I have been at this walk for almost 2 months now; I started with the 10 min brisk walk, have now graduated to two 1 mile walks. I seem to have a lot of stubborn fat; haven't lost an ounce but I sure feel fitter and thoroughly enjoy the half hour with Leslie, her leaders and the group. Boring Norma walking is over and I feel real energized. Thanks everyone☺
Made a lifestyle change 3 months ago with healthy eating. In month 2 I started walking with Leslie. With proper eating and walking with les, Down 47 pounds so far😘

I was hurt in an accident and I gained a lot of weight because I could not use my back. I praise God because HE healed me-- and so now I can exercise!!! I have really been enjoying these videos; I walk 8 miles day 5x a week and the fat is melting! I thank the LORD for leading me to you Leslie!! You and your team are a blessing to me!!!!
I remember when I was preteen making fun of my mom for walking to these videos. I’m now 24 and 3 months postpartum and these walking videos are one of the best ways I have found to get some movement in easily. I had a very rough pregnancy and labor and now that my baby is here I am having such a hard time getting back into my workout routines because my baby boy wants to be held constantly. I find I can strap him in to my chest in his wrap and do these walking videos pretty easily. Thank you thank you thank you!
Good call ,andiee im now 62 and trained hard at gyms and did weight training ,trying to be mr universe etc etc ...but now im hoping for some real weight loss ,i think these walking videos are great ,and more beneficial and intense than people give them credit for ,people are convinced they need Gyms ,or thousands of dollars worth of fancy equipment, but in reality if your diet is fine tuned and you follow this type of thing ,your all good ...

I discovered this channel last year. At first, I was just doing it alone. Then my mom got into it too, then my sister, my dad, and other family members! It really became a way for us to bond and have fun during this lonesome times. I really needed happy people today. I was so down in the dumps and I forced myself to do this cheerful workout with Leslie and Michael and Rocky and Wendy and all of you. Now I feel much better and hope i can sustain it today.
I survived my 14 day quarantine hotel stay in Hong Kong with a daily dose of Leslie’s Walk At Home. I chose a different walk each day and there were a lot of choices. It enabled me to stay in shape and to keep my muscles tight. It also helped me stay focused and I have something to look forward to every day. Thank you Leslie.
I love my walks. When I first got back into exercising I struggled with a 15 minute a day but now I back to a hour a day workout and feeling amazing. Health improving and weight will follow. And I love Michael. He is so much fun and motivating as are all of u thank u xxx
Since 2010, I was stroke free until Feb 2017. I had a heart home health nurse from Wake Heart Ctr come weekly. And she released me Friday from her care because of the progress I've made I am up to the 3 mile Walk with Leslie Sansone. My goal is the 5 Really Big Miles. My clinician was very impressed with my progress. And, I have to also say that I'm a below the knee amputee. And Leslie makes it so easy for me to keep up with the group. I want to Thank her for her home walks. They're so much better for me since its sometimes hard to walk outdoors. I'm no longer considered a borderline diabetic because of these videos

Leslie, I lost over 125 pounds in 2003 using your videos (yes, VHS back then LOL LOL) then I moved on to your DVDs. Fast forward to 2017 and 2 very rare diseases with chemo and prednisone later...and I need to lose a lot of weight again. I'm very sick, but I need to move. I just got back to your video. 1 mile done! I'll do a mile a day for 10 days and report back. I'm hoping to make it to 3 miles by June. I'm going back home to Chicago for a visit and I haven't been there in 10 years!! I need to be healthier. Thank you so much for your dedication to health.
Been doing your 2-mile walk mostly during the COVID lockdown. The workouts from TH-cam. The program is joint-friendly and simple. Love them. I have been fitter and feel energetic. Maintaining the same weight as I am not into any diet fad. Being in good health is more important and that I am achieving through these workouts.

Thanks so much, Leslie, for these walking exercises. I am 73, and injured my leg on a treadmill and was advised not to exercise. When healed over a year later, found these walking exercise. I do them daily. Hopefully, I will be able to play golf again.

Been doing these videos for about a month first two weeks it was a few times a week now I do it every day in my first 3 weeks I lost 15 lbs and seeing the results makes me so excited to work out more but more then that I FEEL amazing! I am a big big girl I was almost 300 lbs and even at my size these videos made excersize fun an easy I plan on losing half my body weight I dont know how long itll take but I plan on working hard to prove to everyone who said I couldn't do it that I could in my own way on my own terms !
@@mahogonybrown455 i LOVE the sweat mode on just dance games it's REALLY fun also if you can fine yourself some shirataki noodles ( a whole bag is only 30 calories) you can cook them up with a forth cup of Alfredo sauce a cup of mushrooms and either a cup chopped chicken or about 8 to 10 medium shrimp with a sprinkle of Parmesan on top for a BIG meal that's less than 330 calories it is great because you can still be within a diet plan but you don't feel like you are starving yourself either

As someone that has had 4 hernia surgeries, has arthritis of the knee, asthma, cysts on ovaries, and Grave'd Disease, I am proud to say I can finally do a work out. Thank you for this. If you turn the walking parts of this video into a power walk, swinging your arms and making your upper arms do a lot of the work (by letting them set your pace...the more forcefully and quickly you swing them), you will definitely strengthen your core. I know I have- did I this video for a few years combined with 15lb weights and with eating healthier and eating balanced portions lost 40 lbs over about a year or so.

