    Hi everybody! I had my 83rd birthday at the end of March and have “”walked” every morning since then. Its not quite like climbing mountains- the scenery is not as good but it is keeping me fit. Thank you to Leslie and her team.

    year ago i started seriously walking and staying very active, in the last 15 months I have had both knees done, since 2014 i have come from 400 lbs i am now in the low 230's, I am doing fantastic, no leg or knee pain, I give all the glory to My Lord for my athletic abilities, I am almost 51 and I feel awesome.

    Thank you, Leslie! My husband suggested your programme to me and after doing an average of 1hr everyday, I lost an amazing 2.2lbs in just 7 days! I dont intend to slowdown! You are heaven sent for people like me who dread going to the gym.

    Ok walkers lemme tell you .. I got this “ walk up”call in Jan 2020 I was 70 kgs .. I regularly walk with Leslie at home . 3 mile walk every 4 days In a week and 2 mile walk the remaining days . 1 mile walk when I’m really not in a mood but I manage to do it . Miracle it is . I am now 55kgs ( sept 2020) . Thank you so much leslie you r the best . I urge all of you to regularly walk with Leslie cz it is the easiest of all the home work outs and it helps you to shed some pounds , sweat like anything n yes u also gotta follow a healthy diet too .

      @@surabhipatil7259 hola .. yes I did n I still do .. initially I was on military diet , then I switched it to paleo.. gradually started to shed pounds n I’m still doing this workout along with hiit for 30 mins .Presently I weigh 56 n I eat almost everything but I keep a count on calories .

    I have a Bilateral Polycystic Ovaries, and my OB told me that i need to lose weight and do some exercise, so that my ovaries be healthy and to carry pregnancy some day (I hope soonest). So a day after, I started to #walkathome #fitness #exercise with Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home's channel, i do it every morning before i go to work. from then i feel I'm more active than before to do my daily routine and my body is more energize. this is actually my 4th day and i enjoy this workout with Leslie.       I do any of Leslie Sansone's workouts every single day, sometimes twice, as they all burn calories and sweat off weight, they get the metabolism moving!
      I also eat several different fruits daily, along with lots of veggies and a salad with chicken or fish. And a lot of fluids, sugar free!

      Hi! It only took a few months -
      today I noticed a gain of a few pounds, so I packed extra salad for lunch
      and work out a little longer. Weighing in every morning helps control the weight!

    As an ME/CFS patient I can't make it thru a whole 10min LS video but I can w this longer one, because the pacing and up/down heartrate changes allow for a significant rest every few minutes so works better w an ME/CFS body. I had this vid on my list but never tried it until today. It feels great to be able to get thru a whole workout as someone w a condition for which exercise is counterindicated, and feel better not worse at the end. Thanks to the editors for the particular expertise they brought to this one and as always to L's team!

      @@silverrbells , I do walk a minimum of 5km everytime I do my walking exercise. once I did 9.3km or 13,800+ steps. 20mins is ok but I think it is not enough.

    I just have to smile when I see Michael's smile! Is there a Michael exercise video? Hubby and I are ages 72 and 71 so we can't always keep up this pace. He is fighting prostate cancer, but we are always helped with Leslie's routines. Love you, Leslie!

    started walking and working out at home in November 2020 when it was clear that the fitness centers and gyms would be closed in Denmark for quite a long time due to covid-19. I discovered this channel at the start of 2021 and it's a great addition to my daily program. 😊

    Brilliant!
    We (me 73, Gill 70) are in week two of our Coronavirus lockdown in Southampton, UK.
    We are regular gym members in normal times but on day one we found this channel and love it. 20/30 minutes in the morning and 10/15 in the afternoon.
    There will be a groove in our floor (and maybe in our abs)
    by the time we get back to the gym!

    I can not thank you enough for your walk videos!! It is helping me to fight osteoporosis by getting in my 10,000 steps a day even when it is raining or snowing or too dark out ( I prefer to walk outside). As a Physical Therapist I recommend your videos to many patients especially those who can't get out. I first heard of you years ago from a patient who had your walk a mile video tape :) God Bless you.

