Yogigems, I am happy to tell you that I have followed your video to do the kriya for general health and openness for 74 days (1 day break in the middle as I had a busy day). I found a good flow of energy during the exercise. You are excellent in teaching us how to relax each part of the body during the final rest.
Oh how beautiful, dear Xiao Mei Wong, thank you for sharing your journey with Health & Openness - what a treasure! May the benefits continue with you. Lots of love ♥️

I was drawn to this practice at a time in my life at a crossroads and with some big life choices to make, this practice helped remind me of Oneness and my ability to tune in with my higher self, as well as grounding me. Thank you
Thank you for sharing, dear Vivani 💗 I’m happy to hear these practices are supporting you. Kundalini yoga is a good friend in big times like these! Lots of love 💗
This was beautiful. I had full body tingles, I got emotional, I felt myself shift into a completely lighter state. I felt like I was floating outside of space and time. Thank you for your service 🤍
♥️ Thank you, dear Bob, for supporting me ♥️ This is received with a happy, grateful heart ♥️ Beaming bountiful blessings to you in return. Thank you, also, for sharing your beautiful experience - aaaah, a sweet release. Lots of love to you ♥️♥️
This is a yummy one and definitely one of my favorites! I sit at a desk staring at a computer all day for work, so my spine definitely needs some TLC. Not only is this awesome for your spine (physically and energetically), I’ve found this Kriya does wonders for tension headaches. Thank you so much for sharing! I’m slowly but surely working my way through your playlist and really enjoying the journey ❤
Sat nam, dear MandyLou, I'm so glad this one has helped! It's one of my favourites too. And yes, a good go-to to release and relax your spine after a long day in front of the computer. Thank you so much for your kind words - I'm happy you're enjoying this journey! I'm honoured to be alongside you. ♥️
this one was surely a gift, this kriya set. it was really penetrative and in my heart it is not taken for granted that you posted free of expectation. Ek Ong Kar Sat Nam ;,)
Thank you so much, since 3 weeks we do our daily practise with you. Been practising Tantra for 14 year but never liked (kundalini )yoga much until we " found you. Namaste much love
This kriya holds a special place in my heart. It was the very first Kundalini kriya I ever did almost 40 years ago! It stands the test of time. It felt wonderful then and feels wonderful now. Thank you! 💫
Thank you, dear Lesley, yes, this one is SUCH a goodie - it's a dear friend that we can always seek solace in. I'm so glad you are still enjoying it after so long! Lots of love to you ♥️
thank you so much! you are so lovely! It's so interesting to do these kriyas. I am quite physically strong, but I noticed b/c of stuck energy in my shoulders & upper back, I felt quit challenged! particularly with the overhead & "opera singer" holds. Thank you so much you medicine!
Thank you, dear Kathryn, what a lovely comment! It is wonderful that you are observing these challenges and the interesting little glitches they present us with. So much love to you! ♥️
I had developed meningitis and whooping cough when I was one and half year old. There was no hope of my survival. But I survived. I was all ok in my teen age till 24 years. After marriage I came to Mumbai and after that my spine problem started. With little bit of work in kitchen , I get thoracic pain.and in mid thoracic there is bulge. My x rays shows not much of miss alignment. But I get pain in entire spine and side supporting muscles. And lately my both the knees r not ok. I was always looking for some sort of exercise which can give me relief. I come across your videos. I HV now developed hopes. Need your guidance 🙏thank you from Mumbai , India 🙏
Bless you, dear Sejal! I'm glad to hear you are keeping up your yoga practice despite these challenges. It's a good idea to build up your core strength, and it's great practice to keep your navel pulled in throughout the day to support your spine. Sending lots of love and healing your way.
Sat Nam 🙏 My Deep Gratitude to you and to this kriya practice. The day you told me to keep navel pulled throughout the practice and throughout the day, my happy days r here again. Morning I get up early between 4 to 5 am. And as suggested by you I m going first Nabhi kriya , then free mind and then root Chakra. I HV started on 26 the Dec , Nabhi kriya and I felt wonderful. All these days I m doing above mentioned kriyas and I HV got amazing results. Today I HV added your one more kriya which is related to heart balance. I m feeling so so happy and pain free. Energy level is increased. I m offering my Deep Gratitude to you 🙏✨✨
@@sejaloza6960 Sat nam, dear Sejal. I'm so happy to hear you are feeling the benefits of your hard work! Well done on your commitment - and keep going strong! Also very good to counterbalance the shakti of the navel with the bhakti of the heart - your intuition is guiding you to the perfect kriyas for you. Lots of love 💖
Hi Yogigems, Me again I started the kriya for spinal health yesterday. One Q- on the act to put the left palm facing out and right hand holding it in front of the heart, then put on top of the head. Because of the screen, I could not see how you put your hands on top of your head. Does your hands rest on top of the head with left palm facing out ? Thanks.
Sat nam, dear Xiao Mei Wong, thank you for this question - there's no specific way to do it - the palms can face up, forward or down. The important part is in the pulling, so however the hands 'comfortably' sit in that pulling tension is perfect. I hope that helps. Lots of love ♥️
Happy sunday yogigems! 🌈🌴☀️Starting-this beautiful day with this Fantastic class ! Thank you ❤️🙏✨
Happy Sunday, dear Emilie. I hope this kriya sets you up for the perfect day ahead. Much love to you ♥️
