Day 3😊👋👋👋It's so interesting that all 3 days, blood/energy somehow went 'out of my legs', so today I extended one of my legs towards the end of the kriya. It's interesting, because this doesn't happen with no other kriya. And just have to share with you that I so much ADORE that breathing...it takes me like in the middle of Universe!!!❤❤❤
So much gratitude this morning for finding your channel. I moved about 5 years ago and was never able to find a Yogi who taught the same way as my previous one. I love this kundalini yoga it's very different from all the yoga i've done over the 10 years. I felt tingles on my lips somehow. There are a lot of technicalities involved, like breath work. I would like to understand more on the meaning/benefits on some of the components. Like when we block only right nolstral and exhale with o shape mouth. Is there a distinguishment between left and right?

On an energetic level, when we're working with rebalancing the pelvis, we're working with the lower three chakras, so you may want to try this kriya: th-cam.com/video/LjcHNRCWSW8/w-d-xo.html On a physical level in kundalini yoga, alternate leg lifts help to rebalance the pelvis, so try it out for a few minutes as a warm-up - inhale one leg up, exhale down and alternate. If you hear that 'clicking' or 'clunking' sound with the leg lifts, try different angles with the lift until you find your happy place. I hope that helps ♥️

Some consider kundalini to be a dangerous force, while this particular school of kundalini yoga considers kundalinj to be essential to our own awakening - it is a metaphor for our own spiritual journey. The practice strengthens our body and nervous system to be able to contain this energy. I do have a question, I got to know that I'm pregnant and I wanted to ask you if it is safe to practice kriyas and breath of fire? Its my second pregnancy however with the first one I did myself a break with practising yoga kundalini as I wasnt sure if I can do it on my own and back then 3,5 years ago I was at the begining of my journey with yoga kundalini. I feel good, confident about how I practice and I feel like it can only do good things for me and the baby of coursing being gentle and careful, but maybe you can tell me whether there are any positions I should avoid or some general guidelines how to alternate practising. I would be veeeeery grateful for the reply. :):)

Thank you for sharing, Rose. One of the best things about yoga is that we can personalise it as much as we need. Slow every exercise right down until the pace feels perfect for you.
