get up easier in the morning. Not such a stiff back it seams.
    I’m going to keep this up, also because you say such good and helpful things and teach us the moves so well en restful. Thank you.

    Last 1 of my Day 11~ Thankfully was able to do the other three vids well in time before the family thanksgiving zoom( on which I spared everyone pokes about the history of it all...). Wonderful unique stretches in this one! One thing I am not close to being able to do: Those backwards- wrist things!!! I am thankful for the incredible variety of life- enhancing workouts in this site.
