- In this video I show you how to replace the front brake pads on the 2007-2020 Lexus GS350.
Brake pads were purchased from Advance Auto Parts and listed below is a link to them.

Nice. Put some permatex brake lube on the pin as well, I've seen them rust in the hole and then become difficult to remove or brake the caliper when hammering. Also it's good idea to clean any rust from the caliper where the pads slide, that way you shouldn't need to hammer the pads back in.
First time changing mine and I didn’t pump my brakes after i finished tell me why I had no brakes when I put the Car on drive💀😂😂😂 I started pumping till it catch 🤣🤣🤣 I was so scared but since then have I never forget
Great video I’ve had mine for two years now . Any ideas on reconfiguration of the gps?? It’s gives me the wrong location . Started happening 6 months ago
Not really sure on that issue this was just a customers car. I'm sure you tried resetting everything up. I wonder if its losing signal from the shark fin antenna.
How good are these pads in terms of brake dust cuz im looking to replace mine
These cars have auto parking brake. Does it affect the front or only the back. 🤷♀️
Only the backs.
That looks simple
When you mentioned the clip, does it really matter what side it goes on? Can tht be a reason why it squeaks so damn loud?
It’s doesn’t really matter but I always put it on the inside so it’s not as loud.
@@BLUECOLLARGARAGE why do people recommend OEM shims but in this video u didn’t use it. Does it not squeak?
How much is to much to be paying someone to do my brakes? Dealership wanted 900
$900 wow is that for just the fronts? Or the rears too? Does that include new rotors or just turning them and new pads?
@@BLUECOLLARGARAGE only the front. I originally brought it in for a diagnosis and oil change, because on every right turn it was making noise. They had my car for 8 days and didn't call. I went to the dealer to check. They told me it's my front brakes 😒. Why would it take that long to contact me if it was the brakes. FYI .. my car hasn't been making that sound since I took it. So they were up to something
No bleed?
No need to bleed doing it this way and the brake fluid still looked good.