    I've been doing these for a month or so. I have several favorites (so far!). What wonderful and reachable workouts. In this particular video, Leslie's positive attitude and encouragement make me feel great! I'm dealing with cancer and at least two more surgeries, and two more recoveries. Leslie's videos helped me recover from the last, and I'm excited to know she and her team will be there for the next two. Thank you, Leslie!!

      I did😂. Michael is such a bundle of joy and I am so glad he is there. You know often we reinforce a stereotype about body types by saying only slim people can exercise and be healthy. We all can make healthy choices at whatever stage of our lives we are at.

    My doc suggested these videos abt a week ago. Been doing daily. No changes yet that the eye can see BUT I feel so much better. Sleep better. Blood sugar control much better. Thank you.

    I love your videos. I have had both knee replacements, I'm 80 years old, and still manage most of your exercise movements. The best thing is it makes me feel so good.

    I’ve been doing these exercises for more the 3 years. It’s fantastic!! There is one day that I exercise and not laugh . I picked you and I am content and I love these exercises. The tall guy is so hilarious and he makes me laugh. I call this a gift from God. Keep up the good work Lesly. 😃😃😃

    2/2/2023- HAPPY GROUNDHOGS DAY! Yesterday I completed my first 5 mile play list of WALK AT HOME videos. Today, I think I could have done another 5 but I set my goal at 3 miles and stopped there with a tiny bit of resistance exercise at the end. Getting healthier is a process and the body needs rest too. Feels good to see improvement though.

    I am 72, and following Leslie videos regularly for the past 3 years. Though I have been doing regular walks and some workouts even before that, i find Leslie very enjoyable and effective. I feel more fitter now.

    I like this group. I've been working out with them for several years, and I could say I haven't been sickly. I'm 57 years old and this blessing is a gift from the Almighty, who gifted such wonderful people to help peoples across the globe. By the way "Mama" in the Philippines is an endearment term for ""mother".

    I've been following leslie's video for 2 or 3 mos now. I really love it, I don't have to go out just to jog, nor I don't need big space to do an exercise at home. I'm not on a strict diet but at least, this exercise help me maintain my weight. :) I've also recommended this to family and friends :)

    Thanks Leslie , Power Walking is great . I had done everything to come out of Back , Neck & Waist Pain but no results. With Power Walking , within 15 days , I am relieved almost 70-80 %.Thanks once again..... Long Live Leslie

      She really did. I used not be able to exercise. But, ever since I started about 5 years ago, I never stopped again. Her style is simple, not complicated or exhausting; and it is enough to get a good start with exercise. But above all, she's encouraging and very kind. She's not fake or disingenuous.

    I love these workouts and Leslie S does a wonderful job... and her team of Nick, Rocky, Nadia and Kamillah! As a Doctor I recommend 15mins twice a day for most of my patients over 50yrs. I have been doing a variety of LS's workouts for over 10years,

      Tanku Leslie......no doubt it's a miracle walk I was 79kgs becoming slow n lazy day by day but by walking everyday I'm more active energetic n I lost 8 kgs in 3 months yayayayy can't believe tat but it has actually happened....thanks sooooo much

    I am 60 years o;d. Was 93 kg when i first started leslie's workout in July 2022. In January 2023 reached 73kg- came down to size 14 from 24!

      Well done 🌹 This sounds like hope for me. I'm 95 kg, hight 173 cm and BMI 31.5. My joints started aching and I'm often short of breath. My goal is to get down to 72 kg (15th February 2024) 🙏😍😅

    I am from manila and has been doing these Leslie sans one exercises since over a year ago since the start of the pandemic, and it helped me really trim down to my desired weight. plus the right food to eat of course. thank you so much Leslie and crew I hope you will come out with different videos with you on it and not a newbie. we like you Leslie!!!!

    This was the best work out video! It was soooo much fun to work out . The video was very well edited with different workout sessions . Just love it. I did the 6 weeks challenge and trust me it was so wonderful. I measured my self before and after and yes I saw a change in myself . I loose couple of inches from my waist, my arms . 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