I did cut down on sugar, fat and carbs because my cholesterol test was high and blood sugar indicated borderline diabetes. I do the 1 mile happy walk posted on this channel, atleast once a day, and now I'm going to try this one! Cardio fitness has definitely improved doing these walks!

I LOOOOVE your workouts. I’m obese and starting on a healthier way on living and I couldn’t find a workout that doesn’t make me dizzy or nauseated or give me a headache until I found your walk at home videos. Amazing!!! And fun it’s done before I know it.
i don't think it matters who is doing the workout, what counts is that you join in, most are fit doing it anyway, adding the odd difference shows you that anyone can do it. micheal lightens up the atmosphere. stop grumbling and get the grove on. think about losing pounds off you, not taking others down. I think he is great he is there and he is doing what most of us want and that is lose those extra pounds. great vids lesley i love them, i have lost two stone and i am still loving the excersize.

I'm 63 and I've been doing Leslie's walking vids for about 2 years after injuring my hip in ballet class. I also teach swing dancing and stay as active as I can. These videos are not as intense and strenuous as ballet was but at least I stay in decent cardio shape. I hope to go back to ballet class some day but until then, I'll keep walking with Leslie. I love her bubbly voice and I enjoy all the other walkers on the screen. I feel like I know them!

Isn't it incredible! I never thought walking a mile in place would be effective at all. Like you, I'm 7 days in and my little muffin top is already starting to disappear. These are life changing! I wish I had started these at the beginning of lockdown 😅 But better late than never, I suppose haha.
So. here's me at 72. discovering this wonderful video and my eager-beaver husband of 91, wanting in on the action when he saw how much I was enjoying the session and so we both decided to try as LS suggested and do it for 10 days. Totally out of breath first try, second try, even a bit on the third try but we kept at it and at the end of the 10 days we were not only keeping up but adding moves on to make it more challenging. We love that we can do that at our age and not have to call in the medics!!! Good stuff. Love it to bits.

@@mahogonybrown455 i LOVE the sweat mode on just dance games it's REALLY fun also if you can fine yourself some shirataki noodles ( a whole bag is only 30 calories) you can cook them up with a forth cup of Alfredo sauce a cup of mushrooms and either a cup chopped chicken or about 8 to 10 medium shrimp with a sprinkle of Parmesan on top for a BIG meal that's less than 330 calories it is great because you can still be within a diet plan but you don't feel like you are starving yourself either

As someone that has had 4 hernia surgeries, has arthritis of the knee, asthma, cysts on ovaries, and Grave'd Disease, I am proud to say I can finally do a work out. Thank you for this. I used to be an extremely active person until I got arthrits 3 years ago. I would love to be half as active as before. I appreciate this video. The guy in gray is hilarious. He made my day ☺

I just started this walk program on Friday and now I walk with Leslie 1hour a day 😊 I need to tighten my core...hasn’t happened yet, working on it
If you turn the walking parts of this video into a power walk, swinging your arms and making your upper arms do a lot of the work (by letting them set your pace...the more forcefully and quickly you swing them), you will definitely strengthen your core. I know I have- did I this video for a few years combined with 15lb weights and with eating healthier and eating balanced portions lost 40 lbs over about a year or so.
Googled 15 min walk, this came up!!!! Just wanted to up my Fitbit steps and here I am 2 months later doing it just for the fun of it 2 or 3 times a day!!! Thank you very much from beautiful Barbados!!!!

I did cut down on sugar, fat and carbs because my cholesterol test was high and blood sugar indicated borderline diabetes. I do the 1 mile happy walk posted on this channel, atleast once a day, and now I'm going to try this one! Cardio fitness has definitely improved doing these walks!

Why are some people so negative about this guy. He is being himself and not being fake like most people. Life is sometimes so stressful we need to have a little fun and enjoy ourselves. We can't change our makeup even if we try.
Francine and all, you're right. I'm sure if enough people see a certain person in a video, one of them will have something negative to say about that certain person. This is one reason I don't initially trust strangers and of course I'm not talking only about safety. :/

i don't think it matters who is doing the workout, what counts is that you join in, most are fit doing it anyway, adding the odd difference shows you that anyone can do it. micheal lightens up the atmosphere. stop grumbling and get the grove on. think about losing pounds off you, not taking others down. I think he is great he is there and he is doing what most of us want and that is lose those extra pounds. great vids lesley i love them, i have lost two stone and i am still loving the excersize.

I'm 63 and I've been doing Leslie's walking vids for about 2 years after injuring my hip in ballet class. I also teach swing dancing and stay as active as I can. These videos are not as intense and strenuous as ballet was but at least I stay in decent cardio shape. I hope to go back to ballet class some day but until then, I'll keep walking with Leslie. I love her bubbly voice and I enjoy all the other walkers on the screen. I feel like I know them!

Isn't it incredible! I never thought walking a mile in place would be effective at all. Like you, I'm 7 days in and my little muffin top is already starting to disappear. These are life changing! I wish I had started these at the beginning of lockdown 😅 But better late than never, I suppose haha.

So. here's me at 72. discovering this wonderful video and my eager-beaver husband of 91, wanting in on the action when he saw how much I was enjoying the session and so we both decided to try as LS suggested and do it for 10 days. Totally out of breath first try, second try, even a bit on the third try but we kept at it and at the end of the 10 days we were not only keeping up but adding moves on to make it more challenging. We love that we can do that at our age and not have to call in the medics!!! Good stuff. Love it to bits.
