    I'm a 40 year old male, who has struggled for the last years with mental health illnesses, and physical pain, I haven't been able to exercise for years, now that I'm finally getting my life back, I found this channel, it's been the only thing I can stick to and that doesn't cause me pain in my joints, your energy and youthfulness are addictive 🙂

    I did this 30 min workout and it was tough and challenging but I’m 63 yrs old and I did the whole workout….. Yay for me! I love these workouts and I certainly have seen results ❤

    I'm 63 and have lost 105 pounds since March of 2023. I recently came upon your videos and have been doing random ones that come up on my feed and I have saved to have to pick from. I've been enjoying doing at least one or two workouts a day....along with my pedaling I do on an indoor desk cycle...and when I can walk. I've been doing your workouts for about two weeks. While my weight hasn't changed much, I've noticed my jeans fitting looser in the thighs. I enjoy doing the varations some with and some without weights and the variety of ab workouts which makes it easier to do abs that you don't have to just do crunches on the floor. Thank you so much you're an inspiration and your videos are fun, challenging and doable...folks need to stop doing the boring types of workouts and look for ones aimed at the right age range. Thank you.

    After three months of working out with you, this is still my FAVORITE full-body workout. By about 20 - 23 minutes in, the sweat is running in my eyes. I love your workouts, Schellea. THANK YOU for helping me to get fit, lose weight, reduce my arthritis pain, and feel good.

    Thank you for changing it up with 40 seconds on and 20 walking! My 58 year old body felt the difference! Thank you for playing, "You're So Beautiful" at the end of the workout. That song really motivates me to behave in a beautiful manner. YOU are amazing! Welcome back, sister!

    Okay, I am 68 years young. I just finished this workout without stopping. I feel as number 10, my whole body is covered in sweat. I use the Amazon Halo program to keep track of my fitness. I have been using others while you have been gone and my number for Fitness has been a 30 for each day. However after completing this my heartbeat got up to 151 and my score for today is 42 for fitness. It is so good to have you back I think I will do this workout every day this week and see how I feel at the end of the week. Unless of course, you come out with another one this week. Miss you greatly so glad to have you back!!

    This is your best workout! I feel really challenged. I’m almost 65 - sounds weird because I don’t feel 65. I tried other videos but the instructor either talked too much or didn’t give clear instructions. Your videos are just right. Keep making high intensity videos please.

    I'll hit 70 later this year and am so happy I found your videos, which I've been using for a month now. Although not a couch potato before, I definitely feel much fitter and stronger now, as well as being slimmer and leaner. Go Schellea!

    Did this routine AND the 5,000 steps routine this morning and I asked my 87 year old mom if she cared to join me. She would have been walking for 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours but due to weather it wasn’t an option today. She did fantastic, a little challenging with the hand feet coordination but she still made it through. So proud of her ❤️. Thank you Schellea 🥰

      I’m plant based too. WFPB. I’m in my 60s, no pain,no pain, move as I wish, teach line dance. Getting older is just fine, especially by eating right. I like these workouts. They work different muscles than line dance or walking. I added weights for a couple of these moves.

    Thanks! My wife got me doing these exercises a year ago when I turned 61. She wants me to live longer. :) I appreciate all you do to encourage us to get moving. We can definitely see the difference in my balance.

    Just found your videos a couple days ago and so happy that I did!! I'm a 66 year old fit female. I exercise quite a bit. Ride my exercise bike, walk on my treadmill, and use 5 lb. weights and use a simple pliates machine. I felt I was getting bored and doing the same workouts my body was at a stand still, Love all the variety of your workouts, so I can rotate them. I feel like any age can benefit from your videos. Age 20 to 90. They are not easy, and that comes from a person who works out. I enjoy them so much and love your smile. Thank you for making these wonderful videos!!

      @@suzieq7161 Thank you, I do a 30 mins workout and a stretch one everyday and twice a week I do the 10 min squat
      which is 120 squat total, its really good, I love Schellea, she is so lively and happy and enouraging. Have fun plenty of workout to do :)

    I am so glad that we have a new video out. This was fantastic workout. I feel like a 10 out of 10! I like the 40 seconds on 20 seconds of walking-makes it feel like a HIIT workout and the time goes very quickly. These videos are amazing and they have changed my life! I have lost 30 pounds in a year in part due to 50 and fabulous. Thank you Shelleigh!

    That was great!! I’ve been off for 10 days driving around the uk, visiting relatives and sleeping in 9 different beds, eating badly and feeling rubbish not having time to exercise with you, so it’s wonderful to return today. I did feel sluggish and I’ve lost muscle tone, but my body Knew what to do straight away and I was soon smiling and laughing. I loved this new video, wonderful to see you back, thank you!

