    Did this for the first time today and all I can say is..wow! This really burns the core! I’ve done many other ab exercises and none of them burned as much as this.. love it 😊

    What I love about her videos is that she starts it simple like she normally say" WALK WALK WALK OR I WILL WALK " AND AFTER WARMING UP THE REST WILL COME EASILY. BUT TODAY I THANK GOD I DISCOVERED THIS floor session for abs that I have been looking for and it's really helping me, all thanks to "Leslie Sansone and team "💃💃💃💃❤❤❤

    Let me say I love love this woman's work outs..for yrs I would go to fancy gym do some high intense work feel super pumped and by the time I hit the showers I would have a full on anxiety attack.I would sit in the shower with cold water running down me until it passed and would eventually leave the gym in tears until someone told me that those kind of works out do no work for everyone its like my brain does not know how to handle all that's going on and that's when the anxiety kicks in so someone like me needs to stick to walking Pilate's yoga...I thought those were all lazy workouts and then exactly a yr ago at 76kgs I found Leslie's 3 mile walk and made some small changes...I worked out 4 times a week with Leslie.I replaced the stuff I love like instead of sugary fizzy drinks I now have sparkling water when I need the fizz.watched my portions made sure to take in my required calories per day no eating after a certain time at night loads of water and I'm Gona sound like Oprah but I eat bread almost every day however I try the low GI kind or rye...and a year later i am 62 KGS might not sound like a lot for a year but its healthy weight loss and by doing it healthy u tend to keep it off easier...next step is I want to lose another 5 KGS and tone up and for that Leslie is def my go to...

      I have just learned the same thing. I have been doing HIIT training for years!!! Thinking walking just wasn't enough. I can tell you, I am feeling much better and my body isn't STRESSED!!!

    Her videos have saved my life. I was 3 months post op L4 L5 spinal fusion and depressed. I just did one work out and have been doing them everyday since. I am now 6.5 months post op and I have lost 19 lbs. I love all her work outs.

      Great! ..I also had l4 l5 microdiscectomy... Its been 2 years...can you tell me what workouts you did of Leslie? Please it would be of great help to me..I gained oodles of weight being careful not to hurt my spine..

    Ii love that her videos are for everyone and one is able to complete the entire workout. The steps can be easily performed by anyone with any body type. And it's important to do easy workouts daily rather than doing a complex one for 1-3 days and then getting bored out of it.

    i am doing 2 miles strong walk after 1 mile walk. i am very thankful to Leslie. i live in Dubai and due to hot weather i cant go out for a walk in summer. My body is well tonned i have noticed great differencd in my arms , shoulders, thighs and waiste. I am also doing abs workout. can anyone upload full video of this workout. its really work with in two weeks i have lost belly fat. i have lost 7 kgs in 12 weeks.

    I'm trying to get back to exercise after not having done any for years due to illness. Most 'beginners' workouts are still too much for me with joint damage but this looks quite manageable for getting started and will probably still a good workout too. Looking forward to trying it soon (and hoping I can manage some of it)!!!

    I just found out about her ab work out last week. I love Leslie Sansone. What a smart women! And a very wealthy one Lol. I wish I would have thought of it first Lol. If you stick with her she will get you to your goal. I'm living proof of that. I am on a roll and I want's the rest of these roll off my back side whew! :D I want give up I will not stop. Let's do it everyone. A walk at home with Leslie 2 miles a day. It's really working for me.

    I do this one floor session for abs 3 times per week and the hips and thighs and the Pilates mat session and I do the fast 1 mile or 2 mile fast work out 5 days a week and I walk more then I use to....I eat healthy... I'm feeling so much better in myself and looking good weight is just falling of me...I use to always give up... Love you Leslie and Thank you :)

    So fun! My mom used to do Leslie's tapes when she was young, and she was in awesome shape. I did this after her four mile walk. It's so great because I can work up a sweat without doing HIIT! During my normal workouts, I can barely squeeze out 30 minutes before I become exhausted. lol...These will totally help me improve my endurance! :)

    Am doing the floor and 5mins belly fat and the 15mins bonus belly workout.....its 4 days now. The focus is on my tummy which is way out of proportion compared to all the other parts of my body. Hopefully i will achieve my goal....a flat tummy...tonget all the insides...inside not protruding. Will give feedback after 10days. Am feeling excited

    Oh , WOW, I just received my MP4 player and 3 mile DVD....what a great workout, brought my MP4 to work, using it on my breaks and lunch. ...fantastic, now I can get mini power walks in to keep me alert at work...Thanks Leslie, you're such an inspiration. ...Aloha

    I’ve been working out with Leslie since the beginning of pandemic when everything closed the doors. I was recovering from an Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction and I felt so lost and alone that I decided to ask for help here, at TH-cam and I found so many wonderful people…. all have to do is thank all these that showed me that I could do it at home.     I've been doing the walk with her & just love it. Tonight I tried the ab session. It hurts my neck. Is there a safe way to avoid hurting the neck while working the abs??

    I love your exercises. I have been doing them for a while now, and I can really tell that my body is starting to transform. Also they are easy to do and follow without killing you, and yet effective. So I thank you very much for your expertise!
