Not bad but a few things. 1. Don't use anti-seize for that application. It will seize up more. You use brake lube or nothing. Lube attracts dirt and after rain ,lube is gone but dirt remains. 2. Good you mentioned the torque specs but then you used an impact gun. Torquing the wheel nuts is very important- I do 80lbs. This helps keep the rotor from warping. 3. My GS has factory shims that are to be re-used. Maybe they were missing from a previous brake job. This helps keep them from squeaking. 4. Did you remove the brake reservoir cap? 5. When you remove the two bolts, keep track of which one is which and replace in the same location you took them off. Technically you should do this with lug nuts as well but nobody does. 6. You didn't do a final clean of the rotor before reinstalling the caliper. At 5:30 it clearly had a lot of grease/oil on it which could get into the pads and decrease braking performance. 7. The rotor has a hole for a bolt. You use that to remove the rotor so you do not have to bang it. Good tip about them being directional.

Take an open-end wrench that is the proper size, take a plastic mallet or hammer and hit it with the body of the hammer closest to the end. It will break it free. I probably do 75-100 sets of brakes a year and run into this often. This method has never failed.
They are rotors that are side specific because of slots or the internal fins. These slots or fins are meant for cooling and have to go on a specific side of the car so they are facing the correct direction when the car is moving forward
Linh Tran not an F sport but I believe it’s the same brake set up. Go with brembo rotors and pads. The customer picked these rotors and was very unhappy with them.

I thought I was the only one that caught the not cleaning the disk before putting the caliper on

Brake fluid starting leaking out of the hose shortly after I compressed the pistons. Any idea why this would have happened?

Why did you replace the rotor without measuring it. Did they make them so thin they only survive one set of pads. ❓❓❓
It’s cheaper to replace a rotor than have them turned. Most places around me don’t have the tool to turn rotors
i bought new dealer pads and rotors but my front still squeaks. any suggestions?
I know that some brakes will squeak until they are bed into each other. Also did the pad slide into the caliper easily?
Mine is 2014 gs 350 f sport and it squeaks. Dealer said I need shim kit. Did you have it in yours?

What is the 4p brake performance?
I'm going to sell LS460 with 6P brakes and buy a GS350 and I'm curious about the performance of the 4P brakes
It stops well but don't expect to do any track-like braking.