    I just want to tell you I found these videos the last of March. Doing these in combination with eating clean I have lost 25 lbs, was able to get off insulin , and look great. Love the arm videos too. My Endo dr is impressed . A1C down from 9 to 6 just last week!

    I am 62 and stumbled across your channel first of this year. You are an inspiration. Was 196 pounds. I have lost 20 lbs since March-June. Stopped for a while which was not good. I felt so much better exercising. Started back first if September. Just did this one and am exhausted but feel great. Looking forward to more weight loss and fat burning.     I am glad to see a new workout, and I will give it a go on the weekend, but I enjoy the vids with 30 seconds of exercising and 30 seconds of walking.     Intense, challenging and doable (and I'm 68)! It is very hard for me to get to a point where I am sweating (well, here in the South we call it "dewing") but this workout does it. And of course Schellea is so encouraging and makes working out fun. This has been added to my favorites.

    I was working out with you in '21, then my hip replaced hip started really plaguing me, so I stopped.. and then I broke my ankle, really really badly, in Oct. of 22. I'm. finding that accident to be a blessing, because I have really dedicated myself to getting fit. Swimming 4 x a week, and on the other days, I'll be joining you!! Exercising in water is so different than on the ground.. and I need to do both! Thanks so much for being here!!!!

    I’ve exercised my whole adult life as I enjoy it . I believe in reap what you sow .
    I’m not on any medication, my bloods are all normal and I go into town to clubs still.
    I want to tell you that you’re a very nice person and you make everyone feel included and special. I found you a few years ago online . As soon as I see you post , I save it . I’ve many vids by different trainers but yours are perfect to do after a hard day at work . The comments are so positive and appreciative on here and it’s deserved .

    I love all the workouts I have tried, that is at least 30 different ones! Since starting your exercises, last year, I have lost inches, my knees are better (bone on bone) and my cardio is awesome! Being 66, I look at least 10 years younger and feel it, too! Keep going!❤❤

    Hi I am a 62 year old female who has just discovered fabulous 50s. I love that the workouts make me sweat but I don't have to jump around! That is what made me give up gym classes years ago.     10! I have been doing your 30 minute videos for 2 years now. Starting 2024 I have committed to doing 2 - 30 minute videos back to back every M W F for my New Years resolution. Today is my 6th day :) Thank you for your videos and your positive attitude and energy. I always recommend your videos. I will be 65 in May.

    I’m 58, I used to be in such great shape all my life. Then ugh, long story short, I’ve gained so much weight can’t run and lift weights like I used to. This work out was so hard, I feel so discouraged. I kept moving the whole time but boy how far I’ve fallen. 😞

    I’m 68 years young and with this workout, I don’t feel burnt out and surprisingly I’m sticking to it! So far I have seen an amazing improvement in my body and energy. This workout is different than any other I did in the past, it’s not too difficult to follow and not too long to get tired to quit. Fits any work schedule any time of the day. I also loved the 15 minutes seating workout. Don’t give up! It really works 😊

    I love your workouts. I was so sick of repetitive workouts, so I went searching and found yours. The 40 second on 20 second walk is the perfect formula. A challenge but not overwhelming. Thank you!!!

    I’m a 62 years old and have doing your exercises for a year. My asthma has decreased and my irregular heartbeat has ceased according to my cardiologist. Plus my weight is now down by 15 pounds. As you asked…I feel like a 10. Thanks for giving me the inspiration. ~ Christopher.

    I have to say thanks a lot my friend told me about you some months ago but I was already exercising with someone else on TH-cam but realized my lower body is getting smaller so I decided try your exercises I’m hoping that my upper body will get smaller because I’m top heavy also I am 60 years young 🎉I love what you’re doing keep it up

    Dear Schellea, I have no words to tell you how thankful I am for your training videos and for this one also. You are my hero! Thank you so much for making me feel happy when I exercise with you! I forget everything when I exercise with you, all the miserable things which are happening now in my country. I just feel happy, so so happy, like in your song. I am 61 and discovered you ca 1,5 years ago. Since that time my best time is, when I turn on your videos. It helped me through depressive corona period not to get totally crazy, it helps me now through the war. You are amazing! I like so much your female art to present yourself. When I see you, I want to be better, kinder and more open to the world. Tell you sons that they have a wonderful mum, if they forget it sometimes!!! 😊

    I have just subscribed to my first ever account ! Last year (2022) was terrible, I had a total knee replacement that didn’t go right plus three procedures for a frozen shoulder, I just felt I was becoming old at 60 …. 1st Jan 2023 I decided to take control and happened upon your videos. Starting with just 10 mins seated, I know a variation for 50 mins standing. You have transformed me. Grey hair has gone and I have lost 7.5 kg. Thank you for helping me get my life back 😘
